PROLOGUE
This story revolves around the life of Mary Francis, the third keeper of the scepter of Novaria. Where she comes from The Merfolk clan. She will set her feet on land to search for her missing mother. But her life will change when she meets Atty. Aljon Vargas, the son of Mang Alfonso who lives in the city and helps her find her mother, but her journey will not be easy as she will face the syndicates who once attempted La Fiery’s life and will uncover the secret of the past about her missing mother.

CHAPTER ONE
“MARY FRANCIS”
While Mary Francis was watching the vast sea, she took a deep breath and then picked up a small pebble and she threw it into the sea. After throwing the stone, Mary Francis sat down on a large rock and started humming. She didn’t notice that Aljon was on her back and trying to make fun of her but the young man stopped when he heard a sad melody on Mary Francis’s humming. Instead, the young man approached her and he said.
“Why are you here? Dad is looking for you. By the way, how is your search for your mother going?” The young man asked but Francis took a deep breath again before she answered Aljon’s question.
“That’s too deep, huh,” Aljon said.
“I still don’t have a lead, tomorrow I’m going to another city. A friend of mine recommended me to a Private investigation agency at the same time this P. I was an attorney.” Mary Francis replied.
“Who is it, may I know that person?” Aljon asked.
“Georgina Gomez, I heard that woman is also a good lawyer as well,” Francis said.
“Really? She is a private investigator now? Cool, you know what I know her, we had the same class in college in Political Science. And Atty. Guadalquiver is going to be transferred the next day to their city. And you know what, Boss Nikki has a law firm in that city and I’ve’ heard she was looking for a judge to manage that law office. And that’s the reason why she wants to transfer Atty. Guadalquiver. Why don’t know asks Boss Nikki?” Aljon suggested to her.
“That’s a good idea; Boss Nikki can’t say no to me because she still owes me,” Francis said.
“In that case, good luck, and let’s go because Dad is looking for us. But don’t forget the reason why you are here.” Aljon said while pulling her arm.
As they left the beach, Mary Francis’s memories returned to the first time she set foot on land because of a mission.
When she reached the shore, she first looked around to see if anyone had seen her. But she breathed a sigh of relief when she saw that no one had seen her. And then she placed her hands on her tail until her tail began to smoke and soon her tail turned into legs. She slowly stood up and when she successfully stood up, she was very happy and then she said.
“It’s amazing that I can stand on land, OMG! If Sierra sees this, she will definitely be happy. Because among us mermaids, I’m the only one who hasn’t set foot on Aquamarine Isle, But I know I can do it, especially for my mom. But where do I start? The human kingdom is so big.” She said but when she tried to step on her feet, she suddenly fell to the ground.
“Wait, this is no longer water so you can’t swim.” She said to herself. And she tried to get up again until she was able to walk properly and even, she could run now.
“It’s a good thing it’s nighttime, and there’s no one outside. This is the best time as Mother Coraline told me to be here in the human world. “ Mary Francis said, not realizing that she had stumbled upon a small house and saw some clothes hanging on a clothesline, which she immediately took from the clothesline.
“This is fine, at least I have some clothes on my body,” Francis said and she immediately grabbed the clothes from the clotheslines.
Meanwhile, in a kingdom on the small island called Aquamarine Isle, a small island where the sirens are living. This is in between the kingdom of Oceana and Andromeda where Oceana can be found in the oceans of Ayden. While Andromeda was in the southern part of Jamais.
“Welcome to our kingdom,” greeted the head administrator of the place.
“Coraline, you haven’t aged at all. I’m happy to see you again. You look so stunning. “ Criselda said.
“Don’t say that, you are always beautiful Criselda and I am happy to see you. but how’s Novaria right now?” Coraline asks the priestess of Novaria.
“Still the same nothing’s changed, but I came back here about the mermaid that we discussed last time, and her name was Mary Francis right” Criselda asks.
“Indeed,” Coraline replied.
“She is the one who is said by the third piece of the scepter and chosen one to be its guardian. Have you given it to her, the heart of Aquamarine? “ Criselda asks Coraline.
