CHAPTER ONE : GABRIELA REYES

MARY GABRIELA REYES: P.O.V.

My name is Mary Gabriela, though my friends just call me Gabriela. My life took a turn toward a twisted fairy tale when my mother died. After my father married a woman named Amelia, everything changed. Amelia brought along her two children: Candice, who is my age, and our younger brother, Kevin.

At first, my stepmother treated me well enough. But the mask slipped the moment my papa disappeared.

In the wake of that tragedy, I dropped out of school to keep us afloat. I took a job as a waitress at a strip club, working long nights just to survive.

“Big sis?”

I looked down to see Kevin smiling up at me. “Before you go to work, wear this!” he said, handing me a handmade bracelet.

“This is beautiful, Kevin. Thank you,” I whispered, pulling him into a warm hug.

“Take care of yourself, okay?”

My heart melted at his words. “Oh, I will, sweetie. Don’t worry. I’ll bring you some new beads tomorrow for your crafts, okay?”

“Thank you, big sis!” he chirped, his smile widening.

With a final wave, I headed out to the club.

Meanwhile, in Novaria…

“We must do something about this chaos,” Beam declared, his voice heavy.

“We are trying to resolve the issue, but Criselda is still missing,” Angel replied, frustration clear in her tone.

Suddenly, Leah approached them, breathless. “Dave is here! He finally found Criselda.”

Behind her, Dave and Criselda appeared.

“Thanks to Bathala, you’re both safe,” Beam sighed in relief.

“What happened?” Angel asked, stepping forward.

GABRIELA

When I arrived at the club, my best friend Anastasia was already there. Her face was tight with worry.

“Bestie, Madam Azon is looking for you,” she said, her voice laced with concern. I didn’t waste any time; I headed straight for the office.

As I reached the door, a man in his mid-forties opened it to leave. The moment our eyes met, the world seemed to stop, and my heart hammered against my ribs. I was frozen until Anastasia nudged me.

“Are you okay?” she whispered.

“Yeah,” I managed to reply, stepping inside.

Madam Azon was waiting. She didn’t offer a smile; instead, she gestured toward the men in the room. “There you are. Gabriela, this is Mr. Sy of Sy Enterprises, and his son, Jasper.”

I gave them a stiff, polite nod.

“I want you to assist Mr. Sy tonight and entertain his friends,” Madam Azon commanded.

I felt a cold prickle of anger. “What do you mean? I was hired to serve drinks, not to be one of your… girls. I’m not a prostitute.”

Madam Azon’s face flushed with rage. “If you’ll excuse us for a moment, Mr. Sy,” she said through gritted teeth.

The men stepped out, closing the door behind them.

“Don’t be a hypocrite, Gabriela!” she hissed. “I know you need the money, especially with your father still missing. You should be grateful I’m offering you this sideline. Mr. Sy is very generous.”

“I don’t care. I’m not doing it,” I snapped. “Can I leave now, Auntie ? I have work to do before the bar opens.”

“Remember who you work for!” she barked.

“How could I forget? This place was built from my parents’ sweat and blood.”

That was the breaking point. Aunt Azon lunged forward and snatched a handful of my hair, yanking my head back.

“You’re an orphan now! Your father is never coming back—remember that!” she snarled, her grip tightening. “You are my niece, which makes you my responsibility. You will obey me. Do you understand?”

“Madam Azon, please! That’s enough!” Anastasia cried, rushing forward to pull her hands away.

Aunt Azon finally let go, shoving me toward the door. I scrambled out of the office with Anastasia on my heels, only to find the two men still waiting in the hall. Mr. Sy—the older one—gave me a sickeningly slow smile.

I rolled my eyes and stepped right into his space. “Excuse me. You’re blocking my way.”

I shouldered past them, bumping him hard as I went.

“Bestie, wait for me!” Anastasia called out, pausing to bow. “I’m so sorry, Mr. Sy!”

Behind us, I heard the older man, Arnulfo, chuckle. “I like her.”

Jasper, his son, just stared after us with a poker face. “Dad, are you really doing all this? For that woman?”

“Yes, son,” Arnulfo replied, his eyes following me. “I want her.”

Jasper looked at his father with pure annoyance. “Whatever. You’re a maniacal pervert.”

In the Shadows of the Office Alone in her office, Aunt Azon stared at Robert’s weathered journal, her eyes red and swollen.

“I’m sorry, Robert,” she whispered, her voice breaking. “But I need her help to find you.”

Meanwhile, in Khastriya… The air in the dark kingdom of Khastriya was thick with sulfur. The evil Queen Amanda stood over her prisoner: Lalahon, the ancient Goddess of Harvest and guardian of volcanoes. In the old Visayan tales, Lalahon was the protector against wildfires and earthquakes, but here, she was in chains.

“Bow to me!” Amanda commanded.

Lalahon lifted her chin, her gaze unwavering. “I glorify no one. Your heart is stone; remain as you are!”

Amanda’s lips curled into a cruel smile. “If that’s the case… by the power granted to me in the name of Sitan, I curse you!”

As Amanda’s laughter echoed through the chamber, Lalahon’s divine glow faded. Her skin withered and her back bent until she was transformed into a frail, nameless old woman.

Gabriela That night, the club was louder than usual. Following my aunt’s orders, I sat at the VIP table with Senior Arnulfo’s friends and his son, Jasper.

“Such a young lady,” one of Arnulfo’s associates remarked, leaning in. “What’s your name?”

I forced a tight smile but said nothing.

“You seem uncomfortable,” Jasper noted, his eyes scanning my face.

“I am,” I replied coldly. “I’m a waitress, not an entertainer.”

Before he could respond, Aunt Azon appeared and pressed a glass of wine into my hand. “What’s this for?” I asked.

She leaned in, whispering into my ear, “Drink it. It’ll help with the nerves.”

“No, thanks,” I said, trying to hand it back.

Her expression shifted. “Excuse us for a moment?” she said to the table, her grip tightening on my arm as she pulled me aside.

“What is wrong with you?” I hissed once we were out of earshot.

To my shock, Aunt Azon’s eyes filled with tears at the mention of my father. “I am doing this for you, Gabriela. And for my brother.”

“What are you talking about?”

“I’ve been investigating,” she whispered urgently. “Senior Arnulfo Sy is a high-ranking member of the Black Dragon Syndicate. Your father wasn’t just ‘missing’—he was on a mission to take them down.”

My heart stopped. “How do you know this?”

“His journal. When the police returned his effects, I found it hidden. He left messages for you and Kevin.” Her gaze turned fierce. “I’m with you, Gabriela. But we have to play their game to get the truth.”

I looked at the wine, then back at her. “I’m in. What’s the plan?”

She gave me a grave warning. “Be careful. I won’t let them take you. If they try anything, tell me—I’ll be happy to put a rifle bullet through their heads myself.”

I nodded, feeling a surge of adrenaline. Justice for my father.

I returned to the table, put on my best mask, and sat beside Senior Arnulfo. I didn’t realize that while we were talking, someone had spiked the drink my aunt gave me.

“Did she scold you?” Arnulfo asked, his voice oily.

“No,” I replied, holding his gaze. “She just told me something I found… very interesting.”

“Oh? And what was that?”

“It was about you.” I looked deep into his eyes and took a long sip of the wine.

Almost instantly, the room began to tilt. My head grew heavy, and a dark veil started to pull over my vision.

“Are you okay, sweetie?” Arnulfo’s voice sounded like it was underwater.

That was the last thing I heard before the world went black. As I slipped into unconsciousness, I felt his hand slide onto my leg.

CHAPTER TWO : THE RISE OF LA FIERY

The Dark Forest

Gabriela drifted back to consciousness, the cold dampness of the earth seeping through her clothes. She was in a dark forest, the towering trees blocking out any hope of starlight. In the distance, flashlights cut through the shadows where men stood guard. Closer still, a group of figures surrounded her.

Though her body felt heavy and weak, her mind recognized the voices.

“Hey there, beautiful lady,” one man cooed.

Gabriela’s skin crawled. She knew that voice—it was the sound of her father’s enemy. “Senior Arnulfo,” she rasped, her voice trembling. “What do you want with me?”

The Reyes Household

Back at home, the sun was beginning to peek through the curtains, but the house felt cold. Kevin sat at the small wooden table, his eyes fixed on a framed photograph of him and Gabriela.

“Why are you still awake, kid?” Candice asked, walking into the kitchen.

“I’m waiting for Ate Gabriela,” Kevin replied softly, not moving his gaze. “She promised to bring me new beads for my crafts. It’s seven in the morning, and she’s still not home.”

Candice sighed, crossing her arms. “That witch! Don’t worry, I’ll drop by Aunt Azon’s place to ask about her.” She spoke harshly, but she sat next to Kevin, trying to offer some rough comfort so he wouldn’t worry.

Before she could leave, the front door swung open. Aunt Azon stepped inside, her face pale and her eyes rimmed with red.

“Where’s your mother?” Azon asked abruptly.

“Mom’s not here,” Candice replied, standing up.

“Fine. Follow me,” Azon commanded.

“What’s going on?” Candice asked, but the old lady didn’t answer. She only looked away, her expression haunted.

They moved toward the kitchen, but Kevin intercepted them. “Auntie, where’s Ate Gabby?”

Azon froze. The question hit her like a physical blow. She looked at the young boy, so innocent and hopeful, and felt the crushing weight of her own guilt. She didn’t know how to tell him that his sister had been taken by the Syndicate.

Slowly, she knelt so she was eye-level with him. She took his small hands in hers. “Kevin… your sister is missing. But we’re going to find her as soon as possible, I promise. I’ll do everything in my power to bring her back. So… please, don’t worry.”

To her surprise, Kevin didn’t cry. Instead, a strange, calm smile spread across his face.

“I can feel her, Auntie,” he said, his voice sounding older than his years. “She’s alive. She’s very tired right now, but she’s alive. She’s strong.”

Candice and Azon stood frozen, stunned by the certainty in the boy’s words.

THE REBIRTH OF PAULINA

The Dark Forest

After Senior Arnulfo’s men had finished their brutal work, they looked down at Gabriela’s broken body. Covered in stab wounds and barely breathing, she was a ghost in their eyes. They left her there, deep in the woods, certain the forest would swallow her secrets.

But as the silence settled, a mysterious woman emerged from the shadows. She looked down at Gabriela with ancient, knowing eyes.

“I give you the essence of my magic,” the woman whispered. “Use it to save your world from the coming apocalypse.”

A sphere of white-hot light—a Santelmo —flickered into existence between her palms. In Filipino folklore, the Santelmo is a wandering soul, a ball of fire that haunts the wilderness.

“San Elmo, possess her with your flame. Grant her your power!”

The woman pressed the fireball against Gabriela’s lips, and the light surged into her. Gabriela’s body began to convulse. A pillar of fire erupted from her chest, engulfing her entirely. The flames licked at her skin and reduced her clothes to charred rags, yet her flesh remained unburned. Within the heat, her deep wounds began to knit back together, leaving smooth, unscarred skin behind.

“Wake up, Gabriela,” the woman commanded, her voice fading into the wind. “Do what you are destined to do.”

Morning: The Outskirts

Gabriela’s eyes snapped open. The sun was rising. She sat up, dazed, noticing the bloodstains and scorched fabric of her clothes. Her mind was a fog.

“Are you alright, child?” a gentle voice asked.

Gabriela looked up to see an old woman, Aleng Tali, standing over her. Tali’s husband, Mang Benny, stood nearby, looking concerned. Gabriela stared at them, her throat dry.

“Do you have coffee?” she asked softly.

The Sy Mansion

Inside the lavish walls of the Sy estate, Jasper was a wreck. He sat on the edge of his bed, frantically biting his nails until they bled. The door creaked open, and his twin brother, Jan, stepped in.

“Hey, bro. You okay?” Jan asked, noticing the tremor in Jasper’s hands. “I know you, Jasper. You’re stressed. What did you do?”

Jasper buried his face in his hands, his voice muffled by panic. “Dude, I messed up. I’m completely useless. I’ve done something I can’t take back.”

The Black Dragon Hideout

Meanwhile, in a hidden bunker, Senior Arnulfo was gleefully counting stacks of blood-money. The air suddenly turned cold, and a woman appeared out of thin air.

“Arnulfo. What is the progress?”

Arnulfo jumped, then realized who it was. “Enigma! You’re here. Sit, please. Can I get you a drink? Some food?”

Enigma’s lip curled into a smirk. “Do you forget I am a goddess? Your human food is nothing compared to the souls I absorb. Stop avoiding me. Do what you promised the God of Darkness, or suffer the consequences.”

With a flick of her wrist, she vanished into a cloud of black smoke.

The Forest Cottage

Back at the small hut on the edge of the woods, Gabriela was finishing a warm meal provided by the kind couple. She was wearing one of Aleng Tali’s old dresses.

“Thank you so much for breakfast, Aleng Tali, Mang Benny,” she said.

“You look so sweet in that dress,” Tali smiled. “But child, we have to ask… what happened to you? Your clothes were burned and soaked in blood, yet when we checked you, there wasn’t a single scratch on your body.”

Gabriela frowned, clutching her head. The memory of the club, her father, and the forest felt like a dream she couldn’t quite catch. “I… I don’t remember. Where am I?”

The couple exchanged a pained look. They saw a girl who had clearly been through a trauma she wasn’t ready to face.

“It’s alright,” Mang Benny said gently. “Since you can’t remember your name for now, we will call you Paulina . Is that okay?”

“Paulina?” She tasted the name. It felt fresh. New. “I like it.”

She reached out and hugged them both. “Thank you.”

“You stay here as long as you need,” Aleng Tali promised. “Until the memories come back.”

The Club

The police arrived at the club, but their presence brought little comfort to Aunt Azon.

“We will do our best to find your niece, Madam. We’ll keep you posted the moment we have a lead,” Officer Akihiko said, his voice professional but grave.

Azon gripped the edge of her desk, her knuckles white. “Thank you, Akihiko. I just hope she’s okay. This is all my fault… all my fault…” Her voice trailed off as the room began to spin. The lights blurred into streaks of neon, and suddenly, the world went black.

Azon slumped to the floor, motionless.

“Madam Azon? Can you hear me?” the officer shouted, rushing to her side.

“Auntie! Wake up!” Candice cried. She had been staring at her phone, having just received a cryptic text from her boyfriend, Jan, but now she dropped it in terror.

“I’m calling an ambulance! Hold on, Auntie!” Anastasia screamed, her hands shaking so hard she nearly dropped her phone.

“Faster, Tasia!” Candice shouted, her voice echoing through the empty bar.

The Garden

While chaos reigned at the club, a strange silence hung over the garden at Gabriela’s house. Kevin sat alone on the grass, his eyes calm. A glowing orange butterfly fluttered through the air and landed gently on his outstretched hand.

“Thank you for saving my Ate Gabriela,” Kevin whispered to the tiny creature. “But where is she now?”

The butterfly didn’t answer. It took flight, spiraling upward until it vanished into the bright morning sky.

“Ate Gabby… please come home,” Kevin murmured, watching the spot where it disappeared. He knew she was alive, but he could feel the heat of the fire starting to change her.

The Cottage

Deep in the countryside, the peaceful morning was interrupted by a strange humming sound. Aleng Tali stepped outside and froze in horror.

“Paulina? Are you okay? What is that?”

Gabriela—now known as Paulina—was standing in the clearing, her eyes wide and glazed over. Floating just inches from her face was a massive, swirling sphere of fire. It pulsed like a heartbeat, casting a harsh orange glow over everything.

“Oh my God! Paulina, stay away from that thing!” Aleng Tali screamed.

Mang Benny ran out behind her, stopping dead in his tracks. “A Santelmo!” he gasped, his voice full of ancient fear.

Paulina didn’t move. She was trapped in a trance, her soul seemingly tethered to the floating spirit. She was being hypnotized by the very power that had saved her life.

“She’s caught in its spell! I have to grab her!” Aleng Tali cried. She lunged forward, desperate to pull the girl away from the dancing flames before the Santelmo claimed her entirely.

CHAPTER THREE: THE LAST PIECE OF THE SCEPTER OF NOVARIA

Previously… After being rescued by an elderly couple, Gabriela realizes she has lost all memory of her true identity.

“What happened to your clothes?” Mang Benny asked, his brow furrowed. “They’re burned and covered in blood. Based on the stains, it looks like you were stabbed—and yet, when we checked, you didn’t have a single wound.”

Gabriela could only stare at them. She tried to reach back into her mind, searching for any memory of what had happened or how she had ended up there, but she found nothing but a void.

“I don’t remember anything,” she admitted, her voice trembling. “Where am I again?”

The couple exchanged a long, heavy look. The pity in their eyes was obvious.

THE CONTINUATION:

Lalahon stood in silence, her eyes fixed on the strange object in her hands.

“Are you just going to stare at that forever, Lalahon?”

The voice was like the sound of a cool stream. When Lalahon turned, she found herself face-to-face with Lidagat.

As the daughter of Magwayen and ruler of the seas, Lidagat was a sight to behold. Her hair seemed to move like crashing waves, and her skin had the shimmering translucence of deep water. She was the very essence of the ocean, surrounded by a faint scent of salt and ancient power.

“Lidagat!” Lalahon breathed, surprised by the deity’s presence. “What brings you here?”

Lidagat smiled, a gesture as fluid as the tides. “Your protégé,” the water deity asked. “How is she faring?”

Back with Gabriela…

After their encounter with the Santelmo, Gabriela collapsed, her consciousness slipping away.

“Paulina? Paulina, are you okay?” Aleng Tali cried, shaking the girl’s shoulders and patting her cheeks to wake her.

Later that night, Gabriela stirred. Through the thin walls, she overheard the couple whispering about Hestia—one of the great kingdoms of Jamais, ruled by the Crowned Prince Xavier.

“I can feel it,” Aleng Tali whispered. “That Santelmo was sent from Hestia specifically to hurt her.”

“What does that mean?” Mang Benny asked, his voice low. “Is Paulina from our world?”

“No,” Tali replied, handing her husband a cup of tea. “I can’t sense anything like that. She belongs to this realm, I’m sure of it.”

She froze. Gabriela was standing in the doorway, her eyes wide.

“Paulina?” Tali gasped.

“Aleng Tali… what is Hestia?” Gabriela asked. As she spoke, a strange heat filled the room. Her hair began to glow, shifting from dark strands to a burning, flickering red.

“Paulina, what’s happening to you?” Mang Benny backed away.

Suddenly, a Santelmo flared into existence between them. The fire swirled and took the shape of a regal woman.

“You don’t have to worry about her,” the woman said. “She is simply fighting her fate.”

“The Deity of Fire… Lalahon,” Mang Benny whispered. He and Tali immediately bowed.

“Take care of this woman,” Lalahon commanded. “She is destined to save both the mortal world and Hestia.” She held out a shimmering, reddish gem.

“What is this?” Tali asked, staring at the stone’s inner light.

“Thalia, this is a piece of the Scepter of Novaria. You must find the other pieces across the realms and give them to their rightful keeper: Gabriela.”

“Her name is Gabriela?” Benny breathed.

“Yes. And now, I will restore her memories.” Lalahon waved her hand, but as the magic flared, the goddess let out a cry of agony. Her form began to flicker and fade.

“Goddess! What’s wrong?” Tali rushed forward to help.

“I have no more time,” Lalahon gasped, her body dissolving into sparks. “Give the gem to Gabriela!”

With a final burst of light, the goddess vanished. Left behind was a girl out of control. Gabriela’s power exploded; flames roared from her body, catching the surrounding trees and racing toward the nearby village.

“Paulina, stop! You’ll destroy everything!” Benny shouted.

“Gabriela, my child, please listen!” Tali cried, trying to reach her through the heat.

The fire was crawling toward the neighboring houses, which were made of dry, light materials. They would go up in seconds.

“What do we do?” Benny yelled over the roar of the blaze.

Tali didn’t answer. She closed her eyes, raised her hands, and began to chant.

“No, Thalia! Not that!” Benny cried. But he didn’t stop her. Instead, he grabbed her hand, adding his strength to the spell.

As they began to draw the heat toward them, their bodies changed. The wrinkles faded, their backs straightened, and their strength returned—the true power of Hestians. They absorbed the inferno into themselves, growing younger with every flame they swallowed, until finally, the fire died out and Gabriela fell unconscious once more.

Meanwhile, at Azon’s Place…

Anastasia paced the floor, hoping her boss had news. “Are the police giving you an update on Gabriela?”

Azon only sighed. The silence from the station was answer enough—until her phone buzzed. It was Akihiko, the officer investigating Gabriela’s disappearance.

“I’ll be there in twenty minutes,” Azon said, grabbing her bag.

“What happened, Boss?” Anastasia asked, reaching for her own coat.

“They found a car in the Santa Elena forest—the same one from the night Gabriela was taken,” Azon explained grimly. “And they found a body.”

“Wait, I’m coming with you!”

In the Garden…

While the search intensified, Gabriela’s younger brother, Kevin, was looking for a different kind of help.

“Where are you, Mariposa?” he whispered. “Can you help us find my Ate Gabby?”

As if on cue, a white butterfly fluttered through the garden and landed softly on an orchid. Kevin leaned in close. “Is my sister okay? Has her journey truly started?”

To his surprise, the butterfly seemed to pulse with a faint light. She is safe, a voice whispered in his mind. Lalahon has visited her and given her a piece of the Scepter of Novaria. But be careful, Kevin. This world is being invaded by those who worship the Dark Lord.

The Villain’s Lair…

The “Dark Lord” the butterfly warned of was Senior Arnulfo. At that very moment, he was admiring a glowing red pearl.

“The Pearl of the Crying Mermaid is finally mine!” he gloated.

“Boss, your sons are here,” a minion interrupted, whispering the names Jan and Jasper.

“Let them in,” Arnulfo said with a smirk. But his smile vanished when Jan marched in and landed a heavy punch across his father’s jaw.

Arnulfo’s guards leveled their guns, but he held up a hand. “Don’t hurt my children!” He wiped blood from his lip. “What is this about, Jan?”

“Stay away from Jasper!” Jan roared. “He isn’t like you—a smuggler, a dealer, a worshiper of unknown gods!”

“I didn’t force him,” Arnulfo chuckled. “He wanted to see the family business.”

Jan turned to his brother, his heart sinking. “Jasper, is that true?”

“I was curious,” Jasper admitted, his voice trembling. “But I never wanted to kill anyone! Dad… you forced me to help with Jan’s girlfriend’s stepsister.”

Jan froze. “Gabriela? Your dirty organization was involved in that? Jasper, why didn’t you tell me? Candice is heartbroken!” Jan lunged at his brother, his fist clenched in fury.

“I’m sorry, Bro! Dad forced my hand!” Jasper cried.

“Then you’re going to the police,” Jan hissed. “You’re going to admit everything.”

In Santa Elena…

Far from the chaos, Gabriela was recovering under the care of the Hestian couple.

“Your name is Gabriela Reyes,” Aleng Tali said gently, handing her a missing person poster. “Your family is looking for you.”

Gabriela stared at her own face on the paper. “Gabriela Reyes…”

As she spoke the name, the dam in her mind finally broke. Memories rushed back like a flood:

“Ate Gabby, I’m here!” she heard Kevin’s voice as she picked him up from school. “Bestie, I’m here for you,” Anastasia whispered, comforting her backstage at the club. “Take care of your siblings while I’m gone,” her father’s voice echoed, his final parting words.

The truth was back. But with her memory restored, so was the weight of her destiny.

CHAPTER FOUR: HEART OF HESTIA

PREVIOUSLY :

“Your name is Gabriela Reyes,” Aleng Tali said softly. She reached out, handing Gabriela a weathered poster. “Your family has been looking for you.”

Gabriela looked down. There, printed in bold ink above her own face, was her full name.

“Gabriela Reyes,” she whispered.

The name acted like a key turning in a rusted lock. The fog in her mind began to burn away, replaced by a torrent of voices that felt like they were screaming from another lifetime.

“Ate Gabby, I’m here!” It was Kevin’s voice—high-pitched and energetic—running toward her after school.

“Bestie, I’m here for you, okay?” Anastasia was there too, her face blurry through Gabriela’s tears in the dim, neon-lit backstage of her aunt’s club.

“Gabriela, take care of your siblings while I’m away.” Her father’s voice was heavy with the weight of leaving.

Then, the memories shifted from the mundane to the mythic. A mysterious woman stood before her, her silhouette framed by an impossible heat. “I give you the essence of my magic,” the woman commanded. A fireball roared into existence, dancing between them. “Use this to save your world from the apocalypse.”

The heat grew unbearable until a new voice pierced the flames—divine and echoing.

“Wake up, Gabriela,” Goddess Lalahon commanded, pressing a heavy necklace into her palm. “Do what you were destined to do.”

THE CONTINUATION:

Gabriela’s hands trembled as she searched for the one thing that proved her memories weren’t a dream. “The necklace,” she whispered.