“Yes, the third part of the scepter refers to young Mary Francis and she just left our small island. I believed she was now, there in the human world. As she will change her fate. She also wants to find her mother,” Coraline said.
“That’s great to hear, and now the five holders of the scepter will meet each other soon,” Criselda said.
On the other side of the story,
“I finally found the one who holds the third part of the scepter,” Enigma said.
“So, is it time for my show?” The woman with long hair that reached her knees said. Enigma smiled before she answered.
“Yes, Bulma, it’s time for your sharp claws to grab the heart of the third guardian of the scepter, and bring her heart to me,” Enigma said.
“Happy to comply,” Bulma said and she fixed her long hair.
“Now that you have the qualities of a mermaid, don’t be too complacent. Because Criselda doesn’t just choose nothing. Let’s all learn from our mistakes from the previous ones.” Enigma warned Bulma and Sadama, Senior Arnulfo and Amanda agreed with it.
“I hope Dahlia and Nerisa win against the fourth guardian,” Amanda said.
“I’ll make sure this time,” Enigma said and immediately disappeared after saying that.
“Where is she going?” Sadama asked. But suddenly a voice behind them spoke and then said.
“Let’s give her time to finish what she was doing outside because I know, we will end those obstacles for our dark lord to rule the human world.” A woman said and when they turned around, they saw a silhouette of four creatures which they slowly see their faces when they emerged from the dark part of the cave.
“Why do your looks look familiar?” Amanda asked.
“Yes, I think I’ve seen you before?” Sadama added.
“Perhaps we resemble the four leaders of Novaria, Beam, Dave, Leah, and Angel.” The man said.
“Yes, they are right,” Amanda said when she remembered the four leaders of Novaria.
“You are right, we were made from the blood of Enigma and the blood of the four leaders of Novaria,” Leah said.
“In that case, you are the so-called ultimate weapon of Enigma,” Senior Arnulfo said.
“We are, and no one else.” The woman said who resembled the Princess of Novaria Beam.
GOING BACK TO Mary Francis.
While Mang Alfonso was having coffee in his small house when he saw that some of his clothes that were hanging were gone.
“Who else at this time, stole my clothes? How terrible that even my clothes were stolen. Those are cheap and can be found in the Ukay-Ukay. “ He said and when he reached the outside of his house, he was surprised to see a young woman sleeping on his chair outside and the woman was wearing his clothes that he thought were missing. And he immediately noticed the necklace and bracelet that the young woman was wearing came from.
“Aquamarine Isle, a Siren.” Mang Alfonso said and immediately woke the woman up.
“Hija, wake up and why are you sleeping here?” Mang Alfonso said. And when Francis opened her eyes, she was surprised to see the old man.
“Don’t hurt me please.” She said.
“Don’t worry, I am not going to hurt you. By the way, who are you and where do you come from?” Mang Alfonso asks while he thinks that he was wrong about his thought earlier. But When Francis answers him, he is shocked that he is right.
“Aquamarine Isle? So, you are a siren?” Mang Alfonso asks.
“Yes, I am here to find my mom but I don’t know where should I start. But please don’t hurt me, I am not here to give a curse or something. I am just looking for my mom.” Francis said.
“Don’t worry, because I’ve been to Aquamarine Isle before. And the sirens there helped me get back here. And I will also help you find your mother. Do you have a picture of her?” Mang Alfonso asked.
“I do have right here in my little bag,” Francis said.
“Alright, you can show me later, but I’m sure you’re hungry. come and join me inside.” Mang Alfonso said. as he hears Francis’s stomach is growling.
“Thank you, ~,” Francis said as she wanted to know the name of the old man.
“My name is Alfonso or you can just call me, Mang Alfonso. “The old man said smiling at her.
“My name is Mary Francis; you can just call me Francis. My friends call me that name.” She said.
“Alright, Francis. Let’s go inside so we can eat breakfast. I’m hungry too.” Mang Alfonso said.
“Sure, thank you, Mang Alfonso,” Francis said and the old man smiled at her.
While from afar, Coraline and Criselda watched the events.
“It’s good that she ran into the good man Alfonso. I know that man. He was stranded on Aquamarine Isle before and we helped him to return to the human world. and now I’ll be at peace knowing that Mary Francis is safe.” Coraline said.
“And her life here on earth will also change, because of that old man,” Criselda said, quickly waving her hands as they disappeared with Coraline.

CHAPTER TWO
CHAPTER TWO: AQUAMARINE ISLE
In Aquamarine Isle, the mermaids that live there are divided into two groups.
The first group is called Siren, and they can walk on land. They also have a natural ability to manipulate water with their minds and hands.
The second group is called Magindara, named after the goddess Magindara. They were chosen to guard the bottom of the ocean and tasked by their leader Coraline to protect the sanctuary from invaders or mortals with evil intentions on their island. In Bicol mythology, they are called “aswang sa dagat” where they eat people who desecrate the ocean but they do not harm children. Unlike Sirens, Magindara also needs to use a magical pearl to walk on land. Where the magical pearl came out from their mothers after they were born. But even though they have differences, they use only one powerful weapon, and this is their charming voice that can make you obey their wishes, and it also can destroy things they desire.
“Have you heard what happened to Andromeda, leader Coraline?” Mara asks and she is Coraline’s loyal disciple who is a Magindara.
“You went to Andromeda again, it is strictly forbidden for you to go there, especially right now, some kingdoms in the ocean were terrified of this villain we call enigma. And I don’t want our island to be involved in the chaos that is happening in the big kingdoms. Besides, we only have a few aquatic soldiers. So, as long as we can avoid the chaos, we will avoid it.” Coraline said.
“I’m sorry Coraline, but I am very concerned about what I heard from the other kingdoms. Besides, Aquamarine Isle was in between Oceana of Ayden and Andromeda of Jamais, and even Ajax the smallest kingdom in Ayden, I’ve heard they were being attacked by Enigma’s disciple. It doesn’t matter how big or small a kingdom is, chaos doesn’t choose time and place. And the bacobaco~” Mara said and Mara immediately got Coraline’s attention because of what she said.
“What happens to the holy beast,” Coraline asks. Mara took a deep breath before she answered.
“The Bocobaco is missing, and it seems this is related to the five guardians that Criselda told you about. It’s not just the Bacobaco that’s gone missing from Jamais, even the Minokawa of Hestia, the Sarangay of Lakur, and others. I also spoke to someone from Verglas, the frozen kingdom in the northern part of Jamais they had a new leader and it seems that the Glacier Dragon chose that new leader to be its guardian.” Mara’s said.
“That’s enough Mara, you’d better go back underwater and increase your underwater surveillance. I’ve also ordered the kataw’s to keep watch around the island.” Coraline said where you can see the concern on her face for what she heard. Especially the news that the Bacobaco is missing.
“I only have one thing in mind, Novaria is being destroyed and even ancient animals are interfering in this chaos. I hope may you succeed Francis in your mission to find your mother. Aquamarine Isle needs her right now.” She said, not realizing that her brother Octavious had already arrived and listened to her.
“What do you mean Francis’ mission?” Octavius said.
“Octavious? How long have you been standing there? What did you hear?” Coraline asks.
“Not too long but enough to hear about what you said the mission of your disciple, Francis” Octavious replied.
“Yes, I didn’t stop Francis from going to the human world, I allowed her to go there and to find her mother, Masha,” Coraline said.
“Well, that’s the biggest mistake you made my dear sister. Why? You’re too kind to the little mermaids. We both know, Masha has been gone for a long time, I believe it’s been ten years already, and it is been ten years as well when terrible things happen to you friend. Do you remember?” Octavius said and Caroline suddenly turned pale at what Octavius said to her.
“Do you think Francis will find anything on earth, especially if Masha was killed by someone who is truly close to her? You should be grateful for what you have right now because if Masha were still here, you wouldn’t be the leader of Aquamarine Isle.” Octavius told her.
“I have never been happy or will be happy about the loss of my friend Masha; it was all an accident. and I didn’t want to be the leader of this island, as long as I could feel her and I believe she’s still alive, I would wait for her and return the throne to her.” Coraline said, her voice rising a little.