“Wait, I kept your things in a small bag,” Aleng Tali said, already moving toward the back room. “We looked for an ID, anything to know who you were, but found nothing. Let me get it for you, my child.”

As Tali disappeared, Mang Benny leaned forward, his eyes kind but searching. “What else do you remember, Gabriela?”

“My dad is still missing,” she said, her voice cracking. “My aunt was a detective; she found out the Black Dragon Organization was involved. I was so close to getting justice, but then…” She swallowed hard, the trauma resurfacing. “They attacked me. I thought it was the end. But a woman appeared in the darkness. I couldn’t see her face, only the silver of the moonlight, but she gave me a necklace before I blacked out.”

Aleng Tali returned, breathless, and pressed a small bag into Gabriela’s hands. Gabriela tipped it over, and the necklace tumbled out. It hummed with a faint, rhythmic light.

“That looks familiar,” Tali breathed, her eyes widening.

“What do you mean?” Gabriela asked.

Mang Benny took a closer look. “That is an ancient relic from the land Tali and I once called home.”

Tali gasped as the pieces clicked together. “The Heart of Hestia. The woman who saved you, Gabriela… she was no stranger. She was the Goddess Lalahon herself.”

“But why me?” Gabriela’s voice was barely a whisper.

“We cannot answer that yet,” Benny said softly. “But she saw something in you that we see, too.”

Meanwhile, at Aunt Azon’s Office

Azon sat amidst a sea of cold coffee cups and missing person flyers, her heart heavy with grief for Gabriela. The door creaked open, admitting the last person she wanted to see.

“My name is Jan Sy,” the young man said, his posture stiff. “I am the eldest son of Arnulfo Sy. I’m here to help you find your niece.”

Beside him, Candice smirked, crossing her arms.

“I don’t want help from the family that ruined my life,” Azon snapped, her finger pointing sharply toward the door. “Your family owes mine more than money can ever repay. Get out.”

Candice stepped forward, her eyebrows arching mockingly. “Don’t be a hypocrite, old woman. We know you’re running out of funds to find Gabriela’s father. You should take my boyfriend’s offer.”

Azon stood up, her chair screeching against the floor. “How dare you! Once I find her, I’ll protect her from you and your wretched mother. I know what you are. You’re nothing but a social-climbing wretch!” She lunged forward, physically shoving them both into the hallway and slamming the door.

In the Garden

Kevin paced the grass, eyes fixed on the sky. His heart leaped when a massive, iridescent butterfly descended from the trees.

“Mariposa! You’re here!” Kevin sprinted toward the flowerbeds.

The butterfly shimmered, her form shifting and shrinking until a young girl stood in her place. “I have to use this form,” Mariposa whispered, glancing toward the house. “So your mother doesn’t think you’ve gone mad talking to insects.”

“What’s the update? Is Ate Gabby okay?”

Mariposa’s expression darkened. “She has her memories back. She knows who she is now. But Kevin… there is something else.”

“What is it?” Kevin’s smile faded.

“Your father,” Mariposa said, her voice heavy. “He’s gone missing. We believe he accidentally opened a portal to another realm while trying to help your sister. He is in Hestia now.”

At the Black Dragon Headquarters

“The final piece is mine,” Senior Arnulfo whispered. He held up a massive black pearl, its surface shimmering with an oily, unnatural light. “The Pearl of the Crying Mermaid.”

“What’s the plan, Boss?” his minion asked, eyeing the gem with a mix of awe and fear.

Arnulfo’s laugh was cold and sharp. “I am going to open a gateway. Legend says that when you combine three relics—the Feather of the Sarimanok, the Root of a two-hundred-year-old Balete tree, and this pearl—a portal will tear open. It leads to a kingdom of infinite power and gold.”

The minion hesitated. “Where did you even find these, Boss?”

Arnulfo didn’t answer. He didn’t need to. He simply thought of his former partner, the archaeologist he had betrayed to steal these secrets.

At the Edge of the Forest

“Do you truly have to go, my child?” Aleng Tali asked, her voice thick with worry.

“I have to,” Gabriela said firmly. “You’ve done so much for me, and I promise to repay you. But my father is still out there, and the Black Dragon hasn’t answered for what they did.”

“Remember, Gabby,” Mang Benny added, placing a hand on her shoulder. “Justice is not the same as revenge. Don’t let the law fall from your hands. And study that book we gave you—the secrets of Hestia are your best shield.”

“I won’t forget.” Gabriela opened the ancient Book of Hestia. Her eyes scanned the glowing ink until she found a travel incantation. “Here it is.”

She spoke the words with total conviction. Suddenly, her necklace flared with a blinding heat. Her body stretched and shimmered until she vanished into a burst of embers, transforming into a magnificent firebird. With a sharp cry, she took to the sky.

“She is fearless,” Mang Benny murmured, watching the trail of smoke in the clouds.

“Now I see why Lalahon chose her,” Tali agreed.

The Kingdom of Hestia: The Forest of Jamais

“You aren’t from this realm, are you?” Criselda asked.

The man sitting by the fire simply nodded.

“I knew it,” Dave muttered. “Earth-born.”

Beam stepped forward, handing a cup of steaming tea to the stranger they had rescued from the brush. “What brings a human so deep into our woods?”

“My name is Robert,” the man said, his voice weary. “I’m an archaeologist. My partner and I discovered a legend about three objects that could open a portal to a land of riches. But he grew greedy. He stole the relics… and he stole my life.”

Leah turned to Criselda. “Is the legend true?”

“It’s an old tale,” Criselda warned. “Many explorers have tried to find that path. Most ended up lost in dimensions that have no name.”

The Return

Gabriela landed silently near the Black Dragon’s perimeter, her human form flickering back into existence. Her eyes were fixed on the compound ahead.

“Senior Arnulfo,” she hissed, her voice vibrating with power. “You’re going to tell me the truth about my father.”

She balled her fists. Sparks danced between her fingers, and a low, hungry flame began to grow in her palms.

CHAPTER FIVE: THE LA FIERY

The city streets were swallowed by shadows, illuminated only by the flickering amber of a dying lamppost. A young woman hurried along the pavement, her grip tightening on her phone as the sound of heavy footsteps echoed behind her.

Suddenly, three men stepped out from the darkness, cutting off her path.

“What do you want from me?” she gasped, her voice trembling as they closed in.

“Your money or your life,” the lead man sneered. He grabbed her arm, pinning her in place. “Take your pick.”

“Let me go!” she cried, struggling against his grip. “Please!”

From the top of a nearby shipping crate, a shadow watched. The men froze as they noticed a silhouette looming over them.

“Who’s there?” the leader barked, stepping toward the figure. A spark jumped from the lamppost overhead, sizzling in the damp air.

“Let her go,” a voice commanded from the darkness. It was low, calm, and dangerous. “Or you will taste my wrath.”

The men exchanged a look before erupting into laughter. “Are you kidding? You’re just a girl. What are you going to do to us?”

The silhouette stepped into the light. Her hair didn’t just catch the glow of the streetlamp—it began to shimmer like molten gold, flowing as if caught in an invisible wind.

“This ‘girl’ will burn you,” she whispered.

She threw her hands forward. In an instant, roaring pillars of flame erupted from her palms, turning the alleyway as bright as high noon. The heat was immediate and terrifying. The men shrieked, stumbling over each other as they scrambled back into the darkness, leaving their victim behind.

Gabriela lowered her hands, the flames fading into soft embers. She stepped toward the shaken woman.

“Don’t be afraid,” Gabriela said gently. “I won’t hurt you. You need to leave this place—now.”

The woman nodded, catching her breath, but she paused before running. “Wait… what’s your name?”

Gabriela hesitated. She thought back to the stories Kevin used to read to her—the legends of the ancient heroine who defended her kingdom with the sun’s own fire.

“Call me La Fiery,” she said.

She reached up, rubbing the cool stone of her necklace. Before the woman could say another word, Gabriela vanished in a swirl of heat and light.

“La Fiery,” the woman whispered to the empty street, before turning and sprinting toward safety.

Aunt Azon’s office

Aunt Azon paced the floor of her office, her mind a storm of worry, until the door burst open. Anastasia rushed in, breathless.

“Anastasia? What happened?” Azon asked, her heart hammering against her ribs.

“Gabby… she’s back!” Anastasia gasped, clutching her chest to catch her breath. “The police found her. They’ve rushed her to the hospital nearby. Come on, Madame, we have to go!”

At the Hospital

The news traveled fast. Kevin and Candice arrived at the emergency wing just as the sun began to set. Candice stayed glued to her phone, her voice a low murmur. “Okay, see you there, babe,” she whispered before hanging up.

“Is she going to be okay?” Kevin asked, his voice small. Candice merely gave a stiff, distracted nod.

Inside the quiet recovery room, Gabriela sat propped up against the pillows. Her mind was racing. How could she dismantle the organization that had destroyed her life while staying under their radar? The click of the door interrupted her thoughts.

“Gabby! Thank God you’re okay!” Anastasia cried, rushing to the bedside and seizing her hand.

Azon followed, her face etched with guilt. “Gabriela, what happened? I am so sorry I let you get caught up in my plans. I don’t know what I would have done if I’d lost you.”

“I’m alright, Auntie,” Gabriela said, her voice steady. “But I need your help. Both of you.”

Azon shook her head immediately. “No. If this is about your father, I’ll handle the revenge. I won’t let you put yourself in danger again.”

“Tita, listen,” Gabriela insisted, leaning forward. “Fighting them won’t be easy. You need me, and I need Anastasia. Just hear my plan.”

The Black Dragon Hideout

Far from the sterile hospital walls, a swirl of oily black smoke manifested in the center of the room. Enigma appeared, her presence chilling the air. She looked down at Senior Arnulfo.

“Find the last piece of the Scepter of Novaria,” Enigma commanded. “Do you have any idea the power it holds?”

As Arnulfo read the ancient descriptions of the scepter’s capabilities, a greedy light ignited in his eyes. “With this… I will be unstoppable.”

“Do not forget your deal with Sitan,” Enigma hissed, her form beginning to dissolve back into the shadows. “Do not waste your time on trifles.”

Back at the Hospital

The tension in the room spiked when the Sy brothers arrived. Jan stepped forward, his expression heavy with a shame his brother didn’t seem to share. He began to apologize for the horrors his family had put her through.

As Gabriela looked at them, the memory of that night hit her like a physical blow.

“Dad, enough! Let her go!” Jasper had screamed. But Arnulfo hadn’t listened. High on drugs and fueled by rage, his father had pressed a cold gun to Jasper’s temple.

“Do it, or you’ll follow your mother!” Arnulfo had roared. “Kill the girl!”

Jasper’s hands had trembled as he pointed his own weapon at Gabriela. Through his blurred vision, he didn’t see a stranger; he saw his mother’s face crying out for mercy. “Sorry, Mom,” he had whispered.

Gabriela blinked, the hospital room coming back into focus as Azon touched her shoulder.

“I… I don’t recognize you,” Gabriela said, her voice hollow as she looked at Jan. “Who are you?”

Candice scoffed, stepping forward to grab Gabriela’s arm. “Seriously? What kind of drama is this, Gabby?”

“You’re hurting me,” Gabriela winced, pulling away. “Auntie, who is this woman?”

“Let her go, Candice!” Anastasia snapped, shoving herself between them. “The doctor said she has selective amnesia. You’re a nursing student—didn’t they teach you how trauma affects the brain? Or were you too busy being a social climber to study?”

“Anastasia, that’s enough,” Azon warned, though she didn’t look at Candice. “Her mind is unstable. She doesn’t need the stress of your faces right now.”

“Fine,” Candice spat, turning toward the door. “I don’t want to get bitten by a crazy dog anyway.”

“If I were a dog,” Anastasia barked, baring her teeth in a mock snarl, “I’d make sure you caught the rabies!”

Once the room cleared of her enemies, Gabriela let out a long, slow breath. The act was working. To the world, she was a broken girl with a shattered memory. But to the three people she trusted—Azon, Anastasia, and Kevin—she was a weapon being forged in secret.

That night, the hospital room felt less like a place of healing and more like a secret headquarters. Anastasia arrived carrying a large, unmarked box, her eyes darting to the door to ensure they were alone.

“Here’s your request, Bestie,” Anastasia whispered.

Gabriela lifted the lid. Inside lay a sleek, dark suit that shimmered with a subtle, metallic finish. She ran her fingers over the material; it was light but felt incredibly durable.

“I added a few custom touches,” Anastasia said proudly. “It’s made of reinforced Kevlar weave. It’s completely bulletproof, and more importantly for you—it’s fireproof. You won’t have to worry about your own power burning your clothes off.”

“Thank you, Anastasia. It’s perfect,” Gabriela said, a spark of excitement dancing in her eyes.

“So, it’s official? You’re going to be a vigilante?” Anastasia’s voice turned serious. “What if they recognize you?”

Before Gabriela could answer, the small TV mounted in the corner flickered with a breaking news report. A woman appeared on screen, her face flushed with relief as she described a “miracle” in the alleyway.

“She saved me,” the witness told the reporter. “She had hair like gold and fire in her hands. She called herself ‘La Fiery.’”

In another part of the city, Kevin watched the same broadcast. A wide, knowing smile spread across his face as he whispered the name to himself. “La Fiery.”

Back in the hospital room, Aunt Azon stepped in, her expression determined. “Don’t worry, my niece. I’ve spoken with Dr. Navarro. Your discharge papers are signed for tomorrow morning. Everything is ready for your ‘recovery’ at home. We’ll make sure no one suspects a thing.”

The Black Dragon Hideout

The “Last Piece” had finally arrived in the city, but it was not in a vault or a chest. It was hidden within a small, stray white cat that prowled the streets of Novaria, carrying the scepter’s essence in its very soul.

Senior Arnulfo sat hunched over a workbench, calibrating a tracking device he had built specifically to find the relic. Enigma hovered behind him, her voice a ghostly echo.

“That object can grant you more than just power, Arnulfo,” she hissed. “It can grant you immortality. It can peel back the curtain of time, allowing you to see the future—or walk through the past.”

Arnulfo’s hands froze on the device. His eyes grew dark with a long-buried grief. “I’ll get it,” he growled, his voice trembling with obsession. “I’ll use it to go back. I’ll stop my wife’s death. Whatever it takes.”

CHAPTER SIX: THE KINGDOM OF JAMAIS

The kingdom of Jamais:

In the heart of the frost-covered Kingdom of Jamais, the air was crisp and smelled of ancient snow.

“We are glad you could visit us, Kevin,” a woman said, her voice like cracking glass. She wore a crown carved from pure ice that shimmered against her stark white hair. “How goes your mission?”

“It’s going well so far, Queen Elsa,” Kevin replied with a mischievous grin.

The Queen’s eyes flashed. “My gods! Has my brother been talking to you? He is the only one who uses that name to tease me. Samuel!”

As she shouted her brother’s name, a spark of light flickered behind Kevin, slowly expanding until it took a human shape.

“Kevin, next time Samuel tells you something ‘funny’ about me, you ignore him,” the Queen commanded.

“Hello, Queen Elsa,” Samuel whispered playfully.

“Samuel! Do not call me that!” The Queen’s temper flared, and the temperature in the room plummeted. Tiny snowflakes began to drift from the ceiling.

Suddenly, a column of heat surged through the hall, and a handsome man stepped out from the flames. “That’s enough, Sam,” he said firmly. “Greetings, Queen Samantha.”

At the sound of his sister’s true name, Samuel bowed respectfully.

“I am here for my weapon, Queen Samantha,” Kevin said, his expression turning serious. “The Thunder Whip. Is it ready?”

“It is,” Samantha replied. “But before I hand it to you, you must meet our guests from Novaria.”

A thick plume of smoke swirled in the center of the room, revealing two women.

“I am Leah, and this is my cousin Beam,” the first woman said. “Our other cousins could not join us; their own kingdoms are in peril. We are here to warn you: the apocalypse led by Sitan has begun.”

She spoke of the ancient dark god, the guardian of the underworld, whose four agents were already moving to ruin mankind. “The trouble started when the Great Scepter was shattered and scattered,” Leah explained. “Now, the balance is broken.”

Queen Samantha stepped forward, holding a weapon that hummed with electric blue energy. She handed the Thunder Whip to Kevin. “You will need this, Kevin. Your sister, Gabriela, has been chosen as the keeper of the scepter’s final piece.”

Beam turned her gaze toward the man who had emerged from the fire. “And Prince Xavier, your kingdom needs you. A realm without a leader is a feast for invaders. Your cousin Aira cannot rule two kingdoms forever; her people need her focus elsewhere.”

Xavier looked at Samuel, his jaw set with newfound determination. He took Samuel’s hand. “I will lead my kingdom,” Xavier declared.

Samuel nodded, his grip firm. “And I’ll be right by your side.”’

The Web of Lies

Gabriela paced the small hospital room, her mind already miles away. “I’m going to do it. I’m going to get close to the Sy brothers.”

“Are you crazy?” Anastasia’s voice jumped an octave. She looked at her best friend as if she’d grown a second head.

Aunt Azon stood by the window, her arms folded tight. “This is a suicide mission, Gabriela. You’re walking right back into the lion’s den.”

“I can handle myself,” Gabriela insisted, her eyes burning with an eagerness that silenced them both. “If I can get close to them, I can find the Black Dragon hideout. I can find out what they really did to my father. I’m not just a victim anymore—I’m the hunter.”

Her aunt and Anastasia shared a long, heavy sigh. They knew that look. There was no stopping her now.

The Intruder

Deep within the shadows of the Black Dragon hideout, the silence was shattered by a flash of steel. A figure dropped from the rafters, moving with the fluid grace of a shadow. She wore a dark, form-fitting mask and tactical gear—the unmistakable silhouette of a ninja.

“Denny Anne!” Senior Arnulfo roared, his face reddening with rage. “How dare you show your face here!”

The mysterious woman didn’t say a word. She simply offered him a mocking wink before slamming a small sphere onto the concrete. A thick, choking cloud of grey smoke erupted, swallowing the room whole.

“Boys! Catch her! NOW!” Arnulfo’s voice echoed through the haze, followed by the frantic sound of boots hitting the floor.

The Hospital Visit

Back at the hospital, the air was much calmer, though no less dangerous. Jan and Jasper walked into Gabriela’s room, their hats in their hands.

“What are you guys doing here?” Gabriela asked, tilting her head and offering a soft, curious smile.

“We just wanted to check on you, to see if—” Jan began, his voice hesitant.

Gabriela cut him off, her tone light and airy. “Oh, don’t worry. I still don’t remember a thing about that night. And as for Jasper…” she looked over at the younger brother, her eyes twinkling with feigned sweetness. “If he really did the things people say, I’m sure he had a reason. He seems much too innocent and cute to be a villain.”

Jasper’s eyes widened, and a deep, dark red climbed up his neck and into his cheeks. Gabriela watched him blush, a secret, cold satisfaction settling in her chest. The hook was set.

One Year Later…

Twelve months of smiles, twelve months of “I love you,” and twelve months of lies. Gabriela had played the role of Jasper’s devoted girlfriend perfectly, all while waiting for the one moment Senior Arnulfo would let his guard down.

That moment was tonight.

Gabriela shadowed Arnulfo’s black sedan as it wound toward a secluded, industrial fortress. Just as she prepared to slip inside, a blur of motion blocked her path. A woman in tactical gear and a dark mask stood before her.

“Who are you?” Gabriela hissed, her hands beginning to glow with a faint, dangerous heat.

“You don’t know what you’re getting into, girl,” the woman rasped.

“I’ve been tracking this old man for a year,” Gabriela countered. “Get out of my way.”

She lunged, and the two women collided in a flurry of strikes. Gabriela managed to pin the stranger against the cold stone wall, her hand tightening around the woman’s throat. “Are you one of his minions?”

The woman didn’t panic. With a swift, practiced move, she flipped the momentum, pinning Gabriela to the ground and pressing a cold dagger against her neck. “I’m not like you,” the woman whispered. “I’m here to bring him down.”

Gabriela froze. “Wait a minute.”

The stranger eased the pressure of the blade but didn’t pull it away.

“If you aren’t with him, who do you work for?” Gabriela asked.

“The Magic Investigation Bureau,” the woman replied, her voice softening. “We’re a secret organization dedicated to recovering stolen ancient relics. The Black Dragon is our mortal enemy. They’ve stolen weapons that belong to history—like the Kampilan of Lapu-Lapu .”

Footsteps echoed nearby. Before the guards could spot them, Gabriela grabbed the woman’s arm. She focused her energy, and their forms shimmered into nothingness just as a patrol passed by.

The masked woman gasped. “Invisibility? Where did you get powers like that?”

“It’s a long story,” Gabriela said, her eyes following the guards. “I just need to find the truth about my father.”

“My name is Violet,” the woman said, offering a nod of respect.

“Call me… La Fiery,” Gabriela replied, shaking Violet’s hand.

“Listen, La Fiery,” Violet whispered urgently. “If you want to see the past, you need to find the Tower Clock of Dalikmata . It’s named after the goddess of healers and the third sight. It’s a tool that can reveal secrets hidden by time. But we have to move—they’re coming.”

As Violet vanished into the shadows, Gabriela heard a guard approaching. She didn’t have time to hide, so she closed her eyes and willed her body to change. Within seconds, she was no longer a young woman; she was the spitting image of Jasper Sy.

“Sir Jasper? What are you doing here?” the guard asked, surprised.

Gabriela steeled her nerves, mimicking Jasper’s lazy posture and soft voice. “I’m here to see my dad. Where is he?”

She found Arnulfo in his study, surrounded by shadows and stolen artifacts. The sight of him made her skin crawl with the memory of that night—the gun, the drugs, the cold rain. But she kept her face calm.

“What are you doing here, son?” Arnulfo asked, not looking up from his desk.

“I… I wanted to explore the facility a bit,” Gabriela said, her heart hammering.

“You’re acting strange today,” Arnulfo murmured, finally looking up. He reached into his drawer and tossed a heavy brass key onto the desk. “Fine. Take the key. Don’t touch anything you don’t understand.”

Gabriela’s eyes darted to a sketch on his desk. It was the Scepter of Novaria. “What is this, Dad? How are you going to get it?”

“I will do whatever it takes,” Arnulfo said, his voice cold and obsessed. Without another word, he walked out.

Gabriela stared at the door. “Violet was right,” she whispered to the empty room. “He’s nothing but a thief.”

In the corner of the room, a black cat—its eyes glowing with an ancient, knowing light—woke up. It stared toward a shifting black shadow creeping across the floor, waiting for the collision of two worlds.

CHAPTER SEVEN: THE CLOCK OF PAST AND FUTURE

Gabriela moved through the fortress like a ghost, her footsteps silent on the cold stone. In her hand, the brass key felt heavy, like it held the weight of her father’s entire life.

She finally found it—a door tucked away in the deepest part of the vault, marked with an ornate symbol of an open eye. This was the sanctuary of the Dalikmata Tower Clock .

As she pushed the door open, the air grew thick with the scent of ozone and old parchment. In the center of the room stood a towering mechanism of gold and obsidian. It didn’t tick like a normal clock; instead, it emitted a low, rhythmic hum that vibrated in Gabriela’s chest. Hundreds of tiny, glass-like eyes decorated its frame, all seemingly tracking her movement.

The goddess of the third sight, Gabriela thought, remembering Violet’s words. Show me the truth.

She approached the clock’s face, where the hands were moving counter-clockwise at a dizzying speed. She reached out, her fingers trembling as they touched the cool glass.

“Show me my father,” she whispered. “Show me the night he disappeared.”

The humming grew into a roar. The glass eyes on the clock began to glow with an ethereal violet light, and suddenly, the walls of the room dissolved. The stone was replaced by the dense, rain-slicked foliage of a dark forest from a year ago.

She wasn’t in the vault anymore. She was a spectator in a memory.

There, standing in a clearing, was her father. He looked exhausted, clutching a leather-bound journal to his chest as if it were his own heart. Opposite him stood Senior Arnulfo, his face twisted with a greed Gabriela had only recently begun to truly understand.

“It’s not just about the gold, Robert,” Arnulfo’s voice echoed through the memory, sounding hollow and distant. “It’s about the power to rewrite what has been done.”

“You don’t know what you’re playing with, Arnulfo!” her father shouted back. “The portal isn’t just a doorway; it’s a trap!”

Gabriela watched, her breath catching in her throat, as her father stepped backward toward a shimmering rift in the air—the portal to Hestia. She reached out to stop him, but her hand passed right through the memory like smoke.

“Dad!” she cried out, but the past was deaf to her pleas.

The Truth in the Gears

The room was a graveyard of stolen history, filled with the cold scent of iron and ancient dust. Gabriela moved past crates of relics until she saw it: the Clock of Dalikmata . The wooden tower was intricately carved, its surface pulsing with a faint, heartbeat-like rhythm.