“Really? What if those who serve you find out what really happened to your so-called friend.” Octavius said with a smile. And when Coraline heard about Octavius’s threat.
“Make no mistake Octavious, and I repeat, it was an accident and If there’s anyone to blame for all of this, it’s you. “ Coraline answered her brother bravely.
“It’s up to you, believe what you want to, I’m here to watch your mistakes,” Octavius said and laughed as he left.
Meanwhile in the human world.
Many years later, after Mang Alfonso saw Mary Francis outside of his house and revealed to the old man her real ethnicity. Mang Alfonso still chooses to save the young Mary Francis with the help of his son Aljon. They both teach Mary Francis some ways how humans survive on land. Now they both finished law school and they went to the United States to continue their Juris Doctor degree at a famous university. After they finished their studies, they decided to return home to the Philippines, not just only that. Mary Francis and Aljon also passed the BAR exam. Mary Francis became the top one on the BAR EXAM while Aljon was Next to her.
“Finally, we are in the Philippines. I smell the pollution of air” Mary Francis said with a laugh.
While Aljon and IMary Francis were leaving the airport, they both saw Mang Alfonso waiting, along with others waiting for their loved ones.
“My Father is already here, and why is he alone? Where are Uncle Julian and Aunt Aliya?” Aljon said. Mary Francis immediately looked around and saw what Aljon was looking for where she was also included in the surprise party plan because it was also Aljon’s birthday.
“I can’t see them, they might be busy, and let’s hurry up because it looks like Tatay Alfonso is tired.” Mary Francis said. They immediately waved to the old man from afar and the old man immediately noticed this and his sweet smiles immediately shone.
“Tay, how long have you been here?” Aljon asked his father.
“Tay Alfonso, why didn’t you bring Aunt Aliya with you,” Mary Francis said worriedly while winking at the old man, which indicated that Aljon still didn’t know about their surprise.
“Well, you know your Aunt Aliya, I left her in the car. And you know what she was nervous about the arrival of the two of you. She talks a lot of things about you Aljon, like she was really worried if you will not use our native language because if not, she said she will not talk to you.” Mang Alfonso said while laughing. And the three of them walked away from the airport. When Aljon opened the car door and was about to get in he was surprised, when suddenly confetti exploded and he was also surprised by the shouts of Aunt Aliya, and Uncle Julian. While behind them, a woman is holding a cake and slowly approaches him.
“Happy Birthday, Love,” The woman in a floral dress said.
“ Ava,“ Aljon said in surprise and he was blushing when he saw his girlfriend while carrying his birthday cake.
“How did you plan all this? And I really appreciate this. Thank you.” Aljon said.
“Yes, son. And your sister is also our accomplice. This wouldn’t have happened if it wasn’t for her. She helps us to plan this all for you.” Mang Alfonso said and Aljon turned to Mary Francis.
“That’s right love, Mary Francis told me about your birthday, you should thank her,” Ava said.
.“That’s why last week, she wanted me to go home after we got the BAR EXAM results. Thank you so much Francis,” Aljon said while hugging her.
“Yes, for my dear~ I mean, my dear crazy brother.” Mary Francis said and all of them laughed.
“They didn’t change until now; they act like fifth teen years old.” Aunt Aliya said.
“Make a wish, Love,” Ava said while smiling at Aljon.
“I don’t have any more wishes because you’re all here,” Aljon was about to blow out the candle on the cake when he suddenly remembered Mary Francis.
“Oh, there is,” Aljon said.
“What’s that, son?” Mang Alfonso asked.
“I almost forgot, I hope Mary Francis finds her mother. and all the wishes of my only sibling will come true.” Aljon said while blowing out the candle on the cake. Mary Francis can’t hold her tears after she hears that wish from Aljon. And Aljon hugs her.
“Even though we are not real siblings, you still take care of me and my father, thank you very much,” Aljon said as he hugged Mary Francis.
After that happened, they immediately traveled back to their house. And while they were traveling, Mary Francis smiled at Ava and Aljon. She didn’t know that Mang Alfonso noticed this.
“My daughter, why don’t you get a boyfriend? You’re totally at the right age now, and promise, Dad won’t be angry with you if you get a boyfriend. Besides, you’ve already completed your studies plus you are a judge now that’s a bonus on what I asked you before. And most of all you’ve never let me down, especially in your studies. It’s time for you to be happy.” Mang Alfonso said.
“Dad, it’s not that easy to find a boyfriend, I am ugly and cheap. And I already accepted my faith that no one will love me, but I am contented with what I have now, the love of my sibling and my father is enough for me.” Mary Francis said.
“Who said that you’re ugly? You are beautiful, tell me who are those bastards telling you that you are ugly, I will use my bolo knife and kill them.” Mang Alfonso said.
“Dad, don’t do that. Besides I am okay trust me.” Mary Francis said.
“Your father is right Francis; you are beautiful in fact we had the same features when I was young. You didn’t ask me how many boys go crazy when I go outside. It’s just that your father scares them with his bolo knife. So, end up being a pretty old woman.” Aunt Aliya said.
“Auntie and Dad, when I get married you know my situation, right? About my real thingy And I don’t want to lose focus on finding my mother…” Mary Francis said.
“Your mother is very lucky because she has a child like you.” Mang Alfonso said.
“Anyways, Dad, do the police have any news about my missing mom?” Mary Francis asked but Mang Alfonso only answered with a deep sigh before he answered.
“Until now, my daughter, the police still have no leads, The police say they will coordinate with the neighboring city, but so far there is nothing.” Mang Alfonso said sadly.
“But don’t lose hope, Francis. I know that your mom was out there. We are here for you while your mom is missing. Don’t forget but are you open for a blind date; I have a classmate whose son is single. Do you want me to~” Aunt Aliya didn’t finish what she was saying when Mary Francis closed her eyes acting like she was sleeping?
“Aunt Aliya, I can’t hear you. I am sleeping now” she said.
“Mary Francis!!” Aliya shouts.

CHAPTER THREE
CHAPTER THREE: THE PEARL OF THE ORIENT SEA
Three years later, Aljon and Mary Francis returned from abroad. They continue their lives as a judge. Because of Mary Francis’s extraordinary knowledge, she immediately became a judge in a justice department in a city where she met the philanthropist and lawyer Georgina Gomez and Atty Marites Guadalquiver.
In a law office, Mary Francis works as a city judge. Aljon and Mary Francis always arrived at the office together and today this was her first day at the office arrive alone. She had already prepared a folder of a case that she would handle in the next few days. Then she looked at the three cubicles of Aljon, Gina, and Tess. And she looked at the wall clock and it was already eight o’clock in the morning and Tess and Gina had not arrived yet in the office.
“They are late,” she said, shaking her head in disbelief. And she started to open the folder while sitting on her chair.
“Ysabella VS Gomez Lab,” she said as she read the folder while she was checking the evidence and some of the statement alibi of the defendant and the statement of the accused when suddenly Gina arrives and greeted her.
“Good morning, Judge J, why are you up so early today? and why isn’t Judge Vargas here?” Georgina asked her while smiling at him. Mary Francis immediately closed the folder and then looked back at Aljon’s cubicle and she looked back at Georgina again.
“Ah, yes, Aljon and Ava are on a date starting today. They were celebrating their two-year anniversary and I’ve heard they’re going to Baler or Tagaytay maybe, I am not sure but they’ll be back in a week.” Mary Francis replied and turned her gaze back to the folder on her desk. She was worried about Atty Gomez’s reaction when she saw the folder.
“Sana all, they are dating again? So sweet, Miss Ava was so lucky to have Judge A. Aside from being handsome, hot and he was so gentleman. And you know what, to be honest, Judge J, I didn’t know that you and Judge Aljon are siblings. At first, I thought that you guys were a couple. But when Judge A told me that you guys were siblings that’s why I confirmed the closeness that you guys have for each other.” Georgina said and she slowly stepped forward closer to Mary Francis then she held her arm and then she said.
“When I can find a man just like Judge Aljon? And what If, you and I will find a date this weekend? Let’s join the dating game on TV. That is so much fun.” Georgina said while looking into her eyes.