“This is it,” she whispered.

The moment her fingers brushed the polished wood, the gears shrieked. The hour hand spun with impossible speed, and a blinding, violet light swallowed the room. When the light faded, the stone walls were gone. Gabriela was standing in her father’s laboratory, exactly as it had been a year ago.

“Robert, finally!” Arnulfo’s voice boomed. He looked younger, his eyes bright with a dangerous obsession. “The last ingredient for the portal. Hestia is within our reach.”

“It’s because of your research, Arnulfo,” her father, Robert, replied. He looked hopeful, unaware of the viper standing beside him. “Once we place the Heart of Hestia here…”

As the relic touched the machine, the air tore open. A shimmering rift appeared, howling with a wind that smelled of ozone and wild forests.

“We did it!” Arnulfo cheered.

“And so the balance was broken,” a deep, resonant voice spoke behind Gabriela.

She spun around, her hands sparking with fire, but she stopped. Standing there was a man who seemed to be made of starlight and ancient shadows. He wore the robes of a ruler, and his eyes held the weight of centuries.

“Who are you?” Gabriela gasped.

“I am Kan-Laon ,” the figure replied. “The Ruler of Time. And I see the soul of my old friend Lalahon burning within you.”

“Lalahon? I don’t understand,” Gabriela said, her head spinning.

“Every twenty years, our essences seek out worthy humans,” Kan-Laon explained, his gaze fixed on the past. “We do this to maintain the bridge between the mortal world and the realm of the spirits. Even in this age of machines, the balance must be kept.”

Suddenly, the scene before them turned violent. The portal began to flicker wildly, turning from blue to a sickly, bruised purple.

“Arnulfo, get back!” Robert shouted, his face pale. “Something is wrong! Get help!”

But Arnulfo didn’t move to help. He stared into the rift, mesmerized by the power radiating from it. He turned to Robert, a chilling smile spreading across his face. “The portal wants a sacrifice, Robert. It wants you.”

“What is he doing?” Gabriela screamed, lunging toward the memory of Arnulfo. “You bastard! Help him!”

Kan-Laon caught her arm, his touch as cold as the void. “Remember, Gabriela. This is but a shadow of what has already passed. You cannot change the ink that has already dried.”

Gabriela watched in horror as Arnulfo lunged forward, his hands slamming into Robert’s chest. With one brutal shove, he pushed her father into the swirling vortex. The portal shrieked as it swallowed him whole, vanishing into a single, sharp point of light.

“No! Father!” Gabriela fell to her knees, hot tears blurring her vision.

“Look closer, Gabriela,” Kan-Laon commanded, pointing to the spot where the portal had vanished.

A thick, oily black smoke began to seep from the floorboards, coiling like a serpent.

“A black smoke?” Gabriela whispered.

“The minions of Sitan,” Kan-Laon said, his voice darkening. “The god of the underworld does not let a breach go unnoticed.”

Slowly, the smoke began to solidify, taking on a terrifying, monstrous shape.

The Council of Kings

The air in the Hestian throne room hummed with tension until the heavy doors groaned open. A woman stepped through, radiating authority and grace.

“Aira? Is that truly you?” Prince Xavier asked, a rare smile breaking through his serious expression as he recognized his old friend.

“None other,” Aira replied, her voice steady and regal.

Before the guards could announce her, Samuel sprinted across the hall. The royal guards moved to intercept the boy, but Aira held up a hand, stopping them instantly. “Stand down. He is my cousin.”

Samuel crashed into her for a warm hug before quickly remembering his manners and offering a deep, respectful bow.

“How are you, my cousin?” Aira asked, ruffling his hair affectionately.

“I’m well, Aira,” Samuel said, his eyes bright. “We’ve decided to stay here, in the kingdom. But where is Liam?”

“Liam is on a mission with the Princess of Novaria,” Aira’s expression darkened. “Everything has changed since that strange portal tore through the sky. In the chaos, our most dangerous prisoners— Manggagaway and Mansisilat —managed to vanish.”

“They escaped their cells because of me,” a voice interrupted.

Robert, Gabriela’s father, stepped forward from the shadows. His face was lined with guilt, the weight of the accidental breach he caused pressing down on his shoulders.

“We must stop blaming ourselves for the shadows of the past,” Samuel said, his voice surprisingly mature. “What matters now is how we reshape the future for the generations to come.”

“Sammy is right,” Xavier added, turning to Robert. “Sir, we will do everything in our power to get you home to your daughter, but the fabric of the realms is too weak to open a new portal right now. For the time being, we need your expertise. This war will require more than just magic; it will require your knowledge.”

Aira nodded in agreement. “Whatever you need, Xavier—whatever you need, Sammy—the Kingdom of Aera stands with you. Our steel and our winds are yours to command.”

The Mark of Death

Within the glowing aura of the Tower Clock, Gabriela watched as the black smoke solidified into two terrifying figures.

“They are the servants of Sitan,” Kan-Laon whispered, his voice echoing through time. “Manggagaway and Mansisilat. In your time, Manggagaway has taken the name Enigma . Her sister, Mansisilat, chose a different path—she is now known as Mailin , a seeker of light.”

“Enigma…” Gabriela tasted the name. It felt like cold iron on her tongue. “I’ve heard that name before.”

“You have,” Kan-Laon confirmed. “She is the shadow behind Senior Arnulfo. She has spent years poisoning his mind, turning his grief into a weapon for her master.”

“What do I do?” Gabriela asked, her voice trembling.

“You are the rebirth of Lalahon,” Kan-Laon said, placing a glowing hand over her necklace. “The Heart of Hestia is your compass. Let it guide you.” A dazzling light exploded from the pendant, pulling Gabriela back from the past. When she opened her eyes, she was standing alone in the dark vault, surrounded by the stolen relics of the Bureau.

The Secret of the Sy Brothers

Across the city, Jan burst into the house he shared with Jasper. “Bro, what’s going on? What’s the emergency?”

Jasper didn’t speak. He simply pulled back his sleeve. A web of black, thorny vines was slowly pulsing beneath his skin, creeping upward from his wrist.

“What is that?” Jan gasped.

“The Mark of Death,” Jasper whispered, his face pale. “When these thorns reach my heart, it’s over.”

“How? We’ll find a cure! I’ll contact the Magic Investigation Bureau—”

“There is no cure, Jan. I’ve searched the archives. This isn’t a disease; it’s a curse.” Jasper looked at his brother with watery eyes. “Promise me you won’t tell Dad. And don’t tell Gabriela. I don’t want her to see me like this. But Jan… I know now that our mother is still alive. She has this same curse. I saw it.”

“How?” Jan asked, breathless.

“The Clock of Dalikmata,” Jasper replied. “It showed me the past. Our mother didn’t just die—she was taken by Sitan.”

The Healer of the Barrio

In a remote village, far from the reach of the Black Dragon, a woman known as Mailin sat in a small hut. She was a faith healer, beloved by the locals, but she could not heal herself. She pressed a medicinal leaf against the black vines on her own arm—the same mark Jasper carried.

“Mailin,” her assistant, Manang Lucia, called out. “You have visitors from another barrio. They’ve traveled a long way.”

Mailin turned, her eyes widening. She didn’t see three ordinary travelers. Through her spiritual sight, she saw their true, shimmering forms.

“You are not from this world,” Mailin breathed. “How can a humble healer assist the Prince of Andromeda, the Priestess of Novaria, and the Princess herself?”

“Greetings, Mansisilat,” Beam said, stepping forward with a kind smile. “We’ve come a long way to find the one who turned toward the light.”

CHAPTER EIGHT: SONICA

The Revelation of Time

In the presence of the God of Time, the air felt thick with the weight of centuries. Gabriela stood frozen as Kan-Laon’s voice echoed like a great bell.

“You are the rebirth of my old friend, Lalahon,” he said, his eyes reflecting the spinning gears of the cosmos.

Through the Tower Clock of Dalikmata, the veil of lies was torn away. Gabriela watched the past unfold in vivid, painful detail. She saw the genuine friendship that once existed between her father and Arnulfo—a bond forged in discovery—before it was poisoned by greed. She saw the exact moment the portal claimed her father, and for the first time, she had a destination. She didn’t just have a mission anymore; she had a map to the truth.

The Curse of the Sy Brothers

Across the city, a different kind of darkness was taking root. Jan gripped his brother’s shoulder, his eyes wide with horror as he stared at the blackened veins pulsing on Jasper’s arm.

“What is that?” Jan’s voice was a frantic whisper.

“The Mark of Death,” Jasper replied, his voice unnervingly calm. He looked down at the thorny pattern as if it were an old friend.

“The Mark of what ? Jasper, how did this happen?” Jan’s confusion turned into a cold, sharp fear. He realized in that moment that the sins of their father were finally beginning to take their toll—not on Arnulfo, but on the son who had tried to stay innocent.

The Healer and the Royals

Deep in a quiet barrio, Mailin pressed a crushed medicinal leaf against her own arm. The same thorny mark that cursed Jasper was etched into her skin—a permanent reminder of the master she had served as Mansisilat.

The quiet was broken by Manang Lucia’s voice. “Mailin, you have visitors from another barrio. They seek your help.”

Mailin looked up, but her eyes didn’t see the dust-covered travelers at her door. She saw the aura of realms beyond Earth.

“They are not from this world,” Mailin whispered to herself, her heart quickening. She stood, bowing her head slightly as the three figures stepped into the light. “How can a humble healer assist the Prince of Andromeda, the Priestess of Novaria, and the Princess herself?”

THE CONTINUATION:   TANGLED VINES

The Healer’s Hut

“Greetings, Mailin. How are you?” Beam asked softly.

Mailin took a long, shaky breath before turning to her assistant. “Manang Lucia, could you please prepare some food for our guests?”

“Of course,” the old woman murmured, bowing her head. “Excuse me.” As the door to the nipa hut closed behind her, Mailin turned back to the group.

“What is it you truly want from me?” Mailin asked, her voice weary.

“We are here to ask you one more time,” Beam began, her eyes pleading. “Could you speak to your sister—”

“I know what you want,” Mailin interrupted sharply. “And I have tried. Enigma does not want to listen. Her heart is a stone that no words of mine can soften.”

Liam sighed, crossing his arms. “If Mailin has done all she can, then our path is clear. We must face Enigma on the battlefield.”

“Enough,” Criselda said, stepping forward. As the Priestess of Novaria, her presence was commanding. “Mailin, let me see the mark. How do you feel?”

Mailin pulled back her sleeve, revealing the blackened thorns. Criselda’s face paled. “This is worse than I thought. The vines are spreading too fast. Let me try something.”

Criselda closed her eyes, and a brilliant, warm light erupted from her palms. She pressed her hands against Mailin’s skin. The magical energy surged, and with a low hiss, the thorny vines began to recede, pulling back toward the wrist.

“Thank you, Priestess,” Mailin whispered, the relief visible on her face.

“Take this fruit,” Criselda said, handing her a glowing harvest from Novaria. “It will slow the curse’s progress. But hear me, Mailin: if you run out, you must open the portal and come to us immediately. Do not wait.”

“I promise,” Mailin replied.

The Echo of the Curse

At that exact moment, miles away in the Sy mansion, Jasper gasped. He felt a strange, cooling sensation wash over his arm. He watched in disbelief as the blackened vines on his own skin shivered and retreated, as if frightened by an invisible light.

“Mom…” Jasper breathed, the name slipping out before he could stop it.

“Babe? Are you okay?” Gabriela asked, stepping into the room.

Jasper jumped, quickly pulling his sleeve down to hide the mark. “Yeah. I’m good. Are you ready to go? You wanted to visit your aunt, right?”

“Yes! I’m so excited to see Tita Azon and Kevin,” Gabriela said, offering a bright, practiced smile.

The door opened again, and the atmosphere in the room soured as Candice walked in with Jan.

“Yes, honey, I am so happy for you,” Candice said, her voice dripping with sarcasm. She mockingly imitated Gabriela’s graceful movements, a cruel smirk on her face. Jasper caught the gesture and gave a small, forced smile, trying to keep the peace between the two “sisters.”

The Architect of Chaos

Deep within his study, Senior Arnulfo studied a necklace made of jagged, weathered seashells. At its center hung a freakish, twisted pendant that seemed to hum with a low, mournful vibration.

“La Fiery will be the one to lead me to the scepter,” Arnulfo murmured to the shadows where Enigma lurked. “But first, I need a way to lure her out of her cave.”

“I’m impressed,” Enigma’s voice dripped with poisonous approval. “You’re finally thinking like a genius. My sister would be delighted by this.”

Arnulfo held the shell up to the light. “Legend says this shell traps the voice of a mermaid consumed by hatred—a creature who wanted nothing but vengeance on the humans who murdered her lover. Tonight, I release that hate.”

“Sounds like a lovely bit of trouble,” Enigma laughed, her form flickering in the dark.

A Moment of Peace

Across the city, the heavy air of the Sy mansion was replaced by the warmth of family. Gabriela threw her arms around her aunt, Anastasia, and Kevin, holding them as if she might never let go.

“I missed you guys so much,” she whispered.

“You look amazing, Bestie,” Anastasia said, winking. “What’s the secret? High-society living?”

“It seems that Sy boy is at least doing a good job of taking care of you,” Aunt Azon added, though her eyes remained cautious.

Gabriela scooped Kevin up into her arms, groaning playfully. “Hey, big guy! Have you been eating bricks? You’re getting too heavy!”

“I am not!” Kevin protested, though he was grinning.

“You know what, Gabby? Kevin has a crush at school,” Anastasia teased.

“No, I don’t!” Kevin frowned, his face turning pink.

“Really? What’s her name? Is she as beautiful as your big sister?” Gabriela asked, poking his cheek.

“Her name is Marie,” Anastasia sang out.

As the laughter died down and Jasper stepped away to his car, Aunt Azon’s face shifted into a mask of seriousness. “Where is he?” she asked quietly.

“He went to get something from the car. Why, Auntie?”

“How is the investigation?” Azon whispered, her eyes darting to the door. Gabriela leaned in, her voice low as she recounted the dark secrets she had unearthed within the Clock of Dalikmata.

The Birth of Sonica

In a rain-slicked alleyway nearby, a woman sobbed, her fists clenched so tight her knuckles were white. “I hate them,” she choked out. “I hate them both!”

“I can feel your anger,” a smooth, cold voice spoke from the shadows. A man stepped forward, his face obscured by a heavy brow and a dark suit. “I can feel your hunger for revenge.”

“Who are you?” the woman gasped, wiping her eyes.

“Call me Mr. Gloom,” he replied, holding out the seashell necklace. “I have the resolution to your problem. A way to make them feel exactly what you feel.”

The woman reached out, the siren call of the necklace pulling her in. As soon as the clasp clicked shut around her neck, her back arched. A scream tore from her throat as a wave of excruciating pain surged through her veins.

“Rise and take your revenge,” Mr. Gloom commanded, his eyes gleaming. “Rise, Sonica !”

The woman’s form twisted and shifted. When she stood again, her eyes were cold and glassy, and her voice carried a haunting, sonic vibration. “They will feel my wrath,” Sonica hissed. “I will suffocate them with my pain.”

Mr. Gloom’s laughter echoed through the alley, drowning out the distant sound of the city.

The Hidden Mark

“Auntie, where are the condiments? I can’t find them anywhere,” Gabriela called out, stirring a pot on the stove. Suddenly, a pair of arms wrapped around her waist.

“Mmm. You’re cooking Adobo again,” Jasper whispered, leaning his head on her shoulder.

“You’re the one who always asks for it,” Gabriela teased. “You said I have the same touch as your mother. Anyway, are Candice and Jan coming tonight? Did they call?”

“I’ll check right now,” Jasper said. As he reached into his pocket for his phone, his sleeve slid back.

Gabriela’s eyes widened. “Love, what is that?” she asked, pointing to the dark, pulsing mark on his forearm.

Jasper didn’t even look down. He adjusted his sleeve with a practiced, jerky motion. “I’m getting Jan on the line now, Love. Hang on.” He stepped out onto the porch before she could ask another word.

The Familiar

Gabriela turned back to the counter, her heart racing. That was when she saw it—a sleek black cat sitting on the windowsill, watching her with eyes that seemed far too intelligent for an animal.

“Hello, kitty,” Gabriela murmured, reaching out a hand. “Do you have a name?”

The cat stopped licking its paw and looked directly at her. “My name is Catherine,” the cat replied, its voice smooth and melodic. “Your brother gave it to me.”

Gabriela’s hand shook, and her glass of water slipped, shattering against the floor.

“Ate? Are you okay?” Kevin asked, appearing at her side. “You look like you’ve seen a ghost. Don’t worry, Cathy doesn’t bite. She’s just a bit intense, right Cathy?”

Kevin scooped the cat into his arms. Catherine simply looked at Gabriela and let out a long, innocent, “Meow.”

“She… she was talking to me,” Gabriela whispered.

“Ate, what are you talking about?” Kevin laughed.

Gabriela rubbed her temples. “Maybe I’m just stressed. Too much cooking.”

The Challenge

“Bestie, forget the cat—look at this!” Anastasia rushed into the kitchen, thrusting her phone in front of Gabriela’s face.

A grainy video was playing. A man stood in the center of a darkened square, his face obscured by shadow. “I am calling for you, La Fiery,” he drawled. “I challenge you to step out of the dark and face me.”

Below the video, the headline read: NEW VILLAIN ‘MR. GLOOM’ THREATENS THE CITY.

“What is this?” Anastasia asked, her voice hushed.

“La Fiery will defeat him!” Kevin shouted, punching the air. “She’ll smash him into the ground!”

“Kevin!” Anastasia gasped. “Where did you learn to talk like that?”

Gabriela knelt to his level, her expression stern. “You have to promise me you will never say that again, Kevin. We don’t celebrate violence.” Kevin looked at his feet and nodded, chastened.

The Uninvited Guest

The front door swung open, and the warm atmosphere evaporated as Candice strutted in, followed by Jan.

“Did we actually invite you here?” Candice snapped, eyeing Anastasia with disgust.

Anastasia didn’t miss a beat. “I live here, honey. Didn’t you know? The real question is, why are you here? Jasper invited his brother, but the last time I checked the list, there wasn’t a spot for a stray witch.”

“Whatever! Excuse me,” Candice spat, shoving past Anastasia into the living room.

“Candice, what is wrong with you?” Jan muttered, catching Anastasia’s arm. “I am so sorry, Tasia. Truly.”

Anastasia offered him a sharp, confident grin. “It’s okay, Jan. You don’t need to apologize for her. I can handle a little bad weather from a witch like that.”

Jan couldn’t help but let out a short, surprised laugh as he followed his brother.

“What’s happening to me? Argh!” The woman said while she was writhing in excruciating pain.

“Rise and make revenge, rise SONICA!” Mr. Gloom said. then an instant the woman changed her appearance and said at the same time.

“They will feel my wrath and I will slowly suffocate them with my pain,” Sonica said. while Mr. Gloom laughs.

The Continuation…

At Aunt Azon’s house, Candice and the Sy brothers were invited for a small gathering as they celebrated the birthdays of Robert, Gabriela, and Kevin’s Dad.

“Please no fighting Candice and Gabby, as we celebrate my brother’s birthday,” Azon said as she saw Candice and Gabriela still arguing until their argument stopped when a news flash on TV.

“A woman climbs to the top of the billboard here at Rizal Avenue, and looks like it’s going to jump.” The new caster said. then Anastasia and Azon look each other as they saw Gabriela was not comfortable in her seat which was also noticed by Jasper.

“Love, you, okay?” Jasper asks her. She just nods her head for the confirmation.

“Huh? That woman is crazy, no wonder, Gabby will follow that woman’s path.” Candice said as she was enjoying her food. Until Anastasia and Azon make a scene.

“Ah Bestie, favor please…” Anastasia said.

“Yes, bestie?” Gabriela replied.

“Can you buy me a pineapple juice and can you buy it for me at the convenience store please?” Anastasia said.

“And Gabby, I forgot my high blood pressure maintenance can you buy me as well at the drug store? Please” Azon said.

“Seriously? At 7 pm you guys need those? We’re in the middle of a celebration and what are you doing maid? You ask Gabriela to buy you pineapple juice? I saw it on the refrigerator, there’s a lot of pineapple juice.” Candice said.

“Oh, that’s the reason why I don’t want to drink those, might be there’s a Candice virus on those juices If I will drink it, I will be poisoned,” Anastasia said.

“How dare you say that to me,” Candice said as she got irritated by what Anastasia said.

“That’s enough, I’ll catch you later love. I need to buy Aunt’s medicine. This will be quick. Love you!” Gabriela said and she rushed to go outside.

Then in a few minutes, Jan also said Goodbye due to an emergency call that he received.

“Bro, cover me up I need to go now,” Jan said.

“Got it, don’t worry,” Jasper replied.

“Miss Azon, Thank you so much for the delicious meal. As much as I wanted to stay long I got a call from the law firm, the office called for an emergency meeting. Nice meeting you Tasia and Miss Azon.” Jan said politely.

“No problem, thank you for coming,” Azon replied smiling at the same time.

“Babe, Mr. Smith calling me and I have to go,” Jan said to Candice.

“Okay babe, I’ll stay here for the min time. I’ll sleep here tonight for Kevin. I miss my little dude.” Candice said.

“Alright, I’ll pick you up here tomorrow morning,” Jan said and he immediately left using Jasper’s motorcycle.

And Kevin saw Gabriela and Jan leave, then his cat said something.

“What happened to the past is now happening in the future, they are destined.” His cat said. and Kevin just smiled at his cat and said at the same time.

“My parents are so cool.” Then a butterfly suddenly appears.

“Mariposa? What she’s doing here?” The black cat said.

“Maybe there’s a message from Jamais. Let’s go, Cathy.” Kevin said and they rushed to the garden.

“Wait, Kevin!” The black cat said.

Meanwhile at the stripe club.

“Hey baby, you are staring at me. Why?” The mysterious lady said. and the old man smiled at her and said.

“Yes, you are so beautiful. What’s your name young lady.”

“My name is Sonia. Can you do me a favor handsome?” The mysterious lady said and suddenly her eyes went blue then the old man said.

“Everything you want, I will give it to you.” The old man said.

“That’s perfect!” Sonia said and she touched the old man’s face and said.

“I want you to give me all of your money,” Sonia said while smiling. Then the old man hypnotized he immediately gave Sonia all of his money.

“That’s all of my money,” The old man.

“Thank you,” Sonia said and she quickly strangled the old man and here she sucked its life force until the old man died and dry as a leaf.

“This is cool, thank you Mr. Gloom,” Sonia said.

While at Rizal Avenue, Gabriela tries to rescue the woman who climbed to the top of the billboard.

“La Fiery is here,” The newscaster said.

“Let me take care of this chief,” Gabriela said to the policemen.

“She will not listen to us, she’s pregnant.” The policeman said.

When Gabriela saw the woman, she estimated her age.

“Her age ranges from fifteen years old to eighteen.”

“Yes, Miss Fiery. She was devastated because her boyfriend left her when the guy knew she was pregnant.” The man with the mask said.

“Who are you?” Gabriela asks.

“Call me Pisces,” The guy with the mask said and the mysterious man waved his hands to all the fire hydrants acting weird as if this would explode. Until all the water came out and the masked guy used it to get to the top of the billboard, where the young woman was devastated.

“Ah water, but he doesn’t need to do that,” Gabriela said as she shook her head. Then she immediately releases a fire on her hands as a fire engine to make her fly.

When they reached the top, they saw the young lady who was devastated.

“Who are you? Are you the minions of Mr. Gloom?” The young lady said when La Fiery and Pisces hear that they look at each other and they know now who is the mastermind of this.

“No, were not. We are here to help you. My name is La Fiery and this is Pisces. We are here to help you okay? Listen to me, what’s your name?” Gabriela said.

“Yes, she’s right, and we’re not associated with that Mr. Gloom. We are here to help you, what happened.” Pisces said.

“My name is Agatha, I’m one of the lab rats of Mr. Gloom, we were kidnapped at a young age and we experimented in Mr. Gloom’s laboratory,” Agatha said.

“I didn’t know about this,” Pisces said.

“Why, Pisces?” Gabriela asks.

“No, I’ve heard about a myth of white van kidnapping, and looks like the black dragon organization was one of the masterminds of this,” Pisces said.

“Well, we will help you Agatha, take my hand. I have someone that can help you. I have a friend that works on M.I.B.” Gabriela said.

“Is it the Magic Investigation Bureau?” Pisces asks.

“Yes, I have a friend who works there,” Gabriela replied.

“Who?” Pisces asks. But they stopped when a loud harmony suddenly interrupted them. And the billboard started to shake.

“Agatha!” Gabriela said, Agatha almost fell, luckily, she was clinging to the irons of the billboard, which Pisces immediately helped.