“Hell no!” Mary Francis raises the tone of her voice when she hears that from Georgina. She knows Georgina. Whatever the woman wants she can easily get it especially she has a name in public as the famous philanthropist.
“But, why?” Georgina asks her. And then she replied.
“I don’t want to be involved with any guys, I am not ready, and besides I am too busy for this case as the City Mayor and the City council want me to keep an eye with this case. And give my hundred percent of focus on this.” Mary Francis said as she was pertaining on the case of Ysabella where the Gomez lab was involved and Georgina looked at the folder that was lying on Mary Francis’ desk.
“That case,” Georgina said while looking at the folder.
“I am not sure if my dad was involved in that case, but my best friend and I were doing our own investigation,” Georgina said.
“What do you mean? I thought the police already completed their investigation and why are trying to be a detective.?” Mary Francis said.
“Remember? We have a Private Investigation Firm; besides, I want to clear my family’s name on this case. That’s why I am trying to get proof that they were innocent.” Georgina said and Mary Francis saw her sincerity when Georgina explained to her.
“Gina, you have to be careful; and going back to the first topic, don’t be jealous of others if don’t have a boyfriend, you’re beautiful and besides I remember a guy was looking for you yesterday here in the office, I just can’t remember the name. he’s handsome and H~Hot,” Mary Francis said. when Georgina hears the word coming from Mary Francis’s mouth as this is the first time that the serious judge mentioned those words.
“Did I hear it clearly; you describe a man as handsome and hot? That’s new huh?” Georgina said and her eyes noticeably widened as she was so shocked at what she heard on Mary Francis.
“Lord, this is a sign that Judge J will meet a handsome and hot man soon. She knows how to flirt with a man now using his sinful eyes.” Georgina said as she acted like she was praying.
“Gina?” She reprimanded her colleague.
“Sorry, but did you know, Who?” Georgina asked as she was thrilled with what Mary Francis said.
“I am not sure but… [trying to remember the name] his name sounds like it’s in a constellation.” Mary Francis said. But suddenly they are terrified when Atty Guadalquiver arrives in the office and looks terrified and restless. They noticed that her pink blouse had a tear and her hair was also messy. And this is the first time they saw their colleague like this.
“Tess, what is going on?” Mary Francis said. While Georgina’s eyebrows raise when she saw her colleague’s neck was full of hickey and when her colleague noticed that she is staring on her neck the woman immediately covered it with her scarf.
“How many times have I told you Atty. Guadalquiver not slam the door when you enter the office. Boss Nikki will scold me again for this. And wait, what’s going on with you?” Mary Francis asked as she saw Marites anxious and still peeking out the window as if she was peeking at someone outside their office.
“Tess? Are you okay?” Georgina asks worriedly about her colleague.
“Someone is chasing me,” Tess replied as she peeked out the window again. But out of curiosity, Mary Francis asked her again.
“Let me get a glass of water, wait for me,” Georgina said and she immediately went to the office kitchen to get some glass of water.
Meanwhile, Tess was still looking outside of the window and still scared.
“Who? And what did you do at this time?” She asked Tess again but the woman was still anxious until Georgina came and she gave a glass of cold water to Tess. The woman starts to calm down after she drinks cold water and takes something out of her pocket and then she shows this to Gina and Mary Francis.
“Thank you, Gina, but the reason why they were looking for me. because of this.” Tess said as she showed the pearl to Gina and Mary Francis.
“What is that?” Gina asks.
“I am not human but not a superhuman. I am a product of human and a Magindara.” Tess revelation to her officemate. And Mary Francis recognized the pearl that she was holding.
“So, you mean you are a mermaid? I’ve read a lot of things about mythology like Gaia, but where did you get that pearl and who is the owner of that pearl?” Georgina asks Tess.
“Hold on before you answer that question, Congressman Rodriguez and his wife are coming.” Mary Francis said while she was staring at the TV monitor where outside Congressman Rodriguez and his wife was getting closer to the door of their office. Including a few body guards. And Tess and Gina also saw this.
“You have to hide,” Mary Francis said while she looked around the office.
“But where?” Gina asks.
“She can hide in my office, follow me quick!” Mary Francis said.
“What about me, Judge J?” Gina asks.
“They will not hurt you, just welcome them and if they were looking for me just tell them I am in my office.” Mary Francis said.
“She will get caught,” Gina said worriedly to Tess.
“Just trust me I have a plan.” Mary Francis said and they immediately went inside of her office room.
While they are inside the room, Mary Francis shows Tess her pearl.
“Do you trust me, Tess?” Mary Francis asks.
“Wait, that is the ~” Tess didn’t finish what she was trying to say when Mary Francis covered her mouth using her left hand.
“I am a Siren, and yes this is the pearl of the Orient Sea. But just trust me, I will help you.” Mary Francis said and she started to cast a spell using the pearl. Where the woman turns into a goldfish which she immediately puts on her aquarium.
“We don’t have much time, Tess; this is the only way that you will be saved from those bastards.” Mary Francis said and then the door of her room opened when the bodyguards of Congressman Rodriguez and his wife entered her room. She turns around to the door when slowly Cong. Rodriguez and his wife enter her room and they are so upset by what Tess did on them.
“Mr. Rodriguez and Miss Cecelia, what makes you come here? can I help you?” Mary Francis asks.
“Miss Jabagat, nice to meet you again,” Cecelia said.
“It’s Judge Jabagat, Miss Cecelia Rodriguez we are here in my office and I am still on my work hours so you should call me Judge Jabagat or Judge J for short.” Mary Francis said while she acted like nothing happened.
“Why don’t you guys have a seat,” Mary Francis said and she also sat on her chair. While Georgina acts normal in fact she gave their unexpected visitor a tea.
“Thank you, Gina. Did you know Mr. Rodriguez and Miss Cecelia that tea, I bought it from Thailand. You must try.” Mary Francis said and she calmly smiled to her visitors.
“We don’t want to waste your precious time, Judge Jabagat. We are here to find your friend, Atty. Marites Guadalquiver as she stole a precious gemstone from my house.” Mr. Rodriguez said while the man couldn’t look at his wife’s face.
“Hmnn, interesting! [ took a deep breath and stood up from her chair and faced her visitors] But what did my friend do in your house Congressman Rodriguez?” Mary Francis asks. She saw Mr. Rodriguez’s face turn red while her wife tried to hide her emotion.
“They slept together in my house, I catch them. They had an affair with my husband [while her voice is rising] but that’s not important for now, I saw your friend. Stealing an important thing came from my pearl collection. That pearl was very important as this was given by my granny before she died.” Cecelia said while faking her tears.
“Unfortunately, she is not here but don’t worry you guys can still search for her in my office, this is not big, and feel free to search for her, and if you find her beat her up. I don’t care! That woman deserves a lesson. Also, she was a headache for me lately,” Mary Francis said and the bodyguards of Congressman Rodriguez searched the whole place. While Mary Francis went outside with Georgina.
“How many times have I told her to stop involving herself with a married man? And this is what will happen to a flirty woman.” Georgina said.
“We can’t judge her just only for her doings. We always open the benefit of the doubt. Even though were judge, I dont use this label to judge others but we have to listened both sides first. Keep that in your mind” Mary Francis said and suddenly Georgina get’s terrified when she saw a footage of Tess escaping from the Rodriguez mansion.
“Oh my gosh, someone posted on the internet about the incident, this is a bad image for Congressman Rodriguez especially right now he was planning to be the next mayor of the city,” Georgina said and she shows to Mary Francis the recorded video when Tess was running from Mrs. Rodriguez’s bodyguard and Congressman Rodriguez stops his wife.
“Tess” Mary Francis said while she shook her head from side to side to express her disappointment on Tess.

“THE MELODY OF MEMORIES”

Tess rushed to their office to hide the Congressman and his wife. It is said that Tess became Mr. Rodriguez’s girlfriend and stole an essential item from their mansion and now they are chasing the woman to get back what was taken. But Tess revealed a secret to the two of them about why she took something from Congressman Rodriguez’s mansion.
“I am not human but not a superhuman. I am a product of human and a Magindara.” Tess revelation to her officemate. And Mary Francis recognized the pearl that she was holding.