Gabriela saw from a distance, she saw a mysterious woman watching them and smiling at them at the same time.

“Who are you?” Gabriela said. then she saw the mysterious woman immediately run.

“She’s saved Miss Fiery,” Pisces said.

“Call me La Fiery, not Miss Fiery. Anyway, Agatha must be in a safe place we need to bring her to the M.I.B.” La Fiery said.

“Okay, I can bring her,” Pisces said. but La Fiery refuses.

“Let me bring her, I have a trusted friend who is working at MIB, I don’t trust you.” La Fiery said at the same time her eyebrows rising.

“Okay, you guys can bring me to that facility as long as I am safe from Mr. Gloom. Again, you guys can bring me, and let’s go I feel dizzy.” Agatha said and she suddenly lost consciousness.

While in the garden, where Kevin and Cathy saw the butterfly that they call Mariposa.

The butterfly changes her appearance as a human.

“What’s the emergency, Marie?” Cathy the black cat asks.

“Queen Samantha ask my help to relay this message, The kingdom of Andromeda was destroyed, all the oceanic creature needs to evacuate and we need your help, Kevin,” Marie said.

“Cathy, can you cover my disappearance?” Kevin asks.

“Yes, but remember, you need to go home after five days.” The black cat said.

“I will do the same thing that you did when I was in Jamais,” Kevin said and Cathy just licked her paws and slowly her appearance changed and she copied Kevin’s appearance.

“Thank you, Cathy, you’re the best,” Kevin said and then Marie opened a portal and they immediately stepped into the portal. And just in time, Candice saw Cathy outside and she called Cathy by Kevin’s name.

“What are you doing there, young man, it’s late at night and cold. Come here.” Candice said then Kevin slowly approached her.

At the secret laboratory of Mr. Gloom.

“All of you are stupid!! How did Agatha escape from this high-security facility? Someone helped her. And I will know who’s that traitor. I’m going to take your life!” Mr. Gloom said angrily to his people.

“Excuse me, sir,” The scientist said.

“Yes, make sure that’s good news, not a problem. I have enough!” Mr. Gloom said.

“I’m sure you will be happy about this, follow me, sir.” The scientist said then Mr. Gloom immediately followed the scientist. Then Senior Arnulfo saw the good news that the scientist said.

“We have successfully released the power of this antique item and successfully transferred it to Kelly.” The scientist said at the same time he removed the cloth that covered the chamber of Kelly. And there Senior Arnulfo gets amazed at the transformation of Kelly.

“By the use of the earrings of Anggitay and with the DNA that we discover in those earrings, we have successfully combined Kelly’s DNA and the creature Anggitay. There you have it, sir, Your Anggitay creature is here.” The scientists said.

And now Kelly has the upper body of a human while in the lower part she has the body of a mare.

Anggitay is a mythological creature that is known to exist according to the beliefs of the people of
the Philippines
. They are majorly known to be females who have the
upper body of a woman and the lower body of a mare.

They sometimes are represented as having a single horn on their head. People also believe that they are obsessed with
hoarding gold and gemstones.

“Amazing” Senior Arnulfo said. Then the scientist gets a gemstone from his pocket and gives it to Mr. Arnulfo.

“Legend said, Anggitay are obsessed with gold and any precious gem.” The scientist said.

“Right, let’s see!” Senior Arnulfo said and he calls the attention of Kelly while eating fruits and when Kelly saw the precious gem that he was holding. Kelly immediately went insane and wanted to get out of her cage and take the gem on Senior Arnulfo’s hand.

While Agatha was safe in the hands of MIB,

“We will do a test on her to know what kind of experiment the black dragon did to her,” Violet said.

“Thank you, Violet, did you know this Pisces man?” Gabriela asks.

“He’s my son,” Violet replied and smiled at her, then Gabriela got Shocked when she heard that Mr. Pisces was Violet’s son.

“What? How come? You look around 20’s you’re bluffing me, Miss Violet.” Gabriela said.

The Continuation…

After the Scepter of Novaria was divided into pieces, Criselda decided to hide those pieces in a different realm; as she was tasked to save Novaria from terrible destruction caused by Sitan’s minion, Enigma.

Criselda hides the pieces of the scepter in a different realm, The first realm she visits is the kingdom of Khastriya, which is Ced got the first piece of the scepter. The last realm that Criselda visits is the kingdom of Jamais and she left the pieces of the scepter on Hestia.

“Lalahon, the goddess of fire and volcanoes. Please help me to save this piece of scepter from my world.” Criselda said while she didn’t know that a smoke was watching on her. After she left the reddish gem. The smoke slowly formed into a woman and the woman said.

“To pay for my sins, I will save you.” The woman said and the reddish gem brightened.

Which is on Time Arnulfo and Robert open the portal to Hestia from Earth and the woman is shocked at what she saw.

“This portal is from Earth, I remember, Samuel and Samantha closed the portals to Earth, as Earth was very vulnerable.” The woman said, then a mysterious woman appeared and said at the same time.

“Sitan will do everything, and yes you’re right, Mansisilat that portal came from Earth.” The woman said.

“Dian Magayon?” she said when she saw the face of the mysterious woman.

“I’ve heard you earlier that you will choose the light, and because of that Let me help you,” Magayon said.

“How?” Mansisilat asks.

“Allow me to give you, my blessings,” Magayon said, but Mansisilat thought about the warning of Sitan to her.

“If you disobey me, a curse will grow and it will kill you slowly,” Sitan said as she left the cave where her sister was hiding.

“I’m tired of doing perversity.” She said and she used her ability to disappear.

“Are you worried about the curse of Sitan?” Magayon asks. And Mansisilat just sighed in her reply to the Magayon.

“It’s okay if you will not accept my blessings but I want you to keep that piece of scepter from Novaria to earth. Protect it with your life.” Magayon said.

“No, I am ready, this will be my payment for everything I hurt. Give me your blessing Dian Magayon.” Mansisilat said and she vows her head as she waits the blessings from Magayon.

Dian Magayon raised her left hand and there his palms started to light up.

“I gave my blessings to you, to start your new journey on earth. You will now be called by the name of Human as Mailin. Your ability to give illnesses to humans will change, you can heal now on any illnesses.” Magayon said.

After she gave the blessings to Mailin. She gave a warning and said.

“Except for your illness, you must seek help from us the diwatas to give you help.”

“I understand, Dian Magayon. Thank you for this new life.” Mailin said as she stepped into the portal where on the other side Arnulfo and Robert were celebrating their victory for opening the world that said from the legend it was full of precious gemstones and gold. But that was one of Sitan’s tricks.

“Robert, finally you found the last ingredients of the portal where we can go to Hestia,” Arnulfo said while they were on their experiments.

“That’s because of your research and I want you to put this thing here and…” Robert said and when they put the heart of Hestia, the portal opens and a strong wind suddenly blows.

“Finally, we did it!” Arnulfo said.

Then strategic moments happen just like what Gabriela saw on the clock of Dalikmata.

“Stay away from this room Arnulfo. Asked to help quick!” Robert said. as he saw the machine was doing something weird.

On the other side, as Mailin stepped into the portal, her sister Enigma followed her.

“Enigma!!” Magayon tries to stop Mailin’s sister but she is pushed back by a strange force made by Sitan’s essence as she sees a black smoke.

“Sitan!” Magayon said angrily, while Enigma tried to pull back her sister back to Hestia but Mailin used the Last piece of the scepter from Novaria.

“Please help me,” Mailin said and the reddish gem suddenly released a blinded light.

“Mailin! You belong here!” Enigma said, she immediately let go of Mailin from her grasp.

Going back to earth on The Black Dragon laboratory.

Arnulfo just looked at him still mesmerized by what he saw.

“Arnulfo, what are you doing?” Robert asks his friend. But his friend replied something weird.

“The portal wants you, Robert!” and he was shocked at what his friend said.

And everything was so fast, that Arnulfo betrays his friend Robert. He pushed Robert into the portal, and the portal quickly swallowed him.

“Aaahhhhhhh!” was a loud shout from Robert after he was swallowed by the portal and yet, a smoke released from the portal, and the smoke transformed into a woman. Arnulfo immediately helps the woman who was unconscious at that time.

“Miss, are you okay?” He asks Mailin while another smoke appears from the portal at this time, this is very dark but this was immediately disappears from the air.

Mailin got her conscious at the time that the portal was still open. She immediately reprimanded Arnulfo.

“I failed to save one guy earlier, and what are you guys doing? You guys breaking the balance.” Mailin said and she saw the heart of Hestia. She immediately grabbed it and threw this into the portal.

“This thing has not belonged to this realm!” Mailin said and immediately threw the heart of Hestia.

“What are you doing? That was the last ingredient we need to go to the world where the legends say a lot of precious gems can be found.” Arnulfo said.

“You people are greedy,” Mailin said.

After Mailin throws the heart of Hestia back to its realm where this has belonged. A Hestian couple sees the necklace.

“What is that Thalia?” Her husband asks.

“Not sure Benjamin, what is this but I saw this already when Prince Xavier~” The woman said and she remembered that this is the heart of Hestia where the crowned prince of Hestia was looking this. This was lost after the battle with Hex and his friends, The twins Samantha and Samuel, Liam and Aira. And the goddess of fire and volcanoes appears.

“What’s that Tali?” Lalahon asks the woman.

Thalia and Benjamin were Lalahon’s disciples on Hestia.

“Looks like this is the heart of Hestia that Prince Xavier was looking at,” Thalia said.

“Let me keep that Tali, and Benny, I want you to check the palace as Queen Samantha would like to know the update of the kingdom while Queen Aira was busy on Aera,” Lalahon said.

Going back to Mailin, she commands the last piece of the scepter to find a host.

“Find a host that you can hide for the min time until the rightful or chosen one will find you.” She said while the reddish gem was floating on her hands.

“As much as I need you to keep, but I have two sons right now. I will find you, my friend.” She said and the reddish gem lit up.

“Thank you, we don’t have time. By the power of Magayon and her grace given to me. You will reveal your true form to the chosen one. And once that will happen, you will summon me to give the last test, to prove that they are the chosen one.”

Mailin said. and then the reddish gem flew away and it chose a black cat. Now this is the cat in Kevin’s care and he named it Cathy.

Gabriela returns after she saves Agatha, and she slowly enters the house when Cathy the cat suddenly greets her and says.

“La Fiery,” Cathy said smiling at her. Gabriela was shocked when she heard that, in her eyes, she could see Kevin smiling and calling her La Fiery.

“Hey, young man, why are you still awake? I bought Auntie’s medicine and Tasia’s request and bought you this chocolate drink but you will drink this tomorrow, okay?” Gabriela said and she was obviously surprised by what Kevin said to her.

“Seriously, Gabriela? You can’t see my true form?” Cathy said and this is the reason why Gabriela starts to get worried.

“Who are you?” Gabriela said as she looked around to check if someone was watching them.

“Don’t worry they can’t hear us,” Cathy said and she revealed her true form to Gabriela and she transformed herself into a talking black cat.

“Cathy?” She said.

“Now, you know,” Cathy said while her tail was wagging.

“Where’s my brother?” Gabriela asks. But Cathy didn’t answer instead the cat brought her to a dimension that was full of stones and they were surrounded by volcanoes.

“Where am I?” She asks again to the Cat.

“This is the reflection of the kingdom of Hestia. Where your necklace was originated, The heart of Hestia.” Cathy said.

“This is, Hestia?” She said as she was amazed by what she saw.

“Now, the reason why I show you this. Hestia needs your help from imminent destruction. You are the only one who has the essence of Lalahon and the chosen one to use my power as the last piece of the scepter from Novaria.” Cathy said.

“What? What do you mean?” Gabriela asks the black cat.

“This started when the Skinwalkers of Novaria invaded the Earth, and after the portal opened from Novaria a strange essence from that realm possessed many people on Earth and this is the start of Superhuman. Your mother was one of the super humans, and this continues by generation.” Cathy said and she explained to Gabriela everything.

Gabriela meets the son of the leader of MIB, and Cathy reveals herself to her as she explains to Gabriela the reason why she was chosen as the keeper of the last piece of the scepter from Novaria and how this started.

The continuation…

Hestia, the third kingdom of Jamais.

Kevin arrived at the place where he was tasked to go at the order of the Queen of Jamais, the citizens greeted him and they explained to Kevin what happened, and the reason why they evacuated. One of those who greeted him was the crowned prince of Hestia and his significant other Prince Samuel of Jamais, he was the Queen’s twin brother. (Story; The Last Element)

“Kevin, where’s your sister?” Prince Xavier asks. Kevin bowed first showing respect to the leader of Hestia, Crowned Prince Xavier.

“Greetings Prince Xavier and Prince Sam, my sister is not yet ready. I was tasked by Queen Samantha to help the resistance.” Kevin replied.

“Kevin, we have someone who was looking for you.” Prince Samuel said, and then a familiar face appeared.

“Father?” Kevin said as he was stunned by what he saw. The father they had been looking for a long time had finally appeared; his father called his name.

“Kevin? Is that you, my child?” Robert said and he gave Kevin a warm embrace.

“I am so sorry; I know you didn’t recognize my face. You were two years old when I left you, while your Ate Gabriela was ten. Where is she now?” Robert asks.

“Father!” Kevin said and he gave his father an embrace while he cried like a child.

Meanwhile…

Cathy was explaining to Gabriela the story of Novaria when a visitor from Novaria suddenly interrupted.

“Greetings to you Gabriela or La Fiery, my name is Leah of Novaria. I am not physically here, but the Kingdom of Hestia was in great trouble. You must start your training as soon as possible as you are facing the enemy of all realms,” Leah said.

“Who?” Gabriela asks and Cathy answers.

“Enigma, she was Sitan’s disciple to bring chaos in different realms,” Cathy said.

“Don’t worry you are not alone, we have one protégé that is working right now to stop this chaos, especially in her realm, she was chosen to be the keeper of the first piece of the scepter from Novaria,” Leah explains.

“I met her, she’s a policewoman in the next city. Same like you, she has the essence of a goddess, now she has the goddess’s name Anitun Tabo. The goddess of wind and rain.” Cathy said.

“Okay, I am ready and where should I go for my training?” Gabriela asks.

“Leah excuse, me?” Cathy asks and the woman listens to the Cat.

“Yeah, you’re right about that,” Leah said and she stared at Gabriela and said this at the same time.

“Yes, Cathy was right, as for humans you reached the professional level of a Hestian. But still, I want you to see Thalia and Benny for your last and great training.” Leah said which is the cat nodding her head showing that she agreed.

“That’s awesome, I miss them both. My nana Tali and Mang benny.” Gabriela said as we recall Benny and Tali recovered Gabriela in the forest.

While at the small village where Tali and Benny live.

“Tali, look at this!” Mang Benny said while his wife rushed to him to see what his husband wanted to see in her own eyes.

They saw a fireball floating around their Kubo.

“What does this mean?” Aling Tali said.

“The last time we saw this fireball was when Gabriela was still here. It’s been more than two years since we saw this fireball.” Mang Benny said.

“By this means, this fireball spirit was Gabriela’s spirit guide.” Aling Tali said. then behind their back, a small fireball appears and slowly turns into a small creature.

“She was a spirit guide of Goddess Lalahon, but the goddess right now was in great danger.” The spirit guide of Aling Tali said.

“Alindanaw, what do you mean?” Aling Tali asks her spirit guide.

“She was captured by the evil queen from Khastriya.” Said the spirit guide of Aling Tali.

( Alindanaw , from the Cebuano word, means Dragon-fly )

“But why are you guys here?” Mang Benny asks and his spirit guide replies who is a dog.

“Benjamin, that spirit needs help. Unlike before, this was tasked to watch over the chosen one, now is completely different, this was tasked to find a new host and we think Gabriela is what the spirit guide of Goddess Lalahon wants.” Said Mang Benny’s spirit guide.

On the other side of the realm, the realm is called Khastriya.

“You have no choice; you must report to me everything most especially your vision about this war. If I will be the winner.” The Queen said, while the goddess Lalahon, slowly her appearance changed. From a beautiful maiden to an old woman.

“You will pay for this” Lalahon said while she felt extreme pain because of what the Queen did to her.

“How? And I have no time for this Lalahon.” The queen said and she released a high amount of lightning on her hands that strikes to the goddess. And because of that Lalahon screamed in pain.

Going back to Gabriela,

After she talked to Cathy, she decided to see the couple that helped her before.

“I don’t know Gabriela how I can give you the last piece of the scepter, as much as we wanted to give you this. But I can feel this is inside my body.” Cathy said.

“Maybe it is not the right time Cathy, but you have to be careful, especially with Senior Arnulfo,” Gabriela said.

“I heard his name already; you don’t have to worry about me,” Cathy said at the same time licking her paws.

“I should go now and see them both. Thank you so much, Cathy.” Gabriela said, while Jasper heard everything and said at the same time.

“I knew it from the beginning that you are La Fiery,” Jasper said and suddenly Candice approached him.

“Who? What did you say about La Fiery?” Candice asks.

“Nothing, what I mean, is Kevin told me that she wants to meet her superhero IDOL. But how I can grant that wish.” Jasper lied to Candice.

“You know what? I have a strange feeling about that woman!” Candice said pointing at Gabriela.

“What do you mean?” Jasper asked.

“I would not tell to you ’cause you are my step-sister’s boyfriend. Goodbye!” Candice said and she was about to leave when Jasper stopped her.

“Wait, I know that Dad was offering you something. I want to warn you, Candice. Don’t accept his offer, or you will regret this for your entire life.” Jasper said.

“Whatever!” Candice said and she gave an annoying facial expression then she walked away. Gabriela approached her boyfriend as she saw this standing and looked worried.

“Love is everything okay?” She asked and Jasper immediately changed his facial expression and said.

“Yes Love,” Jasper said and smiled at her.

“Candice is grumpy. I think she was conceived out of resentment when her mom was impregnating her.” Gabriela said and they laughed together.

At the Black Dragon Organization.

“Senior Arnulfo,” The lady approached him when Arnulfo turned around, he saw a beautiful lady smiling at him.

“Nerisa how’s your father?” Arnulfo asks the woman.

“My parents are okay, and father wanted me to give this to you. As saving our clan from the hunters.” Nerisa said and she gave Arnulfo a black box. When he opened the box, he saw the box was full of precious jewels.

“This is appreciated tell your father,” Arnulfo said then Nerisa vowed to him.

“And my father said that you need my help, Senior?” Nerisa asks.

“Yes, Nerisa, I want you to find this piece of scepter thing from Novaria,” Arnulfo said.

“Can you show me a picture or at least anything that I can use to track,” Nerisa asks and Arnulfo immediately gives Nerisa the handkerchief of his wife.

“This is the handkerchief of my wife Mailin; I remember she used this to hide that thing,” Arnulfo said and immediately Nerisa grabbed the handkerchief to Arnulfo’s hand. Then she immediately changes herself into a creature that has the appearance of a dog and at the same time the body of a lion. She smelled the handkerchief for a few minutes then she returned to her old form and said.

“I know where I can find this, the smell of that thing was still here in the actual world. I can’t track them if they are already in the spirit world. But senior give me a few days to find this.” Nerisa said.

“Well done, Nerisa. I am not wrong for saving your race from the Hunters.” Arnulfo said while smiling at her.

“The clan will always be grateful for your generosity and for saving the last race of Mandurugo,” Nerisa said.

The Mandurugo is a from , similar to a .

“Sir we got a distress signal from another site of MIB,” said the operator who approached Pisces.

“Where’s my mom?” he asked and the operator answered his question.

“Miss Violet and your dad helped the other side after they got this distress signal.” And Pisces slowly removed his mask from the operator.

“Sir Jan?” the operator said as he was surprised at what he saw the real person behind Pisce’s mask.

“Do you have any sign of La Fiery, especially in our city?” Jan asked the operator.

“No sir, we are expecting her to be rescued but we can’t locate her using this tracking device that Miss Violet gave to her.” The operator replied.

“La Fiery, where are you?” Jan said then suddenly a familiar voice behind him said this.

“Maybe we can help?” said the voice behind him and when he turned around, he saw Jasper wearing his suit.

“What if our dad will recognize us?” Jan said.

“I don’t think so, and FYI he is my dad and your dad was Kenneth Sy and you and I are cousins Janferd Sy,” Jasper said.

“Alright buddy, Let’s go,” Jan said.

“In regards to La Fiery, she is not available,” Jasper said.

“How did you know? And was MG, know about this? that you were fantasizing La Fiery?” Jan jokingly said.

“Nah! Let’s go” Jasper replied.

“La Fiery and Gabriela are the same people,” Jasper said to his mind and he immediately waved his hands then a strong wind blew.

Meanwhile…

Gabriela finally reached her destination and she was greeted by Mang Benny and Aling Tali, whom she immediately hugged the couple.

“I prepared a coffee for you Gabby.” Aling Tali said.

“Thank you, Aling Tali, I miss the coffee that you always prepared for me.”

“Yes, The scorch corn coffee.” Aling Tali said.

“Alright, that’s enough ladies. We will continue our discussion inside and we are expecting you, Gabby. We have an important matter to discuss.” Mang Benny said, and then Gabriela’s facial expression suddenly changed.

Going back to the city. Jan and Jasper face the group of superhumans that was created by Senior Arnulfo. And this superhuman was led by Sonica.

“Where’s La Fiery? We would like to face her?” Sonica said.

“Sorry, our La Fiery is not available and what is this crap Sonica?” Pisces asks.

“We are here to kill her,” Sonica replied.

“Wait a minute, can you introduce us to your friends?” Jasper asks and Sonica introduces her companions.

“This is Lexie, the half-human, half-horse. She has the ability of speed and the strength of a hundred men.” Sonica said.

“Anggitay” Pisces said.

“This is Bulma, I’m not sure what is her abilities. What’s your ability Bulma girl?” Sonica asks but the woman she calls attention to doesn’t reply just stares at Jasper.

“You? Introduce your friend out there. He’s hot. What’s your name babe?” Sonica asks.

“This is my cousin, Aero.” Pisces said as he introduced Jasper.

“Aero baby, call me,” Sonica said and she winked at Jasper. When suddenly his cousin screamed in extreme pain as Bulma manipulated his body.

“Bulma!! He’s not the target!” Sonica said as she tried to stop her companion but Bulma’s face went scared as her eyes turned red and her appearance changed.

While from a distance Senior Arnulfo saw everything especially the ability which Bulma revealed.

“Your wife’s blood Senior really fits to the subject.” Said the scientist.

“Right, this is very interesting. Those heroes will kneel on me. Especially La Fiery.” Senior Arnulfo.

Going back to Pisces and Aero I still feel the extreme pain caused by Bulma.

“Sonica what’s happening?” Lexie said as she couldn’t control her body.

“Let’s go, Lexie, this is not good! Hold my hands.” Sonica said and immediately they escaped from the place where they left Bulma with Jan and Jasper.

“I can smell your soul was weak, and you will die soon because of that curse,” Bulma said while she waved her hands.

“What do you mean?” Pisces said.

“You didn’t tell your brother or cousin rather, your condition? How sad.” Bulma said.

“Don’t listen to her Pisces she was trying to trick us. Used your powers now!” Aero shouted at his cousin and immediately Pisces controlled the water in a fire hydrant and Aero used his ability to push away their enemy.

“You can’t fight him Pisces, let’s go, she’s too strong. The wind giving me a warning.” Aero said.

“Yeah, you’re right let’s go,” Pisces said and he created a barrier from the water that he controlled earlier and turned this into a block of ice. But before they escape from Bulma, Senior Arnulfo commands his soldier to finish her task. Which is Bulma smiled at Aero.

“Happy to comply, Mr. Gloom,” Bulma said and she used all of her force to break the shield that was made of ice. After she breaks the ice, she immediately controls the body of Aero. Aero slowly came closer to Bulma and it seemed that Aero’s feet had a life of their own, no matter what he did he couldn’t stop his body.

“Aero!!” Pisces said as he tries to stop his cousin but he didn’t notice that Sonica and Lexie back and Lexie used her all strength to stop him from trying to help his cousin.

“Don’t try to move. Or this horsy lady on your side will not be merciful, and she won’t hesitate to stab you using these sharp vines.” Sonica said.

Going back to Gabriela. As the couple introduces to her the spirit of the fire from Lalahon.“

“This is the fire spirit of Lalahon as this was searching for a master. As the goddess was dead?” Aling Tali said sadly.

While Nerisa was taken by the smell to Azon’s house and there she saw Gabriela’s Aunt and her best friend Natasia.

“I can smell that the piece of that scepter is here,” Nerisa said.

Going back to Jan and Jasper as they face the superhuman of Senior Arnulfo and looks like he didn’t recognize his son after Bulma removed Aero’s mask.

Sonica attempts to remove the mask of Pisces when suddenly the ground is shaking and she stares at Lexie who immediately denies her accusation.