They quickly helped Tess which they hid from the couple, and with the help of Mary Francis, she turned Tess into a fish so that the congressman would not find the woman.

Mary Francis suddenly heard a familiar melody that only the Sirens and Magindaras knows this melody.
“The melody of memories,” she said and saw that the pupil in Georgina’s eyes suddenly disappeared. Even the body guards of Congressman Rodriguez and Miss Cecelia did the same. Mary Francis will not be affected on this enchant they were vulnerable in any types of enchant from their fellow mermaids. And she saw Tess whispering, one by one, to those inside their office. Mary Francis did the same to Georgina.
“You just invite me outside while you are smoking.” Mary Francis whispered to Gina. While Tess sat in her chair while Congressman Rodriguez and Miss Cecelia were in front of her.
“You can wake up now, and when you wake up you won’t remember anything about my relationship with Congressman Rodriguez and the disappearance of the pearl in your mansion. Because you don’t have anything like this in your mansion. You came to me to ask for our help for your missing child and Mr. Rodriguez’s drug-related case.” Tess said to the two people she was talking to suddenly went back to their consciousness and her guests returned to their seats. While the Congressman and his wife were surprised because they saw Atty Marites Guadalquiver smiling broadly at them.
“What are we doing here?” Congressman Rodriguez asked.
“You asked for our help that’s why you came here, and also about your son, do you still remember?” Marites said.
“Oh yes, by the way, do you have any news about our son.” Miss Cecelia asked.
“For now, we are continuing our investigation, just give us more time. Gina and I will do everything to find your son and I’ve heard that you guys are looking for us here in the office. This is the reason why you guys rarely see us in the office and tomorrow we will go to another city because that is our last lead Gina and I feel that we can find your son there. But why do you guys visit me here Mr. and Mrs. Rodriguez? Your time will be wasted, we have our cellphones that we can use for communications. Trust me we are not just roaming around the city using the money that you pay for us. Well, make sure you won’t regret choosing us.” Tess said.
“That’s not all we came for.,” Mr. Rodriguez said. Tess took a deep breath and she saw Georgina and Mary Francis had entered the office.
“I am here for Judge Jabagat, I would like to asks her expertise. Especially with my case.” Congressman Rodriguez said and Georgina and Mary Francis arrived and Mary Francis hear on what Congressman Rodriguez said to Tess.
“Just put the folder in the Congressman Rodriguez’s case, and I will study it first especially on his lawyers have submitted proofs and alibis. I found that on your desk this Morning Tess. Please submit it to my office today. [She stares at Congressman Rodriguez before she leaves] Excuse me.” Mary Francis said and stared at Marites. While Miss Cecelia stood up and took the hands of Mary Francis and Georgina.
“Please Help us, my husband and I will give a large amount if you help us.” Miss Cecelia said. whle showing her fake tears on them while Georgina answered first and the woman gave the assurance that they would do everything to find their child. Mary Francis answered them with a low tone and she said.
“I will look into your case first, right now I am busy with the Gomez case against their alleged murder of the young Ysabella. And besides the money that you guys sent to my bank account, I returned it to the bank account that you guys used.” Mary Francis said and she took a deep breath.
“This is a bribe, and I am not that kind of person. I will stand for what is right and true. And once I know the truth that is the time you will hear my judgement.” Mary Francis said and quickly entered her office.
“I am sorry Mr. and Mrs. Rodriguez she’s not in a mood today,” Tess said.
“Right, she was being pressured by the city council. Hope you guys understand” Georgina added.
When Mary Francis entered her office, she immediately looked at the aquarium where she had put her colleague; Atty Guadalquiver. She took a deep breath and look at the aquarium and nothing had changed, her fish were still there playing and roaming around. But she was worried about what Marites had done. she remembers the advice of her teacher and considered as her second mother.
“The melody of memories, this is the weapon we use against mortals when they see us,” Coraline said while Mary Francis was seriously listening to her. While Coraline while she draws symbols in the sand.
“What are those symbols, mom?” Mary Francis asks.
“This is the symbol of our tribe, The Magindara, The