“Not me? I didn’t do anything.” Lexie replied. Jan saw how Bulma took Jasper’s life with a single hand as the woman used her left hand to grab Jasper’s heart.

“Jasper!!!!” Jan shouted when he saw Bulma was holding his cousin’s heart. Then suddenly Agatha came out, and she continued to create an earthquake using her hands. Then on her side, the MIB soldiers shoot Bulma using their guns. And that’s the reason why Sonica and Lexie decided to escape with Bulma.

“Bulbeltch! Let’s go!” Sonica said and they suddenly disappeared. Jan immediately approaches his cousin At that time Jasper was dying.

“Hold on Jas, we will rush you to the hospital,” Jan said.

“No, cousin I’m okay. Please take good care of Gabriela and please let her know, I love her so much and am sorry for what we did to her last five years ago.” Jasper said and Agatha was standing in front of them.

“Jas don’t say that, the doctor can revive you, please. Hold on.” Jan said while his tears started to fall on his eyes.

“Gabriela and La Fiery save her.” That’s the last word that Jasper gave to his cousin.

“Let’s go Janferd, the police are coming. Let’s bring your brother to the facility.” Agatha said while she opened a portal.

“Wait!” Jan said and he used his ability to manipulate the water then he covered Jasper’s whole body with water before turning the water into ice.

“Let’s go.” And they immediately stepped into the portal.

Senior Arnulfo saw from a distance the real face of Aero which is his Son.

“He interfered with my goal,” he said while his tears slowly fell.

“Sir, let’s go. They were calling for an update. Nerisa said she found the location of the piece of the scepter that you tasked her to find.” The scientist said.

“Okay, let’s proceed to the Lab as I want to see the superhumans that we created.” Senior Arnulfo said. and suddenly he saw his reflection on the car’s window then his appearance changed to Enigma.

“Arnulfo, you must focus on your mission as you want to see your wife, the precious stones of Hestia, and your friend Robert. Remember this mission is to retrieve them. “ Enigma said. and Arnulfo whispers and says.

“I got it Enigma; I can bring my son back as well once I get the piece of the scepter from Novaria.”

“You’re right Arnulfo, those are a little sacrifice,” Enigma said, and when Arnulfo closed his eyes and opened again, he saw his reflection again but right now, no more Enigma is showing.

On the other side of the story,

While Gabriela trying to follow what the couple told her to acquire as the new master of Lalahon’s spirit fire, when she suddenly felt nervous and heard Jasper’s voice calling her name.

when she opened her eyes, she didn’t see anything except Aling Tali and Mang Benny was in a deep meditation.

“What’s the problem Gabby?” Aling Tali asked her. then suddenly she cries as her tears fall from her eyes.

“What happened Gabby?” Mang Benny asked her.

“Let me get you some water. “ Aling Tali said and she immediately got some water.

Mailin also felt nervous without reason and Luchia approached her to ask what had happened to her while her palms on her chest.

“I don’t know, and looks like the curse of Sitan getting stronger.” She said and she saw the vines on her arms moving again.

“Maybe there’s something happened to your sister?” Luchia said.

“Hold on Jas, we will rush you to the hospital,” Jan said.

And, looks like Senior Arnulfo doesn’t care about his son as he didn’t even attempt to help his son.

“He interfered with my goal,” he said while his tears slowly fell. While Jan uses his power to freeze Jasper’s body. Then Gabriela feels uncomfortable in their meditation session with the disciple of Lalahon as she hears Jasper’s voice.

“What’s the problem Gabby?” Aling Tali asked her. then suddenly she cries as her tears fall from her eyes. And Nerisa led to Aunt Azon’s house where the last piece of the Scepter from Novaria was hiding on a black cat.

The continuation…

Nerisa studied the movement of the people inside of the house. As part of her mission, she rents a small room in front of Azon’s residence and makes friends with Anastasia.

“Thanks for helping me, Tashia.” She said and she smiled at Tashia. After the woman helped her for her clothes to hang in Aunt Azon’s backyard, she greeted Gabriela’s Aunt Azon.

“Good morning, Miss Reyes, thanks for allowing me to hang my clothes in your backyard.” She said and Azon greeted her back.

“No problem, you’re too early huh?” Azon said.

“This is how we do it in the province. We go to bed early and wake up early to do housework” Nerisa said.

“Yes, you what Tasia. When we were young my dad woke up early to go to our rice field and we woke up around 3 am we started to prepare our things so that by 4 am or 5 am we would start our walking journey to go to our school.” Azon said as she shared her previous life when she was young.

“Oh, I forgot. It’s time for your medicine Miss A,” Tashia said and immediately she went inside the house and got the maintenance medicine of Azon.

“How’s your condition now Miss A, if you don’t mind me asking?” Nerisa asks then the old lady replies while coughing.

“So far I Feel better, thanks for those herbal teas that you gave to Tasha,” Azon said.

“No big deal, Miss A, don’t worry I will create another tea for you. Have you tried the chamomile tea with Jasmine?” Nerisa said.

“I haven’t tried but Looks delicious I am excited to taste that, Tea,” Azon said and smiling at her at the same time. Then suddenly Kevin interrupted their conversation.

“Auntie, your meds are ready. Ate Tashia told me to call you.” Kevin said as he carried his black cat.

“I have to go Nerisa, just finish hanging your clothes,” Azon said then Nerisa smiled at the old lady. When Azon leaves Kevin and Cathy confront Nerisa.

“What are you doing here in our place, you are not supposed to be here,” Kevin said.

“Hey, you must be Kevin, right? Tashia told me that you are an adorable child. How old are you?” she asked while she gave a sweet smile. Then Nerisa noticed the familiar smell that she was looking for, at this time she was not sure if this was on Kevin’s body or on the black cat that Kevin was holding.

“Don’t pretend that you haven’t heard my question. What are you doing here?” Kevin asks again.

“What do you mean?” Nerisa asks still pretending that she didn’t know what Kevin means.

On the other side of the story,

Gabriela and the couple, Thalia and Benjamin are in deep meditation. In their minds, they are in a place where they see many strange animals and the souls of the dead.

“Gabby, did you see that small bird that roams around us? That’s the spirit guide of Lalahon you must capture that thing before that creature will burn the entire place.” Thalia said.

“Seriously? That bird will burn this whole place? how?” Gabriela asks and Benjamin points to Gabriela the part of the place where it was burning, and they can see it from the place where they were standing right now. Until the spirit guide of Lalahon started spewing fire into the place again. At this time the couple was alarmed because of what happened and looks like this spirit guide of Lalahon started to grow up because of the scream and fear of the souls.

“Gabriela it’s time!” Thalia said and her husband tried to save the souls that were almost hit by the fire.

At this time Gabriela uses her powers to defeat the spirit guide of Lalahon.

“From the fire of volcanoes and the heat of my heart, obey and follow my voice as the La Fiery!” Gabriela said while she flipped her hair then her hair turned to shining red from the black color and her body wrapped with fire.

“Gabby we can’t hold this no more.” Thalia and Benjamin said that suddenly a strong wind blew and this thing saved the soul that was almost hit by the fire from the spirit guide of Lalahon.

After Gabriela completed her transformation, she saw the person behind this strong wind.

“Jasper? What is he doing here?” She said, as she immediately jumped into the huge bird and went to the bird’s head.

“You are burning this whole place birdie!” she said while she was having difficulty because of the strong wind.

“Wind? Right, I know now,” she said as she had a plan on how she round, this huge bird that tries to burn all over the place. she went back to the ground where she saw Jasper and the couple trying to save the place where the souls were scared.

“Love can you help me to capture this creature.” She said and Jasper smiled at her and asked her what is her plan. She held her boyfriend’s hand and said.

“We will talk later in the human world; I want to know what you are doing here,” Gabriela said and Jasper smiled at him. then she asked help to her boyfriend and said.

“Wrapped that bird with air just like a plastic bag at the grocery, Gosh! how I can explain this. But ~” Gabriela said as she was tense because of what happened, she was worried if Jasper was helping her and she didn’t know how, or if Her feeling was right, Jasper was already dead.

“Love relax, I get your point,” Jasper said and immediately the guy cast a spell while waving his hands then a strong wind blew again and the huge bird was stunned, as the bird couldn’t use its wings to fly. And the couple did, they told the souls to leave the place and hide. And, they saw their daughter’s soul Paulina.

“Mama thank you for saving us,” Paulina said. Benjamin and Thalia wink at her and smile at their daughter

After Jasper captures the firebird of Lalahon, Gabriela immediately creates the symbol that Thalia told her to do once the firebird spirit of Lalahon is captured And she cites the spell that Thalia teaches her to do.

“In the name of Lalahon where my fire came from, I command you to obey my voice and be my guide for the min time.” She said then the bird was hit by a bolt of lightning and screamed. And there the firebird slowly turned back to its original size and landed in her palm.

“Greetings La Fiery, my name is Minokawa I am the fire spirit of Lalahon which is you have her essence.” The bird said and she suddenly remembered when she sought, At Senior Arnulfo’s place where she spoke to Kanlaon and the god told her the same thing, that she has the essence of Lalahon on her body.

“Don’t worry Minokawa, After I save or find the goddess. And you can recur to her,” Gabriela said. then the bird winked at her and she remembered her boyfriend Jasper which is as she turned around, she saw Jasper was talking to the couple.

“Love, we’re finished on the spirit world let’s talk later okay? You can wake up now.” She said but Tali and Benny got sad when they heard it and Jasper smiled at her while her tears slowly fell from his eyes and said.

“Love, this is my place now.”

“What do you mean? Are you joking? Mr. Jasper Leonard Sy this is not a good joke. Wake up and tell Tasha or Aunt Azon, that I will be home soon please.” She said as her chest pounded faster.

“Gabby,” Benny said.

“Mang Benny and Aling Tali, help me, please he’s not listening to me,” Gabriela said, and looks like she knew what her boyfriend meant.

“Love, I was the happiest person when I met you. The day that I saw you at your aunt’s stripe club. I was captivated by your Beauty. I know from the start that you are the La Fiery and I am so proud of you. And I am sorry if I didn’t do anything on that time that Dad was~” Jasper said when Gabriela interrupted him as the fire lady kissed him while her tears fell from her eyes then her hair went red.

The couple saw everything and they were both sad about Gabriela.

“She needs to be strong Thalia, and I know our Gabriela will pass all this test in her life.” Mang Benny said.

At the MIB where Jan and his mom were busy saving Jasper.

“Good Job son, because of what you did, his body will be preserved.” Denny Anne said.

“But mom? My cousin’s heart was destroyed we forgot to get it.” Jan said and suddenly Agatha approached and gave it to Denny Anne.

“Don’t worry Jan, I got your cousin’s heart. I am not sure if this is okay.” Agatha said as she handed the woman the box was filled with ice.

“We will check this at the lab with David. But for now, I want you to meet my friend from Khastriya.” Denny Anne said and suddenly the lady behind her smiled at them.

“Nice to meet you Janferd, you grow up so fast little boss.” Said the woman’s voice.

“Ninang Ced?” Jan said.

“I am watching them because I wanted to know where the piece of the scepter is.” She said as she turned around, she saw Kevin and the black cat. She was shocked when she saw the two were standing behind her.

“How long have you been there?” She said her face was surprised when she saw Kevin and the black Cat.

“Just a few minutes, and why are you here? what are you planning? in regards to the piece of the scepter, we don’t have that.” Kevin said.

“You guys are bluffing me. I can smell the scepter on your body.” Nerisa said while pointing his finger to the black cat and at this time she was sure that the piece of the scepter was on the black cat, not Kevin’s body. At this time, she immediately attacks the black cat but Kevin immediately releases his thunder whip and Nerisa, is hit by Kevin’s weapon.

“Stay away from my Cat,” Kevin said and the black cat transformed herself into a human. Then they hear a shout inside the house.

“Auntie,” Kevin said as he got worried about his Auntie.

“Looks like my people have invaded your house.”

“Kevin, let me face her. Save your Auntie Quick.” The girl said.

“You have no match for me, Little girl,” Nerisa said and she laughed. Then the girl gave her a smirk and said this.

“I am not an ordinary cat; I am a witch who uses the light of the moon. Kevin, you have to trust me. if I fail in this fight, I’ll make sure that you Ate Gabriela will be the next keeper.” She said and smiled at him.

“Monday Catherine,” Kevin said as he got worried about his friend. After Kevin leaves, Monday Catherine immediately casts a spell. But she was shocked cause nothing happened to Nerisa.

“Why is my spell not working?” She said.

“Did you forget where we originally came from and why we call the Mandurugo?” Nerisa said.

And Monday Catherine remembers the history of Mandurugo,

“Based on the legends, they were a fairy who fell in love with a mortal. They were betrayed by their human lovers and many speculations that Mandurugo arose from Kinnara or Kinnari. And turn themselves into a blood-sucking creature to revenge on men.” Monday Catherine said.

“You’re absolutely right, all of your spells won’t work,” Nerisa said. while inside the house Kevin uses his thunder whip to fight those creatures summoned by Nerisa.

“What is happening, Kevin come here,” Azon said.

“Kevin!” Candice said when she saw Kevin was surrounded by those creatures.

“You know about this Miss A?” Anastasia said as she was asking about Kevin’s ability.

“I have no idea, Tasha,” Azon replied and she was also shocked at what they saw. Together they saw Kevin’s agility and speed, every time he hit his opponent with his thunder whip, It screamed in pain.

Candice hears a loud thump above the roof,

“What’s that? Someone was at the roof?” She said and she immediately looked at it, and there she saw a child fighting the same creature that Kevin was facing.

“What is their milk? Why would they dare to fight these ugly creatures.” She said and there grabbed the ladder that was made of wood and climbed to the roof to help the girl. As Nerisa is about to kill the girl, Candice immediately uses her flip-flops to hit the creature, and surprisingly the creature moves because Candice did.

“Stay away from that girl, you monster.” She said and the monster felt an intense pain.

“Miss Candice, thank you for saving me” Monday Catherine said when suddenly the creature used her craws and there the girl shouted in extreme pain.

“OMG! NO!” Candice said as she saw the creature grab the girl’s heart using her hands then the creature laughed. Because of her adrenaline rush, Candice uses her two hands and makes one clap, and because of that monster suddenly falls from the ground because of an intense force that Candice did.

“Looks like Dad was successful with my mutation; I am a mutant now. wow!” She said as she convinced Senior Arnulfo to make her a superhuman. Then she approached Monday Catherine.

“Hold on, let me bring you to the hospital,” Candice said but the girl refused and said.

“No, need my time is come.” Monday Catherine said and a reddish thing suddenly appeared from inside of her body.

“What’s that?” Candice asks.

“This is the last piece of the scepter from Novaria, but this belongs to La Fiery.” Monday Catherine replied while she was casting a spell.

“I command you, to find the La Fiery!” Monday Catherine said then the reddish thing flew away. Nerisa tries to catch the last piece of the scepter but this is very fast and suddenly disappears. Also, they hear Anastasia was crying for Azon.

“Let’s go, the mission is over!” Nerisa said as she commanded her minions. Then they spread their wings and flew away.

“Miss A, don’t leave us,” Tasha said. Monday Catherine turns herself into a black cat. Immediately Candice grabbed her and they went inside the house. Then Kevin approached her and said.

“Ate, Auntie Azon left us,” Kevin said and he saw Candice was holding the black cat, then he grabbed the black cat and said.

“Cathy, no! Cathy, wake up.” Kevin said.

“They left us already Kevin,” Candice said, when suddenly the black cat slowly changed her color turning into white. Then they hear a snore from the cat.

“I knew it, she’s not dead Ate,” Kevin said while smiling and there he waved his hands and gave to Cathy a healing spell.

“What do you mean? And where do you get those powers?” Candice asks.

“She turned herself into a cat because Cat has nine lives. Okay, take a rest, Cathy. And how about yours? Where are your powers coming?” Kevin said and they were interrupted by Tasha.

“Enough we need to help your aunt, I can still feel her pulse,” Tasha said.

While Gabriela and the couple Benny and Tali rushed in after getting out of the car.

“They are not here anymore Gabby. But I smell blood.” Mang Benny said. and there they saw the tragedy that happened to his aunt’s house.

“The keeper of the last piece of the scepter was not in good shape I can feel her aura.” Aling Tali said and they immediately went inside the house and together they saw Azon was unconscious.

“Tasha, what happens?” Gabriela said and she hugged Tasha and Kevin.

“We were attacked by the Mandurugo, and your aunt saved my life. But I can feel her pulse.” Tasha said.

“Okay, we will bring her to the hospital, can you help me Mang Benny to carry my aunt.?” Gabriela said and Mang Benny immediately carried the unconscious body of her aunt.

“Let’s bring her to the hospital. I can feel her life force. But this is very weak.” Aling Tali said. And there they rush Azon to the hospital.

“I will stay here to fix everything,” Tasha said.

“Are you sure Ate Tasha?” Kevin asks.

“Yes, you should be there don’t worry I’ll follow,” Tasha said, and after they left the house on Tasha. She remembers before Azon was almost killed by the creatures, she accidentally tripped the electrical outlet and thought she was going to die from the power of the electricity but surprisingly nothing happened to her and she got a chance to use it and electrocute their opponent. But she didn’t see the monster that was sneaking behind her and Azon was hit by the claws as Azon saved her from that monster.

She uses a high voltage of electricity which causes the monster to turn to ashes.

“What happened to me?” she said then she pointed her finger to the stand fan and then there was an amount of electricity from her index finger that caused the stand fan to work.

“Why is my spell not working?” She said.

“Did you forget where we originally came from and why we call the Mandurugo?” Nerisa said.

“Based on the legends, they were a fairy who fell in love with a mortal. They were betrayed by their human lovers and many speculations that Mandurugo arose from Kinnara or Kinnari. And turn themselves into a blood-sucking creature to get revenge on men.” Monday Catherine said.

“You’re right, all of your spells won’t work,” Nerisa said. But her kind fails as well because when she tries to kill Cathy, Candice suddenly interrupts, who at that time Candice has a unique strength. On the other hand, Anastasia discovers her new power.

“What happened to me?” she said then she pointed her finger to the stand fan and then there was an amount of electricity from her index finger that caused the stand fan to work.

The continuation…

A day before the attack on Mandurugo happened. Cathy was uncomfortable on that day, and Kevin noticed this and he asked his friend.

“Cathy, are you okay?” Kevin asks, and immediately the cat changes from a human before she answers Kevin’s question.

“I sense danger, Kevin. And the piece of the scepter also feels this danger,” Cathy said until she saw Anastasia preparing the laundry basket.

“What are you thinking?” Kevin asks her again and she immediately returns to her original form as a black cat and immediately runs towards Anastasia. The Cat rubbed her fur on Anastasia.

“Oh, hi there pretty Cathy how are you? Are you hungry?” Anastasia asked and she immediately carried the cat.

“Okay, we will prepare your favorite food, okay? Just stay there.” Anastasia said as she temporarily put Cathy on her bed and quickly prepared her something to eat, and because of this the cat had an idea then she asked permission to the piece of the scepter on her body.

“I am not comfortable today, Hestia, I feel something bad will happen. can you grant my request?” Cathy said and then the voice of a woman on her mind replied.

“I can feel this danger Catherine, and sure what is your request?” The voice asks.

“The same as how she quickly prepares my food, can you grant her a new power that she can use to protect this family,” Cathy said. and immediately the voice replied.

“If you wish, In the name of Hestia, from the heat of the volcanoes and your desire to save the family that shelters you, I will bless the person you say, she will have the ability of one who comes from fire and heat.” The voice said and Cathy quickly jumped to Anastasia when she saw her coming back to her, then she rubbed her fur on the woman.

“You’re so sweet Cathy, and you’re welcome pretty,” Anastasia said and she felt a faint electric shock after she hugged the cat she ignored that and continued with her doings.

On that night happen as the Mandurugo attacked the place where on that time, Azon was ill.

“Madam, here’s your medicine,” Anastasia said and she gave Azon the medicine.

“You know what Tasha, something wrong is happening,” Azon said after she took her medicine.

“What do you mean, madam?” Anastasia asks her as she is puzzled about what Azon tells her, but she already feels something wrong after Nerisa leaves the house after they invite the lady for dinner.

“I remembered the stories of my granny about the aswangs.” Azon started and Anastasia listened.

“Our race was blessed with the ability of sense. We can sense what will happen in the future or when there’s an upcoming danger, we quickly sense those. Said my granny. Our race came from the Babaylans.” Azon said, and at that time Gabriela was restless.

“Gabby are you okay?” Aling Tali asks her then the lady replies.

“I can’t explain I feel something wrong is happening to my aunt, especially to Kevin,” Gabriela said.

“I remember before when we met a lady named Azon in the forest, she was trained by her granny for some kinds of stuff of a babaylan. When she accidentally opened the portal of Hestia we were summoned by her.” Mang Benny said.

“Azon?” Gabriela answered but she just shrugged her shoulders and thought that maybe this Azon that Mang Benny referring to was a different person she continued listening to the old man’s story while Aling Tali prepared their things to go home and she asked the old couple to stay on her aunt’s house.

On the other side, Azon continues her storytelling to Anastasia.

“This ability could only be inherited by every woman in the family,” Azon said.

“What about what they call the natural instinct of human when it comes to their life was endanger?” Anastasia said.

“We all have that, but ours was different,” Azon said and she grabbed a cup of tea that Tasha had created for her.

“What do you mean Madam, you honestly scaring me,” Anastasia said.

“Just like on that creature on our window.” Azon calmly replied and pointed to her lips the creature who was staring at them at the window. When Anastasia looked out the window, she was frightened of the creature she saw with fangs and hairy bodies.

“Aahhhhh!!!” Anastasia as she saw the creature.

At that time, Candice was awake because of her shout and rushed to Azon’s room but she saw her brother Kevin was facing the creature in their living room.

“Kevin, what the hell. Who are they?” Candice asks.

“They are my playmates ate, duh!” Kevin said and he rolled her eyes.

“Don’t be pedantic Kevin, we will talk later about your attitude young brat.”

Going back to Azon’s room with Anastasia as they were about to be attacked by the creature, Azon whispered in the air some chant that Anastasia didn’t understand, at the same time Anastasia felt some little electric shock on her hands but she just ignored it. And immediately the creature surprisingly a strong wind blew the creature away, because of Azon’s chant.

“Madam, let’s check Kevin. You guys need to be safe as Gabby will be here, she texted me earlier that she will be coming home. I’ll protect you guys that’s what I promised to my best friend.” Anastasia said and they immediately opened the door and then quickly went out and went to Kevin’s room but they saw Kevin fighting the Mandurugo using his whip, that every time Kevin hit the enemies on his whip, they would hear the thunder and lightning.

“You know about this Miss A?” Anastasia said as she was asking about Kevin’s ability.

“I have no idea, Tasha,” Azon replied and she was also shocked at what they saw. Together they saw Kevin’s agility and speed, every time he hit his opponent with his thunder whip, it screamed in pain and they were also surrounded by the creature. Azon attempts to chant again but her body is still weak because of the first chant that she did.

“What happened Miss A, why is it not working?” She asks Azon.

“My body has not recovered on the chant I did,” Azon replied and the creature smiled at them and said,

“A babaylan huh? Your kind have consumed our race of Mandurugo, now it’s time to pay back.” The creature said and immediately jumped to Azon and Anastasia using their claws.

“NO!!!!” Anastasia shouts and suddenly strong electricity hits them one by one Azon saw this and she was amazed at what her business partner and caregiver did.

“Tasha!” Azon said and immediately Anastasia saw what happened to those creatures.

“They turn to ashes,” Azon said but they didn’t notice another Mandurugo hiding and immediately rushed at Azon and hurt the old woman. Then Azon was unconscious and fell on the floor.

“How dare you, you must all turn to ashes,” Anastasia said and she released a large amount of electricity on her hands immediately the creature was hit by the electricity turns to ashes.

“Ate Tasha,” Kevin said as he saw that his Ate Tasha had an electricity power that Cathy gave to her.

While on the rooftop, while Candice carries the white cat, she sees a flash of lightning coming out from the windows of her aunt’s house and this is noticed by Nerisa as they immediately retreated and flew away from Azon’s house.

Right now, at the hospital

The couple confirmed that the lady who summoned them on the portal from the forest was great aunt of Gabriela.

“Everything was connected, this is amazing and I am happy that you are okay Azon.” Aling Tali said.

“What are you guys doing here on earth, did I mess up something upon summoning you guys before?” Azon asks the couple.

“No, you didn’t do anything wrong. In fact, were grateful. Because of the portal, you have creature before at the forest that was the portal we used to escape at Hestia.” Aling Tali said.

“Alright ladies enough chitchatting, you need to drink this Azon. This tea was good for you. Especially your illness was not ordinary. Someone cursed you.” Mang Benny said.

“What do you mean Mang Benny?” The siblings said as they asked the old man at the same time.

“She was cursed by the Mandurugo, but don’t worry Hestia healing plants can help your aunt to restore her strength. Except for her youth.” Mang Benny said.

“Benjamin and Thalia, you guys didn’t change, and thank you for saving my niece, I owe you a lot,” Azon said.

“Don’t mention it, that’s what friends are for remember.” Aling Tali said.

“Thalia was right, you need to rest and will continue later. For now, allow me to talk to your niece and nephew.” Mang Benny said.

“And Gabby, this thing belongs to you.” Aling Tali said and she grabbed a reddish gem from her pocket.

“The last piece of the scepter from Novaria, Cathy released it and gave it to you ate,” Kevin said while Candice remembered what Senior Arnulfo told her about how powerful the pieces of the scepter from Novaria and she listened closely to the couple.

“I saw this coming while you were driving, and looks like you didn’t notice this.” Mang Benny said.

“So, I decided to keep this for the min time and gave this to you, as you are the chosen keeper of this piece.” Aling Tali said,

“Ate, our cat, or Cathy was the holder of that reddish gem and now the gem was ready to meet the chosen holder prince Xavier told me to say this once you have the Reddish gem of Novaria,” Kevin said as Candice was still listening and observing.

“The prince has returned?” the couple said as they were shocked at the revelation they heard from Kevin

“We must return to Hestia to fight alongside the prince.” Aling Tali said.

Going back to when Kevin was still at Hestia he was tasked to explain to his sister the current situation of Hestia.

“Your sister must face the Enigma, and free the Kingdom of our mom where we belong.” Prince Xavier said.

Back to the present…

“So, you mean, you have royal blood? This is going to be crazy.” Candice said.

“Yes, Ate Candice, only ate Gabby has a connection with the prince and yes she has a royal blood,” Kevin said.

Meanwhile…

Anastasia saw Cathy and the color of the cat was no longer black.

“Miss Anastasia, I knew that you knew that Gabriela was the La Fiery. I want your help to succeed the La Fiery on her Mission.” The Cat said.

“What do you want me to do Cathy?” Anastasia asks.

“As I have explained to you everything earlier, she must restore and return the last piece of the scepter to the crowned princess of Novaria and restore the kingdom of Hestia,” Cathy explains.

“Happy to help my bestie,” Anastasia said.

“We’re not supposed to be here, we are invading time and space.” The woman said.

“Alright, open the portal and we need to go back in our time,” Xavier said, and immediately the mysterious woman cast on her hands the white gem and cited the spells.

“As the third holder of the piece of the scepter from Novaria. I command you to open the portal and bring us back to our own time.” The mysterious lady said then in an instant, they disappeared.

And Xavier still remembers those scenes.

“Thank you for saving us, Miss Lotus,” Xavier said.

“The pleasure is mine, your highness. And where’s Prince Sam of Jamais?” Lotus asks.

“He’s in Jamaica with his Queen Sister Samantha. We are in great trouble as the portals got closed and every natural resource of Hestia was slowly drained by the unknown forces, especially the volcanic crystals.” Prince Xavier said.

Then suddenly a visitor from Jamais arrived.

“Prince Xavier looks like we have found out the main source of the problem.” Queen Samantha said with her twin brother.

“What do you mean?” Xavier asks and Samuel replies.

“Love, this is caused by Hex,” Samuel said.

“Hex?” Xavier said and he remembers that they buried the ashes of Hex on the ground.

“And we are thinking if we can go back to the past or at least if we can talk to our old self after we defeated Hex, we will tell them not to bury the ashes of Hex on the ground,” Samantha said.

“Sorry to interrupt, looks like Enigma was involved in this problem. In regards to traveling to the past. You mentioned earlier about the mysterious lady who got the third piece of the scepter from our realm.?” Beam asks.

“I have no idea who she is, looks like she was from the future who uses the piece of the scepter for roaming around,” Lotus said.

“We need to find that keeper Ate,” Beam said.

“Sure thing, but where do we start?” Lotus asks.

“Let’s ask Ate Criselda about this,” Beam replied and immediately she asked permission from the prince to leave.

“Thank you for visiting us, Beatrice,” Samuel said and smiled at her.

“I have something to tell you, Xavier,” Samantha said and suddenly Aira appeared.

“My adopted child tried to destroy Aera, she won’t even listen to me. and where’s Liam?” Aira said.

“That’s what I am trying to report, looks like she’s going to the kingdom that destroyed her true home,” Samantha said.

“Verglas” Xavier said. Then suddenly a cold wind blew in the place and slowly the door opened and there they saw the lady wearing a gown made of crystal ice.

“Hi bitches, Miss me? “The mysterious lady said.

“I agree,” Nerisa said.

Going back to Gabriela and the Hestian couple.

“Are you ready to see your origin world?” Aling Tali asks.

“But how about my Aunt?” Gabriela said as she got worried about her Aunt’s condition and her Aunt smiled at her then she assured Gabriela that she would be okay.

“I have my friends, Thalia and Benjamin, I will be fine. My niece, please say Hi to me to Robert.” Azon said.

“Don’t worry we will take good care of your Aunt, my child.” Mang Ben said.

“Please send me a message if Tasha contacted my Aunt. I am so worried about her. I will be back soon to take revenge for what they did to Jasper. They will all pay for this.” Gabriela said.

“My child, please don’t be blinded by your anger.” Aling tali said.

“Aling Tali was right Ate, we will bring justice because that’s what they deserve, but don’t take the law into your hands,” Kevin said, and suddenly a butterfly appeared.

“And how come?” Robert said and a voice behind her said this.

“The necklace of Hestia. Where the original owner of that necklace based on my research was the Princess Seraphina. During the war, she surrenders that necklace to the goddess Lalahon.” A lady said who is wearing the dresses of Aeran.

“Mycka, what are you doing here?” Xavier asks the intruder.

“I am just introducing myself to the holder of the fiery gem.” The lady replied and she introduced herself to Gabriela.

“My name is Mycka or they called me the Lady Frost. I came from the kingdom of Verglas.” The lady said.

“Mycka please don’t do something that you will regret in the future. You don’t know what happened to Verglas or why this was shattered. If you have time, go back to Aera. Your mother and I will explain to you everything that happens.” Xavier said.

“No, I don’t want to hear another lie uncle,” Mycka said then she waved her hands and suddenly an ice came out from her hands at the same time she disappeared.

“Who is she?” Kevin asks and Samuel replies

“A spoiled brat from Aera.”

“Anyway, this is not because of her. I will call the maids to prepare some delicious dinner for us. My niece is here.” Prince Xavier said.

In Novaria…

“The situation right now in between other realms is getting worse,” Leah said.

“Enough, we need to trust them. Besides, Ate Criselda was now searching for Mary Rose as her name was written on the new prophecy.” Beam said.

“She will be the way to unite the guardians of the pieces of the scepter from Novaria,” Angel said.

“Well, Beatrice is right let’s trust them. I can feel this will be ended soon for now let’s secure the safety of the citizens who are affected by this chaos.” Dave said.

Going back to earth, where Mang Benny and Aling Tali were ready to leave the hospital when they met senior Arnulfo’s disciples Bulma and Nerisa.

“Greetings Aling Azon,” Nerisa said.

“You!!” Azon said as she saw Nerisa.

“I smell trouble on this people.” Aling Tali said and behind these two ladies, Candice appeared.

“Auntie where’s Gabriela?” Candice said.

“Do you see her with us? If yes, maybe you’re hallucinating.” Azon said.

“Did you guys hide her,” Candice said.

“Nope she’s not here, and we don’t know either where she is right now.” Aling Tali said.

“You know what to do Candice,” Bulma said.

“To get the rat out of its hole set a trap,” Candice said and she immediately commanded Bulma and Nerisa to catch her aunt, Aling Tali, and Mang Benny.

Azon tried to cast a spell but she was stopped by Tali and said.

“You’re not fully recovered Azon,” Tali said.

“Thalia was right, we will find a way to escape.” Mang Benny said.

“Get them girls,” Candice said and slowly Bulma and Nerisa approached them. But suddenly the lights went off.

“What happened?” Bulma said.

“I can’t see,” Candice added. But Nerisa was just calmer than she said.

“They already escaped and I can feel that La Fiery is not here,” Nerisa said.

“No!!” Candice shouted as she punched the wall.

“Don’t worry we can find other ways to capture the La Fiery,” Nerisa said.

“I am excited to smash her heart on my own hands,” Bulma said.

At MIB,

“Tasha, release the electricity now!” Janferd said as he was tasked to train the Levina.

“She was doing well, what can you say?” Violet said. where she saw the training of Anastasia with her side Agatha.

“Well, Miss Violet I am impressed for her, she doing well as you said. No wonder why she has that ancient power.” Agatha said.

Going back to Hestia, as the prince Xavier prepares for a simple banquet for his niece Gabriela.

“Dad, I am confused about what you said last time,” Kevin said.

“Where?” Robert replied they were interrupted when the prince called the attention of all the citizens inside of the palace.

“Let me call the attention of everyone, may I present to you. The La Fiery and My niece, Mary Gabriela Reyes.” Prince Xavier said. then Gabriela came from down the stairs and citizens were amazed when they saw what she was wearing.

“She looks like Princess Seraphina,” The citizen of Hestia said. Gabriela wearing a dress made of silk and filled with red diamonds found in Volcanoes in Hestia. Because of her dress, her necklace looks glowing when the citizen stares at her necklace.

“Ate Gabby,” Kevin said as he was mesmerized by what he saw.

“Seraphina, our daughter has grown up. You must see this” Robert said.

EPISODE EIGHTEEN

“ CHAOS IN HESTIA “

Previously…

Gabriela finally met her dad and a bonus relative which is the prince of Hestia, Prince Xavier. Which is the prince confirmed that he was her uncle as he was the younger brother of her mom Seraphina.

“Let me call the attention of everyone, may I present to you. The La Fiery and My niece, Mary Gabriela Reyes.” Prince Xavier said. then Gabriela came from down the stairs and citizens were amazed when they saw what she was wearing.

“Ate Gabby,” Kevin said as he was mesmerized by what he saw.

“Seraphina, our daughter has grown up. You must see this” Robert said.

And, Bulma, Nerisa, and Candice were looking for the La Fiery. They caught up with Aling Tali, and Mang Benny at Azon at the hospital leaving but they failed to find out the truth about the La Fiery’s location.

“You’re not fully recovered Azon,” Tali said.

“Thalia was right, we will find a way to escape.” Mang Benny said.

“Get them girls,” Candice said and slowly Bulma and Nerisa approached them. But suddenly the lights went off.

Lastly, Tasha was doing well in her training with Janferd.

“Well, Miss Violet I am impressed for her, she doing well as you said. No wonder why she has that ancient power.” Agatha said.

The continuation…

“Good job Tasha. We are impressed every day, you’re doing well on manipulating the electrokinesis.” Miss Violet said.

“Thank you, Miss V, I am ready to help my friend in her battle with the black dragon,” Anastasia replied.

“Ready as well to give justice to my cousin,” Janferd added.

On the other side of the story,

“That was close,” Azon said as she was talking about the incident that happened when Candice and her friends almost caught them. Because of Mang Benny’s ability, he turns off all the lights at the hospital so that they can escape from those crazy teenagers.

“Welcome to our humble home Azon,” Aling Tali said as she introduced her house.

“How long that you guys been trapped here in the human world?” Azon asked.

“We can’t remember but when the war started on Jamais. We used the portal that you have created but don’t worry this portal is secure now.” Mang Benny replied.

Meanwhile, Senior Arnulfo was furious because he found out that the holder of the Hestia gem, or the last piece of the scepter had escaped from his trusted minions and he scolded Candice, Bulma, and Nerisa.

“Senior don’t worry we will find some ways to find my step-sister,” Candice said.

“I think where is she right now,” Senior Arnulfo said.

“Where senior?” Candice asks while Bulma and Nerisa are listening to their conversation.

“She is now on Hestia.” Senior Arnulfo said.

“How we can follow her if she was now in another realm?” Bulma said.

“You’re right but, we have a tool that can open the portal to Hestia, follow me!” Senior Arnulfo said and they immediately proceeded to the laboratory where they saw again the experiments that they did to the humans that they kidnap. Until they reached the room where Senior Arnulfo said.

“What are we doing here?” Nerisa asks.

“This is where you guys can see the invention that we made with my old friend. And now we finally succeed in our research on how to make this portal open.” Senior Arnulfo said as he introduced to his minions the portal.

“Cool, you’re a truly genius senior Arnulfo,” Candice said.

“So, how this will lead us to the La Fiery?” Nerisa asks,

“So simple, this portal will lead you to Hestia, where the La Fiery is.” Senior Arnulfo replied and he immediately used the remote control that he was holding and clicked the red button. A strong wind blows and the machine in front of them suddenly releases a noise sound that almost breaks their eardrums. Then Arnulfo commands his minions to step into the portal.

“Let’s do this!” Candice said as was the first step into the portal, next will be Nerisa and Bulma.

Going back to the celebration at the palace of Hestia.

“I want you to meet one of my close friends, Prince Liam of Andromeda.” Prince Xavier said.

“Nice to meet you, Gabriela everyone was right you look like Xavier’s big sister Seraphina,” Liam said.

“Hey, Xavier what’s up dude.” A man said as he approached Xavier.

“This is Prince Joshua, Of Lakur,” Xavier said as he introduced his friend. and a woman approached Gabriela then she introduced herself as the Queen of Aera.

“Queen Aira of Aera.” She said.

“Nice to Meet you guys,” Gabriela said shyly.

“Aira, we have to talk about your daughter Mycka. Excuse us.” Xavier said and immediately Aira followed the prince.

“Mycka was a headache to Jamais. The kingdom is facing a big problem and she added that problem.” Liam said.

Then suddenly they felt the ground was shaking.

“What’s happening?” Joshua asks. Then Kevin approached, his Ate Gabriela and he said.

“Ate Candice is here with those two crazy ladies,” Kevin said.

“What? How did they get here?” Gabriela said then they immediately went outside of the castle.

The crowned prince and Prince Samuel were the first to face Candice’s group.

“What are you guys doing here?” Prince Xavier asks.

“It’s clear that you ladies do not belong to this realm.” Prince Samuel said.

“I want you guys to give me the La Fiery,” Nerisa said.

“Love, I smell the blood of Hex on their body,” Samuel said.

“Yeah, I remember his name was Hex. He gave us his blood to enhance our abilities.” Bulma said.

“The La Fiery is not here. you may leave to our kingdom.” Prince Xavier said.

“Okay, if you say so,” Candice said and she winked at Nerisa to make a strong movement on the ground.

Joshua, Aira, Liam, and the Hestian guards attempt to approach the Prince of Hestia and Jamais when they notice that they can’t move.

“What is happening?” Joshua asks.

“This is so cool; I can stun all of them,” Candice said.

“Enough, let’s grab these two so that the La Fiery will show up,” Bulma said as she slowly approached the prince but a shield suddenly appeared that was made by Kevin and Gabriela.

“If I were you, don’t do that?” Kevin said.

“Oh, Gabriela finally you show up girl. And Kevin how long did you know that the La Fiery was our step sister?” Candice said as she used her ability to stun Kevin and Gabriela.

“Don’t waste your time Ate to use that ability, I am immune to any magic, whether black or white magic,” Kevin said.

“Okay, but Gabby you know what. I have a secret. We successfully killed our aunt those two oldies Benny and Tali, look at this replay.” Candice said and she waved her hands to show the scene where their Aunt Azon, Aling Tali, and Mang Benny were killed by Bulma.

“How dare you, you have no mercy on the elderly, they don’t match your strength. I will kill you!!” Gabriela shouted.

“And not only that, You’re boyfriend,” Candice said and showed Gabriela how Bulma killed Jasper.

“You will pay for this!” Gabriela shouted and she held her necklace which immediately glowed.

“ LA FIERY !“ Gabriela shouted while her voice was echoing. After a few moments, she changed her appearance to a legendary La Fiery of Hestia.

“Ate, don’t believe them, might be they trick us,” Kevin said.

“Kevin was right Gabriela. Don’t believe what you see. They will use your anger” Samuel said.

“My niece. Please control your emotions,” Xavier said, but Gabriela didn’t listen, instead, she used her ability to make a flame on her hands.

“Do you think you can defeat us?” Candice said.

“Yes,” Gabriela said and she turned herself into a phoenix.

“The Fire Phoenix,” Xavier said.

“Only Xavier and Seraphina can use that transformation, but wait…” Liam said as they were surprised at what they saw.

“Ate let me help you,” Kevin said and he grabbed his thunder whip.

“Stay away Kevin, I don’t want you to be in trouble,” Gabriela said at this moment she was in a phoenix bird state. Every time she flaps her wings it gives an intense heat to her enemies. But Candice used her ability, as she quickly clapped her palms which caused the phoenix bird to fall on the ground.

“Gabriela!” Xavier said. then Bulma slowly approaches Gabriela where at that moment she was unconscious.

“No! Ate!” Kevin said he was about to approach his big sister when he was suddenly blocked by Nerisa in the form of Mandurugo.

“Hello, Kevin. You miss me, boy?” She said.

“Say, Hi to me to your boyfriend in heaven,” Bulma said as she was about to grab Gabriela’s heart when no one expected to appear.

“Stay away from her.” A voice of a woman said then from her hands frost magic appeared.

“Mycka,” Aira said as her daughter helped the La Fiery.

Mycka immediately helped the La Fiery she cast frost magic all over the place which will be the reason why Candice’s friends ran away.

“Gabriela, wake up girl!” Mycka said then she waved her hands to create a healing crystal from her frost magic. When Gabriela regained her conscious, she immediately left.

“Thank you…?” Gabriela said.

“My name is Lady Frost, not a problem we are connected as the keepers of the pieces of the scepter from Novaria,” Mycka replied and she disappeared.

“Enigma’s curse to the land”

Previously…

Candice and her friends attack the palace of Hestia as they want to get the fifth piece of the scepter to Gabriela, but they fail to do that as the second guardian appears who possesses the power of frost.

The Continuation…

“Ate Gabby, are you okay?” Kevin asks her sister together with his father.

“Yeah, I’m okay just a little bit cold,” Gabriela answered while hugging herself because of the cold.

Meanwhile, from a distance, the priestess of Novaria smiled at what she saw earlier.

“The guardians of frost finally reveal themselves to the la fiery,” Criselda said and immediately waved her hands then she vanished.

Candice and her friends were thinking about another plan for how they could capture the La Fiery when suddenly a mysterious lady appeared.

“We’re not even friends duh?” Candice said.

“Who are you?” Nerisa asks.

“My name is Enigma, and this lake where you guys hiding was my hideout. Did you know why your powers are getting stronger? And that voice you hear was coming from me.” Enigma said as She introduced herself.

“You are the goddess who helped Senior Arnulfo to find this realm,” Candice said.

“Yeah, Arnulfo was my loyal follower. And I believe you girls was his apprentice.” Enigma asks.

“Yes, we are here goddess to capture the la fiery,” Bulma said and bowed down to Enigma.

“Goddess huh?” Enigma said as she smiled at what she heard from these ladies.

Meanwhile at MIB,

“Well done, Tasha, but we need to wait until the La Fiery is back.” Miss Violet said.

“But how about the superhumans who are attacking the ordinary citizen?” Janferd asks his mother about the chaos that happened on Earth as the superhuman who experimented on Senior Arnulfo’s lab.

“Don’t worry, Jan I have all the data that I got from Black Dragon Org. Me and my team will do everything to stop those minions of Senior Arnulfo. Until the La Fiery is back.” Agatha said then Gabriela’s Aunt with her friends Aling Tali and Mang Benny intervened in their conversation.

“We know where the portal is, we can get you there.” Aunt Azon said.

“Madam A, you should stay here at the facility outside is very dangerous ~,” Anastasia said then Mang Benny interrupted on what she tried to say.

“Tasha, we can give you the location of the portal if you don’t want us to be outside. Now, the two of you will listen to me so that I can tell you where the portal is…” Mang Benny said.

“Tell us, Mang Benny,” Jan said.

Going back to Hestia,

Prince Xavier was worried about the news that he got from his messenger.

“The resistance was missing? But how?” Prince Xavier asks.

“We have one survivor and she is here.” The messenger said and he introduced the woman which is full of wounds all over her body, and you can see the anxiety and her fear in her look. The woman tells the prince what happened when Candice and her friends attacked the resistance on the Lava River where Hex’s dead body where imprisoned. The prince was getting worried when he found out that Hex’s dead body was missing.

“This can’t be happened.” Prince Xavier said.

“Jamais was in great trouble now,” Prince Samuel added.

“We must tell the other kingdom about this.” Prince Xavier said but the Queen of Jamais and the other leaders arrived at the castle of Hestia.

“There’s no need, Xavier, I have a vision that Hex was alive again.” Queen Samantha said.

“Andromeda’s river of truth reveals the folks who stole Hex’s body at the Lava River.” Prince Liam said.

“So, what now? are we just going to wait for Xavier’s niece to save us from our enemy? If we defeat him before. We can do it again!” Prince Joshua said.

“Hold on, This Hex is not the same Hex that we fought before? He is now more powerful than before, as Sitan’s loyal agent Enigma resurrects him.” Queen Samantha said.

“If that’s the case we must seek help from Aunt Selena, or Jenna.” Prince Xavier said.

“Do you remember, Adonis Team is not here. they were living in the other realm which is the Ayden. And the portals are closed right now.” Prince Samuel said.

“Right the only portal was open is the earth but if we go to earth and…. Right, Ayden’s portal was closed.” Prince Xavier said as he realized that there was no way that they could ask for help from the other realm.

“I guess our kingdom needs to prepare for the arrival of Hex” Queen Aira said.

“Can we ask for help to Mycka ?” Prince Xavier asks.

“Xavier, I don’t know where Mycka is, we can’t search for her on Verglas I don’t really know where she is right now, but when she goes back to Aera, I will ask her help, especially for your niece.” Queen Aira said.

“Who are these intruders to our realm,” Prince Xavier said. these intruders he said were the new followers of Enigma as the lady of darkness improved their abilities plus Hex was finally alive.

“Hex this is my followers, I want you to meet Candice, the superhuman who has the ability of strength and now she can blow you away on her breath of wind,” Enigma said, then Candice showcased her new ability as she blew so hard that it caused the tree to fall because of the strong wind she blew.

“Here’s Nerisa, The Mandurugo, with her new sharp claws, she can cut through all things, even stones. I also gave her the ability to be as fast as the wind.” Enigma said and Nerisa showcased her new ability and she showed it to Hex. She uses her ability to move fast. then, Bulma waved her hands, and then a huge stone floated in the air, and she immediately threw this to Nerisa but Nerisa was not worried she immediately used her claws to smash the stone into small pieces.

“And that woman you saw who lifted the stone using her mind, she is Bulma, the superhuman on earth which is can use her hands and grab your heart in an instant but right now, she has the new ability of Telekinesis,” Enigma said.

“Perfect, I love it. I can take my revenge on Samuel and Samantha’s friends.” Hex said as he laughed like a devil.

Going back to earth where, Jan and Anastasia found the portal that Mang Benny and Aling Tali said, as this was the portal created by Azon before.

“Here it is,” Anastasia said.

“Tasha, you need to go back now and wait for us,” Jan said.

“Yes, we will prepare the troops,” Anastasia said, And Jan gave Tasha the necklace that Aling Tali gave them to see the Portal and they needed to hide it from anyone.

“Good Luck sir Jan,” Anastasia said then Jan immediately stepped into the portal, while Anastasia immediately closed the portal.

“Oh! No, they are here!” Anastasia said and she immediately waved her hands then she vanished in the place.

Going back to Hestia,

Xavier explains to his niece the enemy that they faced before.

“Hex?” Gabriela said.

“Yes, he was the prince of darkness. Many years ago, Jamais was under his dark magic. But we defeated him with the help of the twin constellation Samuel and Samantha. But at this time, Hex was with your friends.” Xavier said.

“With whom? Who’s friends?” Gabriela asks. And Kevin explains to her

“Ate he was referring to Ate Candice and her friends,” Kevin said.

“Are you ready my niece?” Xavier asks her.

“As if I have a choice uncle? I will kick their ass especially that Bulma girl, she will pay for what she did to Jasper.” Gabriela said and suddenly her hair color turns to red.

“She’s an Hestian. No wonder.” Xavier said,

“I agreed,” Kevin added.

Now, Janferd finally arrived at the Hestia. The same with Gabriela when they first saw the place they were amazed by the scenery.

“Hestia,” Janferd said. but he noticed the three women from a distance where he was standing and he immediately knew then he said.

“Candice and Bulma, but I don’t know who is that girl next to Candice. And what is she doing here?” Janferd said. then he didn’t notice Hex was behind him and said.

“What are you doing here at my place?” Hex said.

“God! You almost kill me. Hi, my name is Pisces.” Janferd said as he introduced himself to Hex.

“Young man, you shouldn’t be here,” Hex said and he released a huge amount of electricity in his hands and tried to hit Janferd, but suddenly the stones were moving then the roots of the trees wrapped around Hex’s body.

“Who did this? That’s not my element.” Janferd said then a lady appeared and said.

“Run, I can’t hold him anymore.” The lady said.

“Thank you miss?” Janferd said at the same time he was asking for the name of the lady who helped him.

“Gaia, please leave now, find the la fiery” The lady said and immediately Janferd waved his hands then he suddenly vanished.

“I have no time for you, hex. Goodbye!” Gaia said and she disappeared.

“No!!” Hex shouted then his allies heard him and they rushed to check with him what had happened.

“What happened?” Candice asks him but Hex doesn’t reply instead he leaves.

“What is going on here?” Bulma asks.

“Maybe a sign of aging?” Nerisa added.

Janferd stepped into the portal as this was made by Gabriela’s Aunt and this is also the portal where Aling Tali and Mang Benny used to escape from the war that happened a few years ago in Hestia. He also found out that his ex-girlfriend Candice was in Hestia together with the superhuman who killed his cousin Jasper not only that he also met Hex the legendary prince of Darkness who ruled in Jamais before and brought chaos to both realms, Earth and Jamais.

And Gabriela faced a big problem as the La Fiery in the kingdom of Hestia as she was tasked to defend the kingdom at no cost, while the goddess Lalahon was still missing.

The

Continuation …

“My daughter was not a killing machine that you guys will use as the frontline to save this kingdom,” Robert said while talking to the leaders of Jamais. At a large and long dining table, there were the leaders of the five kingdoms of Jamais who also represent the elements of water, air, fire, and earth.

Joshua , from the kingdom of Lakur.

Liam from the kingdom of Andromeda.

Samuel and Samantha as the crowned prince and Queen of Jamais.

Aira from the kingdom of Aera and Lastly, Prince Xavier from the kingdom of Hestia.

“Sir Robert we understand how you feel about this, but we need your daughter’s help about this matter as she was the only one who could defeat the prince of Darkness,” Samuel said, then suddenly a familiar face arrived from another kingdom.

“Miss Jenna and Queen Esmeralda of Ayden,” Xavier said when they saw the two ladies who suddenly intervened in their conversation.

“We are not physically here Xavier, but with the help of Catalina, our spirit travels in your realm. Anyways we have no time. We saw everything and Sir Robert you were the father of the chosen one. You can’t just decide by yourself for Gabriela, we must ask her, and besides we saw this in Catalina’s vision.” Jenna said and the Queen of Ayden waved her hands and there they saw an image of a portal open then a guy from Earth appeared. The guy also met Hex, but when Hex attempts to kill the guy from Earth…

“The woman that you saw who helped the guy on Earth was Gaia, she was the third holder of a piece from the scepter of Novaria. Also, Queen Aira of Aera. Your daughter will help the La Fiery in this battle. Besides Senior Robert, your daughter was not an ordinary princess of Hestia. She is also the guardian of the element of fire the fifth holder of a piece from the scepter came from Novaria.” Queen Esmeralda said.

Kevin and Gabriela are listening to their conversation and Kevin noticed that the guy that they were talking about was…

“Kuya Jan?” Kevin said.

“Wait what? What is he doing here?” Gabriela said and the leaders were interrupted in their conversation when Gabriela reacted on the scene where they saw the face of Janferd.

“Gabriela?” Her dad said.

“Miss Esmeralda, can you give me a vision of something that I can find that guy, or what I mean where he is right now in Hestia?” Gabriela asks.

“That’s the vision of Catalina, we have no vision for the minimum time in Hestia.” Queen Esmeralda said.

“Wait let me help you,” Joshua said and he put his palms on the floor and suddenly the ground started to move.

“He’s at the northern part of Jamais,” Joshua said.

“Verglas?” Aira said when she heard it to Joshua.

In Verglas where the frost part of Jamais, the place was filled with ice when Jan arrives at the place, he sees Mycka in deep meditation.

“Hey, looks like I am lost,” Jan said but Mycka didn’t respond.

“My name is Jan; I am a friend of the La Fiery. I would like to know where’s the way to Hestia.” Jan asks again but he fails to hear any response from the lady.

“Okay, I guess, you’re not physically here. thanks! At least you didn’t try to kill me.” Jan said and he walked away from Mycka but as he stepped his foot away from Mycka. The lady Frost said something.

“Are you the boyfriend of the la fiery?” Mycka asks and Jan is stunned because of her question.

“Me?” Jan asks.

“Do you see another creature aside from me, if yes, that creature was a ghost,” Mycka replied while her eyebrows were raised.

“No, were not. We’re friends, I am here to tell her the happening on earth. We need her help.” Jan said.

“You crouch down! quick!” Mycka said and immediately released ice magic towards the monster that almost hit her visitor.

“That was very closed,” Jan said as he clutched his chest in shock.

“If you want to find the way to Hestia, follow this crystal quick. Leave this place now!” Mycka said and immediately the lady frost created a piece of crystal that glowed and the crystal flew away.

“But how about you?” Jan said as he tried to find water in the surroundings.

“Your water magic is not working in Verglas. Follow the crystal now!” Mycka said as she tried to frost the huge monsters that were made of ice. But Jan didn’t leave instead he tried to wave his hands and Mycka was stunned when he was able to crash the monster using his hands.

“How did you do that?” Mycka asks.

“Ice was made of two elements, water and wind. I manipulate the water element and separate them.” Jan replied.

“Okay I get it now, so please if you want to see the La fiery, please leave now. let me take care of these ugly monsters.” Mycka said and she stepped on his right foot then suddenly Jan slid away from her.

“Follow the crystal now!” Mycka said and immediately waved her hands then the wind blew until the snowstorm got stronger Jan saw her disappearance, as the lady frost covered the place with the snowstorm.

Going back to Hestia castle, Candice, Bulma, and Nerisa call the attention of the la fiery.

“What do you want Candice?” Gabriela said while on her side was her brother Kevin.

“I have a surprise for you, my dear step-sister,” Candice said while smiling at her. Then Nerisa shows them their hostage.

“Show your face on them,” Nerisa said while tugging at the hair of their hostage man.

“Janferd?” Gabriela said as she saw the face of their hostage.

“Now, if you want me to give some mercy on my ex-boyfriend. Release the fifth piece of the scepter and give it to us now!” Candice said.

“La Fiery help me,” Janferd said. but they didn’t know they were tricked by Nerisa as the Mandurugo have this natural ability they called Tagabulag, as you will see an illusion based on what they want you to see.

“Bulma? Grab his heart. The same what you did to his cousin Jasper.” Candice said.

“Happy to do that Candice,” Bulma said and her nails suddenly grew as Bulma almost hit the chest part of Janferd. Gabriela stops them.

“Enough, why are you doing this Candice?” Gabriela asks.

“Why? So simple. Every attention that is supposed to be mine you get it all from me. Aunt Azon, my mother, our father, Kevin, and now Janferd. Do you what he told me?” Candice said as her tears started to fall from her eyes.

“What do you mean?” Gabriela said.

“This man just used me. he gave you to his cousin Jasper and he used me for him to move on from you. You like your mother a slut!” Candice said.

Then Gabriela remembers after she recovers from the accident her goal is to attract the Sy brothers who she thought at first Jasper and Janferd are brothers until she discovers that they are cousins, as senior Arnulfo introduces them as brothers. She also remembered that Janferd courted her before but suddenly the guy stopped so she accepted the love of Jasper as part of her plan to have access to Senior Arnulfo’s Laboratory. Until she found out one day that Janferd and Candice were dating.

“Enough of this drama, Candice we need the fifth piece of the scepter ask her again,” Hex said as he was copying the form of Janferd.

“I know you have a special feeling for Janferd, I saw you at the Christmas celebration at Aunt Azon’s place. as you guys kissing,” Candice reveals.

“This is out of the script, right?” Nerisa whispers to Bulma.

“Nerisa!” Bulma said trying to stop Nerisa.

“Enough, here’s the thing you want!” Gabriela said and she showed Candice the piece of the scepter on her hands with a symbol of Hestia written on the reddish gem.

“Come closer! Hand me that thing to me!” Candice said. and Gabriela slowly walks in towards Candice, Kevin tries to stop her but she gives a smile to Kevin.

“Ate no,” Kevin said. after a few steps, Gabriela gave Candice the reddish gem.

“As the fifth guardian of the piece of scepter from Novaria. I release you” Gabriela said then the reddish gem transferred to Candice’s hands.

“Finally, the gem of Hestia is mine at last,” Candice said as she was mesmerized by the beauty of the gem.

“Now release him, as part of our deal,” Gabriela said.

But suddenly a splash of water hit Candice, Bulma, Nerisa, and the fake Janferd.

“Gabriela! Stay away from them.” Janferd said.

“Kuya Jan.” Kevin said.

“Kiddo can you help me?” Janferd said and Kevin got what he was trying to do.

Janferd releases a huge amount of water that hits Hex and because of this, the spell of Nerisa is broken.

“Now, Kevin,” Janferd said. Kevin used his thunder whip and hit Candice, Bulma, Nerisa, and Hex.

“Sorry Ate Candice!” Kevin said that while he was hitting his older sister with his thunder whip when they hit on Kevin’s thunder whip, their skins burned.

“Candice, we have the piece of the scepter let’s go!” Hex said.

“Yes, master,” Candice said and waved her hands, It was exactly the same as what Bulma and Nerisa did and they disappeared.

After the villains left…

“Are you okay?” Janferd asks Gabriela as he is very worried about the La Fiery.

“Yes, and what are you doing here?” Gabriela asks. Janferd sighed first before he answered.

“The earth was in trouble, the superhuman that my uncle created was making a scene, we can’t hold it anymore with your best friend Tasha.

“Tasha? What happens to her? Is she okay?” Gabriela asks worriedly.

“She is now a superhuman and said she was given a mission to help you. She is now the Levina,” Janferd said, but they were stopped by the prince of Hestia as they were asked to get inside the castle.

“Introduce me to your boyfriend my niece.” Prince Xavier said and winked at them.

“Your highness,” Janferd said and gave respect to the crowned prince.

EPISODE TWENTY ONE

“ The return of La Fiery on Earth “

Previously …

Anastasha was given a task to help the La Fiery as Catherine gave her the power of electricity, wherein she was called by Levina. Meanwhile, Candice, Nerisa, and Bulma attack the palace and deceive La Fiery to get the fifth piece of the scepter. Which are they able to get to Gabriela?

But suddenly the real Janferd.

The continuation …

“Why are you guys not worried about the enemy for having the last piece of the scepter?” Kevin asks her big sister and the prince for not showing any worried reaction on their faces. Her big sister replied and said.

“Because they don’t have it. Let me show you.” Gabriela said and she shows to Kevin the last piece of the scepter.

“And how did you do that Ate? And what is the thing that they have right now?” Kevin asks.

“They have the lava stone as Prince Xavier creates a replica of this,” Gabriela said then she winked at Kevin.

“And I know they don’t have your Kuya Jan, as we all know he was at Verglas, so that’s why I ride on their drama. But Janferd will explain to me later, right?” Gabriela said and suddenly Janferd appeared behind them.

“You change a lot,” Janferd said.

“Is that what always say to all of your girls?” Gabriela said.

“No, what do you mean?” Janferd asks.

“Nothing, but I want to be home now as I was worried on Earth, I’m not sure if I am insane or something. I hear them calling me.” Gabriela said.

“Who?” Janferd asks.

“Aling Tali and Mang Benny.” She replied. And that was exactly what happened as Earth right now was in great danger. The MIB was attacked by the black dragon organization led by Senior Arnulfo. The city looks like a ghost town you can’t see anything roaming around except superhumans that Senior Arnulfo controls and the whole city is in the hands of Senior Arnulfo.

“I tried to call but the la fiery was confusing right now.” Aling Tali said.

“Aling Tali, can I talk to you for a minute?” Violet said Janferd’s mom.

“Yes, headmistress what this is all about?” Aling Tali asks.

“Can we ask for your help? The ability of teleportation? I need to sneak at HQ to get some weapons that we can use.” Violet asks and Aling nods her head for accepting the request.

On the other side of the story,

MIB HQ has been conquered by the Black Dragon Org.

“Finally, my son,” Senior Arnulfo said when he saw the body of Jasper which is it was preserved with a big glass tube, and its all body was frozen which is made by Janferd.

“Senior, I am here,” Tasha said.

“Yes, Levina I need your help to unlock this chamber.” Senior Arnulfo said.

“My pleasure, Senior,” Tasha said and she released a huge amount of electricity from her hands while pointing this to the chamber where the dead body of Jasper was preserved.

“Good job Levina,” Senior Arnulfo said, and from the chamber, he took out the body of his son then he called the superhuman name Pink, as this was one of his experiments.

“Now, bring my son to life.” Senior Arnulfo said, the pink-haired lady waved her hands and suddenly the pink-haired lady gave a kiss to Jasper.

“Senior how is that will help for your son?” Tasha asks Senior Arnulfo.

“Good Question Levina. Pink has the ability of Necromancy; her kiss will give life to the death.” Senior Arnulfo replied and suddenly Tasha saw a little butterfly that landed on Jasper’s arm.

“Rise and be with us again Jasper Sy,” Pink said then we were amazed at what we saw when Jasper suddenly got up and was rushing and it seemed like the man came from a long marathon from his pale color of skin it returned to his tan skin and he said when he saw the people who surround him.

“Where am I? And what is happening why are you guys looking at me like that?” Jasper said.

“Welcome back my son,” Senior Arnulfo said.

Going back to Hestia,

Candice was devastated when she knew that the reddish that she had was not the fifth piece of the scepter.

“Gabriela!! You will pay for this! You fooled me.” Candice shouts while Nerisa, Bulma, and Hex watch her.

“I thought Hex was the badass in Hestia and why is it Candice was always grumpy,” Nerisa whispers to Bulma.

“Hex help me how to defeat that girl,” Candice commands Hex but the prince of Darkness gives her a look and says.

“Are you out of your mind, she’s very powerful in Hestia, especially the elemental keepers are here. she has a lot of backup. Poor girl you only have us.” Hex said.

“He’s right Candice, do you remember the time that we tried to kill her another guardian appeared. we have no match for their powers. Even though our powers have been enhanced by Hex’s blood still we have no ~” Nerisa said when she didn’t finish what about she wanted to say, when she saw Candice kill Hex using her own hands. Just like Bulma usually does to her victims by grabbing their hearts using her own hands and that is what Candice does to Hex and after she grabs Hex’s heart, she eats it right away and drinks some blood.

“No, I have my sisters, you are not included!” Candice said.

“Sisters, drink his blood now,” Candice added, Nerisa and Bulma the changes of Candice’s Appearance her appearance was so scary. When Bulma sees this, she immediately drinks the blood of Hex and Nerisa follows. The three of them felt something strange in their bodies, they seemed to get even stronger and at this time Enigma showed herself on them.

“That’s what we call survival and congratulations to your new powers’ girls. Now, the La Fiery is on earth.” Enigma said and she opened a portal.

“Thank mistress of Darkness,” Candice said and she spread her wings then jumped to the portal and that’s what the other did.

Going back to Gabriela and Jasper.

“It’s time to see the earth again,” Robert said he is Gabriela’s dad.

“Are you ready to face your old friend, Dad?” Gabriela asks.

“Well, I guess Arnulfo has no choice but to face me.” Her dad said and immediately Kevin opened the portal to Earth.

“Earth Express is now ready,” Kevin said. their father entered first then followed by Kevin. But before Gabriela entered the portal, Xavier hugged her and said goodbye.

“I am hoping that you will be at our wedding?” Samuel said.

“Gosh? When?” Gabriela asks.

“Maybe after the next two months so that’s equivalent to one year on earth time. don’t worry we will give you an invitation on earth.” Xavier said.

“Okay, See you, and I’m so excited,” Gabriela said while she was smiling at the couple.

“You may go now my niece, good luck, and may the higher being protect you,” Xavier said and suddenly Gabriela changed her form into a red butterfly then entered to the portal.

“Janferd, please protect my niece at all costs. I’ll give you this” Xavier said and handed to him the Bracelet.

“I can’t accept that Your Highness. That’s too much.” Janferd said.

“No, you need this. This is the bracelet that Liam used before. You are now the keeper of that charm from Andromeda.” Xavier said and Janferd accepted the bracelet and wore this.

“Thank you again, Your Highness, maybe we will have a double wedding soon,” Janferd said and winked at the couple then stepped into the portal.

“I like him for Gabby,” Xavier said.

“Of course, I remember, on the dinner you almost sold your niece to him. Hestians are so aggressive” Samuel said.

“Especially in bed, right?” Xavier said while smiling.

“I know that Look Xavier,” Samuel said.

Meanwhile on Earth,

Violet and Aling Tali sneak at the MIB HQ which is now this was under Black Dragon org’s hands. but they were caught by Tasha. After they are caught by the other superhumans, Tasha immediately destroys the power source and the whole HQ is in blackout. then she approaches Violet and Aling Tali.

“Miss V, what are you guys doing here?” Tasha said.

“We are here to get some weapons.” Aling Tali said.

“Alright, I’ll cover you up please make it fast,” Tasha said and immediately shouted in the hall that there was an intruder. then the emergency alarm activated as the guards and other superhumans looked for the intruder that she said.

“I saw them at the west side, my tracker is not working damn!” She said and the guard immediately ran to the west side.

“I’ll check them on this side,” Tasha said and she turned herself into a bolt of lightning that passed through walls. then she went back to the chamber where the weapons were hiding.

“I hear her voice now,” Aling Tali said.

“Who?” Violet and Tasha ask,

“The La Fiery is now on earth.” Aling Tali said.

“Let’s continue with the plan but for now, to make this real. punch me in my face.” Tasha said and Violet punched her in the face.

“Sorry, Tasha,” Violet said and immediately Aling Tali waved her hands and disappeared. while Tasha was unconscious, then a guard saw her lying on the floor.

“Levina, wake up are you okay? where’s the intruder?” The guard asks but Tasha doesn’t response as she is still unconscious after Violet punches her in the face.

“What is happening?” Gabriela said.

“We have to go; the city is unsafe,” Janferd said.

“Let’s go Ate,” Kevin said and he opened a portal that led them to the hideout where Miss Violet the headmistress of MIB, with Aling Tali, Mang Benny, and Aunt Azon.

“Really? Looks like my son is ready to face her ex-girlfriend. Am I right son?” Senior Arnulfo said and behind him, Jasper suddenly appeared then he said.

“They must face the consequences for betraying me, especially my cousin Janferd,” Jasper added.

Meanwhile, at the secret hideout where Azon and Tali are busy treating the other who is sick. Suddenly a wind blew and from afar Tali saw the ghost of her daughter.

“Paula?” Aling Tali said.

“Tali why?” Azon asks.

“Wait a minute,” Tali said and she rushed to her daughter then her daughter said.

“The spirit world is in danger, they disturb us,” Paula said.

“Why and who is the heartless creature?” Tali asks.

“Mom, you need to be careful,” Paula said then suddenly she vanished along with the cold air.

“Paula, wait!” Aling Tali said, and then she saw Gabriela, Kevin, and Janferd approaching.

“Azon, our La Fiery is here.” Aling Tali shouts.

Meanwhile, in the heart of the city Senior Arnulfo, he announces to all that the La Fiery needs to surrender the reddish gem from Novaria.

“La Fiery, surrender yourself to the people, and to me, you will pay the price of destroying us.” Senior Arnulfo said while on his side people can see his son, Jasper, with Nerisa, Bulma, and Candice and this was seen by Gabriela and Janferd.

“Jasper was alive?” Gabriela asks.

“Yes, I’ve heard that Mr. Gloom created a superhuman who has necromancy ability. If we can convince the necromancer, this will be a big help to our team.” Miss Violet said,

“I don’t think that is Jasper,” Janferd said.

“I have a plan and I want your help, Kevin,” Gabriela said.

“La Fiery, if you need my help let me know,” Agatha said.

“Agatha? Is that you?” Gabriela said when she saw Agatha, the first superhuman that they rescued.

“Yes, La Fiery and the other superhuman that you save will help you on this battle just tell us how we can help,” Agatha replied.

“Sure, this is the plan,” Gabriela said and started to explain the steps that they were going to take.

Meanwhile, at the MIB HQ where Candice found the mirror of Dalikmata that can see what happened in the past.

“This place is so creepy, Let’s go, Candice,” Nerisa said.

“Wait,” Candice replied and she immediately put her index finger in the mirror, when the mirror suddenly lit up, and when she opened her eyes, she saw empty but a voice of woman asked her questions.

“What do you want to know human?” The voice said, and the first thing that came to her mind about the death of her mom.

“My mom, who killed her?” Candice asks. Then suddenly a flash of her memories shows on every wall.

FROM THE PAST,

This is the day that Robert went missing and accused that he was the main suspect of killing her mom.

“Candice, I want you to do, is to protect your sister and your baby brother.” Her mom said.

“That Gabriela girl, I don’t like her mom. She’s not my sister.” Candice said.

“Yes, she’s not your sister but we are one family now. Gabriela was seven and you are ten years old so technically you are the big sister to protect them.” Candice’s mom said while they were at a grocery store. Then Gabriela approached her mom and said.

“Miss Sarah, I found these fruits for you. And Ate Candice this orange is good for your cough, my mom told me before when she was alive, citrus fruits are good for cough.” Gabriela said and she handed Candice the oranges, but Candice didn’t get them instead she slapped Gabriela’s hand which caused the oranges to fall from her hands.

“Why did you do that Candida!” Her mom said and got angry.

“No, it’s okay Miss Sara, Ate doesn’t like the oranges. Me as well.” Gabriela said and she picked all the oranges that fell from her hands.

“I don’t know why are you like that Candice! I didn’t teach you how to be rude to others.” Her mom said and suddenly the scene changed, this was the time when Kevin was celebrating his first birthday, after the birthday celebration her mom went outside to throw the garbage.

“No, Gabriela let me throw this so that you can finish washing the plates.” Her mom said.

But when her mom is in the garbage bin where the village places all of their waste, a strange man suddenly appears and points a knife at his mom.

“Who are you, please don’t hurt me. if you robbing me, please take this ring this is all I have.” Her mom said.

“No, we don’t need your ring. Don’t you remember me, Sarah?” The man said.

“Kulas, why are you here? I thought you were dead?” Sara said.

“The leader of the Mandurugo was looking for you, you need to give him a child,” Kulas said.

“My job is done, the clan of Babaylan is done protecting the Mandurugo we already face the consequences, we lost our powers because of you guys. We decided to leave at the Village and you can’t force me to go with you.” Sara said.

“If that’s the case, I have no choice. To kill you.” Kulas said and he immediately grabbed Lourdes’s arms and started to stab using a knife but Gabriela suddenly appeared.

“Miss Sara,” Gabriela said.

“Is this your child?” Kulas asks.

“Yes, she is. Run Gabriela!” Sara said as she threw a power that she kept in her pocket. Then the man gets angry and shows them his true form.

“Miss Sara, let’s go!” Gabriela said but suddenly they can’t move as the Mandurugo uses a spell that came from the Babaylan.

“What is happening Miss Sara?” Gabriela asks.

“They were using a spell from my clan. Don’t worry I have a trick that he can’t copy.” Sara said but when she waved her hands Kulas immediately stabbed her using his claws.

“Miss Sara!!” Gabriela shouts and suddenly her eyes change then Gabriela’s hands fill with fire.

“A santelmo spirit.” Kulas said.

“You will pay for this,” Gabriela said and threw a fireball at Kulas but he was able to escape from Gabriela’s attack because of Mandurugo’s speed ability.

“Gabriela, you have no match with the Mandurugo,” Sara said. but Sara was amazed when Gabriela created a fire circle in the surroundings.

“Hold my hand!” Gabriela said.

“Gabby, my child what are you doing?” Sara asks when she holds Gabriela’s hands, they suddenly out from the fire circle that the young La Fiery did.

“You will burn,” Gabriela said then Kulas suddenly burns his arms and can’t move from the fire circle that the young La Fiery created,

“Aling Azon must know this,” Sara said but she suddenly felt something on her body as the poison started to spread on her body, she coughs with blood. When Gabriela saw this she went back to herself and the fire circle was suddenly lost.

“Miss Sara, are you okay?” Gabriela said then Kulas replied.

“Her life won’t last, because of the poison that I gave to her when I stab her,” Kulas said and flew away using his wings.

“Help! Dad! Help anyone!” Gabriela shouts then her dad approaches them and asks what is happening.

“Miss Sara was killed with an aswang!” Gabriela said while crying.

“No! No! Sara please…” Robert said while crying and this is the time that Candice gets angrier with Gabriela.

“You killed my mom!” Candice shouted and went inside the house.

Then the scene was stopped and she saw the scene before Gabriela entered the portal that led to Hestia, she was given a protection spell. Then Candice remembers everything, Gabriela always helping her every time, when their Aunt Azon looking for a crew in her strip club the first option was Candice but she was saved by Gabriela.

Candice didn’t notice that she was crying when she returned.

“CANDICE !!” Bulma shouts.

“Oh yes, why?” She said and wiped her tears.

“The La Fiery was captured, she surrendered herself to Senior Arnulfo,” Bulma said.

“What? Let’s go!” Candice said and rushed to see her half-sister.

On another side of the story,

Senior Arnulfo presented to the people of the city about capturing the La Fiery.

“People, as the mayor of this city we have finally captured the public enemy. don’t worry her friends will be captured soon.” Senior Arnulfo said. and Jasper approaches the La Fiery.

“Miss Me La Fiery? don’t worry my traitor cousin will be next. “ Jasper said while touching her face. They didn’t know that Gabriela was pretending to be unconscious after they were captured.

From afar, Janferd and Agatha are ready for the next face of the plan.

“Is everything being ready?” Janferd said.

“Yes, sir. we will wait for Levina’s go signal.” Agatha replied.

“Perfect, now let’s hope Kevin and Gabriela will succeed in their plan,” Janferd said.

Meanwhile, Gabriela and her team started their plan to defeat the senior, and one of their plans was to let the La Fiery capture then Gabriela saw her ex-boyfriend, Jasper.

The continuation …

“Senior, can I talk to my step-sister?” Candice said.

“Of course, dear, I know you’ve been waiting a long time to hurt your step-sister, now this is your chance, Candice.” Senior Arnulfo replied. Then Candice shows everyone the snake that she got from Hex and suddenly the snake changes its appearance and becomes a whip.

“Could you leave us alone, I want to enjoy this moment for myself as she killed my mom before,” Candice asks.

“Well, of course, let’s go. Let Candice get her trophy.” Senior Arnulfo said and all of the superhumans inside of the room left including Bulma and Nerisa. After they left Candice commanded her snake to return to its original form then Gabriela was surprised by what she did.

“What are you doing Bitch? Why do you let them capture? You are not thinking.” Candice said and she immediately helped Gabriela escape from being bound. At the same time, she removed a device attached to Gabriela’s arm so La Fiery couldn’t use her power.

“Why are you doing this?” Gabriela asks.

“Helping you of course,” Candice replied.

“But why, Ate?” Gabriela asks again.

“Because you are my sister and no one shouldn’t hurt you except me,” Candice replied while trying to destroy the tracking device.

“Ate Candice, is this one of your pranks or what?” Gabriela asks again as she is confused about what is happening to her sister.

“Look Gabby, Maybe I am not a good sister for you but, I want to fix everything. I know what happens. you didn’t kill my mom. You tried to save her with your fiery power. And you need to be alive because I want you to help me to find that monster.” Candice said then suddenly a strong wind blows then they saw Jasper approaching.

“Whatever your plan is, do it now, let me handle your ex-boyfriend,” Candice said.

“How about you ate?” Gabriela asks.

“Gabby, run now!” Candice shouts then Gabriela remembers the scene when Candice’s mom faces the Mandurugo.

“No, Ate. I promise to Miss Sara that I will protect you we will face this together.” Gabriela said then she created a fire in her hands.

Meanwhile,

Kevin was able to help the other superhuman that was in protection of MIB.

“Ate Tasha, they are ready,” Kevin said but when they tried to escape Nerisa and Bulma stopped them.

“Where do you think you are going, Levina?” Nerisa said. then immediately Tasha covers Kevin on her back.

“When senior Arnulfo knows this, he will get your powers much better stay away from that kid,” Bulma said.

“No, before you will hurt Kevin and these innocents. You need to kill me first!” Tasha said then her whole body was covered with electricity. Also, Kevin releases his thunder whip.

“Sister, it’s eating time,” Nerisa said as she transformed into a Mandurugo. Bulma reveals her new appearance to Tasha and Kevin when they drink the blood of Hex.

“Don’t worry Ate Tasha, the Queen of Aera gave me this talisman, as they use this to defeat Hex,” Kevin said.

“Good, I’ve been waiting for so long to kick their ass, especially this chicken girl,” Tasha said as she wears the necklace that Kevin gave her.

“What did you call me? How dare you!” Nerisa shouted and immediately rushed to Kevin and Tasha but Tasha’s movements became fast while Kevin just stared at Bulma and said.

“I am a kid, why don’t you try to get my heart?” Kevin said and she did the same as Nerisa did, but Kevin created an illusion when she tried to hurt Kevin, she didn’t touch anything.

“That’s what we call, illusion,” Kevin said and Bulma got annoyed when she saw that the superhuman who was under MIB was able to escape and she saw a lot of Kevin inside the room.

“You pest! Where are you.” She shouts but Kevin just laughs at her.

In another part of the story,

“Stay here Janferd, we need to trust her on this.” His mom said.

“But mom, what if~,” Janferd said but he didn’t finish what he was trying to say when he saw Kevin with the other MIB members approaching them.

“Kevin, thank god, where’s Tasha?” Violet asks.

“Miss Violet I am not here, but Ate Tasha and I was playing with Bulma and Nerisa,” Kevin replied.

“How about Senior Arnulfo?” Violet asks.

“We can’t find him anywhere,” Kevin replied.

“Thanks, Kevin, now it’s time to face him,” Violet said as she activated her wristwatch.

“Mom, what are you doing?” Janferd asks. But his mom didn’t answer.

“Agent Violet activate!” Her mom said then her wristwatch suddenly lit up then an artificial voice mentioned a name.

“Agent Denny Anne Nemenzo, you are now officially activated.” Said the artificial voice that came from her mom’s wristwatch.

“The F*ck you are agent Denny Anne?” Janferd said but he was stopped by his mom.

“Watch your mouth Janferd It’s been a long time since I have been in action, I miss doing this. Let’s go, and I need to demand collateral from your uncle for all this shit he did.” His mom said.

Going back to Candice and Gabriela…

“Ate, watch out!” Gabriela said.

“That was closed. How we can defeat your ex-boyfriend? His wind ability was too strong.” Candice said.

“Maybe it will work if I will talk to him?” Gabriela said.

“Talk? He almost kills you. Are you insane?” Candice said.

“Wait let me try,” Gabriela said.

“Okay, I will cover you!” Candice said and summoned her snake which immediately changed its form and became a whip.

“Jasper, do you hear me.?” Gabriela said.

“Yes, of course, I hear you, Gabby,” Jasper replied but he gave a scary smile to her.

“I know you can hear me, Jasper. Love!” Gabriela said then they noticed Jasper stunned and they saw that Jasper’s eyes had changed.

“Love, please help me. I am not supposed to be here. the spirit world was in great danger right now, they need me, please. Help me.!” Jasper said but suddenly Jasper’s aura changed again then rushed to Gabriela, but Candice immediately used her whip to bind Jasper.

“Do it now!” Candice shouts after she binds Jasper using her whip. And immediately used her ability as she touched the forehead of her ex-boyfriend while saying the enchanting words that her aunt taught her. They also saw Jasper slowly lose his strength.

“Sorry Love,” Gabriela said. Jasper smiled at her and said.

“We will be meeting soon, but for now I am happy because I know, Janferd will take care of you,” Jasper said, then they heard a shout from their back and they saw Senior Arnulfo was crying but a lady with a purple suit suddenly appeared.

“You kill my son again!” Senior Arnulfo said but the woman behind him immediately handcuffed him and said.

“You’re step-brothers will not be so happy because of what you did Arnie” Violet said.

Janferd saw the scene that his cousin would leave him again.

“Jasper please don’t go,” Janferd said.

“Janferd,” Jasper said softly to him.

“Please don’t leave us,” Janferd said.

“Bro, I no longer belong to the world of living,” Jasper said while Janferd started to cry. But Candice cut this dramatic scene as she was curious about what Jasper told them earlier.

“Jasper, what do you mean about the spirit world?” Candice asks.

“Right, what do you mean by that is there something wrong?” Gabriela added.

“Yes, but as the guardian of the fifth piece of the scepter from Novaria, you will know this soon. Once the guardian will unite.” Jasper said. Gabriela asked more when Kevin approached them and said,

“The Enigma uses their body, she wanted to get the fifth piece of the scepter. Ate Gabby.” Kevin said. when they turned around, they saw Enigma reveal herself but her side Nerisa and Bulma were unconscious.

“Hey La Fiery, nice to meet you,” Enigma said. when Senior Arnulfo saw the enigma, he shouted and asks help but the woman didn’t listen instead she used a spell that caused the senior to have a hard time to breath.

“Arnie, what is going on?” Violet asks.

“Now, give me the fifth piece of the scepter or I will kill these important people in your life,” Enigma said and they saw that Azon, Tasha, and Tali were in Enigma’s prison that was made of her magic.

“Release her, they didn’t do anything besides you want this?” Gabriela said and show to Enigma the reddish gem. But suddenly a lady appeared and said.

“Don’t make a trade La Fiery, let me help you with this bitch! She kills my friend.” The lady said.

“Lady Frost?” Janferd said.

“Yes, the daughter of Aera and Queen of Verglas. I am here to get your payment for killing my friend.” Mycka said.

“Hmmn, the guardian of fiery and frost is here. what a surprise,” Enigma said.

“Get ready Gabriela, she’s very strong. We will work this together.” Mycka said,

“Got it, Your Highness,” Gabriela replied.

“And you guys stay away from us. This is a big fight between the goddess and the ugly witch.” Gabriela said then she created a ring of fire, where inside the ring of fire were the La Fiery, the Lady Frost, and Enigma.

“This is so interesting, how your powers will combine,” Enigma said.

“ THE FINAL BATTLE (PART TWO-FINAL PART) “

The continuation …

Gabriela uses her fire ability and she immediately takes out a fireball then she throws it at Enigma. But Enigma smiled and then she said.

“Are you playing with me, La Fiery?” Enigma said.

“La Fiery, focus!” Mycka said, then she created a sword made from ice and immediately rushed to Enigma.

Meanwhile, Candice and Janferd released Azon and Tasha from the prison that Enigma created for them.

“Candice, thank you.” Her Aunt said.

“Auntie I am so sorry for all that I did, but don’t worry I will correct my mistakes,” Candice said.

“Don’t worry, your mom will be so proud of you,” Azon said as she hugged her niece.

“Auntie, thank you but we will continue later and for now the LA FIERY needs our help,” Candice said.

“Right, wait for me, Candice,” Tasha said and she used her speed to secure the old woman.

Going back to Mycka and Gabriela, Enigma was too strong as their elemental powers wouldn’t work.

“I am so sure she has a weakness,” Gabriela said. but suddenly a mysterious lady appears and Enigma was a surprise and the mysterious lady said.

“Enough of this nonsense war Enigma, Sitan was using us. But he didn’t value us, were just his pet.” The mysterious lady said.

On another side of the story, Senior Arnulfo saw the Mysterious lady who intervened.

“Mailin? Is that you?” Senior Arnulfo said as he recognized the mysterious lady.

“Right, that is your wife,” Denny Anne said.

“Mailin, I am here.” Senior Arnulfo shouts and tries to escape from Denny Anne’s rope that is wrapped all over his body.

“Don’t attempt to escape because your sin against the law will be increased.” Denny Anne said.

Going back to Gabriela and Mycka with the mysterious lady.

“What are you doing here Mailin, you always destroy all of our plans,” Enigma said.

“I am here to stop you,” Mailin said and she removed her hood then she released a smoke that immediately scattered, and some of the smoke wrapped on Enigma’s body. Mycka and Gabriela noticed the changes as Enigma started to become weak.

“La Fiery, do it now!” Mailin said, Immediately La Fiery release changed her appearance into a fire Minokawa. While the Minokawa’s wings are flapping towards Enigma. She started to feel heat on her body.

“What is happening? Release me, Mailin!” Enigma shouts.

“The heat of the Hestia, everything will burn and purify,” Mailin said while she saw that her sister slowly burned and Mycka asked her.

“Why are you doing this? She’s your sister.” Mycka asks.

“Yes, I am her sister but I don’t tolerate this act especially since the humans gave me another chance,” Mailin said but she suddenly felt an intense pain in her arms.

“Are you okay, Miss?” Mycka asks then Mailin suddenly disappears. Janferd, Candice, Kevin, and Tasha saw everything when suddenly a visitor from Novaria appeared.

“The Fifth and Last piece of the scepter will make her stronger. But the Lady Frost doesn’t belong to this realm.” The woman said.

“Who are you?” Janferd asks.

“It doesn’t matter, who I am. But you can just call me the priestess of Novaria.” The woman said and she immediately waved her hands then Mycka disappeared.

Going back to Enigma, she waves her hands as she releases a black smoke that immediately goes to Senior Arnulfo and the other part of the black smoke goes to Nerisa and Bulma. The smoke tries to possess Candice but a shield suddenly appears on Candice, as they hear the voice of Gabriela casting the protection spell on the person that she loved.

“This is not the final, La Fiery we will meet soon,” Enigma said after she escaped from the smoke that her sister made. When Enigma disappears, the La Fiery returns to her original form. While, Senior Anulfo, Nerisa, and Bulma disappear.

And then the priestess of Novaria says something to Gabriela.

“La Fiery is the fifth holder of the piece of the scepter from Novaria. Your quest has just started, and you need to find the other guardians of the scepter.” The priestess said.

“And you are?” Gabriela asks.

“We will meet again soon La Fiery,” The priestess answered and she suddenly disappeared.

Janferd’s mom rushed to them and she reported that Senior Arnulfo and his minions, Nerisa and Bulma suddenly disappeared after the Enigma disappeared.

“This is not good Gabby; I remember Cathy told me something about this Enigma girl. She was an ancient witch and one of the trusted minions of the lord of Darkness.” Tasha said.

“Whatever who she is I think I am not alone in this battle,” Gabriela said as she remembered when she encountered the first holder of the scepter Ced when she visited Hestia and now, she meets the princess of Aera, and the second holder of the scepter Princess Mycka or the lady Frost.

“For now, let’s celebrate our victory. We have recaptured the city from the hands of Arnulfo and Thank you very much for your help guys especially to La Fiery without your courage we will not be able to recapture the MIB HQ. Thank you so much.” Denny Anne said while she was holding Gabriela’s hands and Candice joked with Gabriela as she said.

“Sis, Janferd’s mom likes you when will be the wedding?” Candice said. but Janferd gets blushed and Gabriela said.

“If he courts me but he didn’t do anything?” Gabriela said.

“Wait, Gabby. Madam Azon is already waiting for us outside.” Tasha said as she approached Gabriela.

“Right, I forgot!” Gabriela said and she immediately went outside of the building where she saw her aunt with Aling Tali and Mang Benny.

“Gabby was here,” Azon shouts, and immediately Gabriela, Candice, and Kevin approach her and they hug their aunt.

“I am so proud of you guys, If Robert will say this, my brother will be so proud of his children,” Azon said.

“Wait, Aunt, we have a surprise for you,” Candice said.

“What is that?” Azon asks and Azon sees his brother slowly walking then smiling at them.

“Kuya Robert?” Azon said as her tears slowly fell from her eyes.

“Sis, how are you?” Robert said and she immediately hugged his sister. While, Candice, Gabriela and Kevin were so happy about what they saw.

Meanwhile,

Nerisa, Bulma, and Senior Arnulfo found their selves in a dark place where they saw Enigma in extreme pain as she tried to heal herself because of what Gabriela did to her.

“You will pay for this La Fiery,” Enigma said.

“Hey, excuse me where are we?” Bulma asks then Enigma replies.

“You guys are in my sanctuary, where, I need the three of you to prepare for the upcoming war.

“You can count on me, Mistress.” Senior Arnulfo said and then Enigma released a black smoke that suddenly changed the appearance of Arnulfo when he saw his reflection on a big mirror he went back to his age of twenty.

“I can’t believe this, is this real?” Senior Arnulfo said and Nerisa confirms that her appearance changes as he regains his youth.

Going back to Gabriela at her Aunt’s house.

Candice asks Gabriela about the creature that killed her mom.

“If you will see him again, you can tell me who he is?” Candice asks.

“Of course, I never forgot his face and besides, I gave him a curse that all of his family members will have the same mark of burn on the left side of their arm,” Gabriela said. Then Candice remembered the birthmark that she saw from Nerisa when the time Nerisa removed the piece of a cloth that Nerisa wrapped on her left arm.

THROWBACK>>>

When they were on Hestia and on they were trying to get the fifth piece of the scepter to Gabriela.

“What is that? how did you acquire that?” Bulma asks.

“This is a mark that was given to our family,” Nerisa said while wrapping her arms again.

“Given by who?” Candice asks while staring at Nerisa’s arms.

“Given by a witch, this is from my father when the moment he encountered a Hestian witch, and all of our family members have this mark,” Nerisa replied.

BACK TO PRESENT>>>

“Why did you ask?” Gabriela asks.

“Nothing, but I need you to prepare, Janferd and his mom are waiting for us,” Candice said.

“Candice, thank you,” Gabriela said while Candice put makeup on her face, when Candice heard that she stopped and asked.

“Why?” Candice asks.

“Because you choose to be good. and finally, I have a big sister that always protects me.” Gabriela said.

“Gabby, you don’t have to say thank you. This is my part as your big sister. and agree or not, Janferd’s brother is so cute right? her biceps and chest are so yummy” Candice said.

“Hmmn! I got you Ate. would like me to give your social media account to Sir Sebastian? but we didn’t know that he had a brother. a big guy. I need a big guy; I need a big guy.” Gabriela said while smiling.

“That’s a song Gabby, and the correct lyrics is, I need a daddy, I need a daddy cuz He’s a yummy daddy,” Candice said while laughing. but they stopped their discussion when Kevin intervened.

“Who are you calling daddy? are fantasizing, Kuya Sebastian?” Kevin asks.

“You don’t care and get out of my room or I will tell Aunt that you broke her vase,” Candice said.

“You didn’t change, you’re still a witch…” Kevin said and immediately went outside then Gabriela and Candice laughing.

EPISODE TWENTY-FIVE

“ THE FINAL CHAPTER AND NEW JOURNEY “

While Gabriela was busy preparing herself for her wedding, she suddenly saw a figure right behind her.

“Wait, Gabby. Your makeup is not yet finished.” Candice said as she tried to stop her sister.

“I’ll be right back, Sis!” Gabriela said and she immediately followed the mysterious woman who was wearing a red dress.

“Wait, who are you?” Gabriela asks the woman and the woman stops in the hallway. Then the woman slowly turned her head and Gabriela saw the woman.

“You?” Gabriela said that as she remembered the woman’s face, she wasn’t wrong; this woman had helped her in the forest after she almost died because of Senior Arnulfo’s plan. This is also the woman who Aling Tali and Mang Benny said was the goddess of fire and Volcano, Lalahon.

“Hi, La Fiery nice to meet you again.” The goddess said and smiled at her.

“Goddess Lalahon, you’re back,” Gabriela said.

“Yes, that is because of your courage and the other guardian of the first piece of the scepter but I am here just not to say thank you but to give you a warning,” Lalahon said.

“Why is there something wrong?” Gabriela asks.

“You have to find the other guardians of the scepter as the Balance between the human world and the other dimension will suddenly collide.” Lalahon showed Gabriela an image of the two worlds that suddenly collide and both worlds destroy after they collide.

“If that’s the case I need to start my journey finding the other guardians,” Gabriela said but Candice called her attention.

“Gabby, your groom is waiting, we have to go now,” Candice said and she grabbed Gabriela’s arm and proceeded to the car.

Meanwhile, at Novaria.

“Princess Beatrice, I got a report from the Lemen forest, the curse has started to spread but Prince David doing something to stop the spreading of the curse,” Madison said.

“I need to see my cousin,” Beatrice said when she was about to leave Criselda stopped her and then said.

“Beam, you don’t have to go there, Novaria needs your presence, and look what happens on Bonch we need to stop the process of making her a statue,” Criselda said.

“Don’t worry, I’ll check this on myself. I need to see the second guardian of the scepter.” Criselda said and she waved her hands then she suddenly disappeared.

Going back to Gabriela at her wedding.

When the priest asked the couple for their vows.

“Janferd, do you take Gabriela for your lawful wife, to have and to hold, from this day forward, for better, for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health, until death do you part?” The priest asks then Janferd replied and said,

“I Do”

“Gabriela, do you take Janferd for your lawful Husband, to have and to hold, from this day forward, for better, for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health, until death do you part?” The priest asks again and Gabriela replies and said,

“I Do, Father but I Have to go,” Gabriela said as she removed her veil and kissed Janferd on his lips because of that all the visitors were shocked because of what she did including Azon, Benny, and Tali.

“What is she doing?” Candice said as she was shocked as well by what her sister did.

After Gabriela kissed her groom, she held her necklace and she said.

“I love you, see you soon after I will find the other guardians of the scepter.” She said and then her hair turned into lava red.

“I understand, I love you too,” Janferd said while he smiled at Gabriela. Then Gabriela waves her hands and she disappears.

“The La Fiery starts her journey,” Criselda said and she used the mystic that she always uses to travel from different realms.

On another side of the story,

Enigma uses a spell that helps his minions to gain more strength.

“What are these cocoons?” The mysterious woman asks Enigma.

“Angel, they are my new army that will help you to concur Novaria,” Enigma replied. While behind the mysterious woman, other people appear and they are the nemesis of Beam, Leah, and David.

“Looks like you guys are completed. This is more interesting.” Enigma said and laughed at what she saw.

“Everything is flowing according to your plan mistress,” David said.

“You’re Skinwalkers will join us again soon, as we spread the curse again,” Beam added.

“This is so wonderful, and now let the portal open and never close,” Enigma said then she cast a spell in the air.

“PORTALS WILL BE OPEN AND NO MAGIC CAN CLOSE, LET THE NEGATIVE ENERGY FROM BOTH WORLDS COLLIDE, FOR A BIGGER DESTRUCTION!” Enigma said then a black smoke spreads and travels to the portals on a different realm, including Jamais. Where currently, Queen Aira was worried about this.

In Jamais in the Kingdom of Aera.

“Your Highness, we received a report from the guards of the portal, they said the portal is open,” Kierra said.

“What? How did that happen? I thought the Enigma closed the portals from another realm except the human world.” Aira said.

“I need to check this.” Queen Aira said but she was stopped by Kierra.

“No need, Your Highness let me check it. The celebration will be started soon. You must be here for the coronation of Mycka.” Kierra said.

“Okay, take care, Kierra. You should be here as well as Mycka will looking for you.” Queen Aira said.

“Yes, Your Highness let me handle this,” Kierra said while her eyes turned black and she waved her hands and then disappeared.

(This story continues on the second holder of the piece of the scepter from Novaria.)

Meanwhile, Gabriela finds the first guardian of the scepter.

“Hi La Fiery, nice to meet you. my name is Ced.” The first guardian of the scepter said.

“OMG! it’s you. when I accidentally fell in Khastriya. I am so happy to see you again.” Gabriela said while smiling at her.

“Anyways, welcome to Mount Makiling,” Ced said while she introduced to Gabriela the keeper of the Mountain.

“This is Mang Leonardo, and Aling Patricia they are the keepers of the mountain. “ Ced explains.

“And what are we doing here? are the other guardians here?” Gabriela asks.

“Not yet, we were tasked to find them and Maria Makiling said, you know where we can find the second guardian of the scepter?” Ced asks then Gabriela nods her head.

“That’s cool and where is it?” Ced asks.

“In Jamais, in the kingdom of Wind, Aera,” Gabriela replied.

“But how we can go there when the portals are closed?” Ced said. but a sweet voice of a woman intervened and she said.

“The portals are open now, and you have to start the quest now. the two of you have my blessings.” the woman said and when they turned around, they saw a woman wearing a white long dress and she was surrounded by colorful butterflies.

“By the way La Fiery, this is Maria Makiling,” Ced said then Maria Makiling smiled at her and said.

“You are the twin element of my friend goddess, Lalahon. nice to meet you La Fiery.” Maria Makiling said. Then Gabriela vows to the goddess of Mount Makiling.

“Now, we don’t have much time. find the tree of Narra, which you guys can find this at the heart of my mountain. The portal is open and this will lead you guys to Jamais.” Maria Makiling said.

“Thank you, Maria,” Gabriela said, and Ced vows to the goddess.

“Follow my butterflies, they will lead you guys to the Narra Tree. Then three colorful butterflies flew away.

“Let’s go Ced,” Gabriela said and she transformed herself into a fire eagle.

“That’s cool, but I can’t have that firey thing on my wings,” Ced said. She waved her hands and turned herself into an eagle then they followed the three colorful butterflies.
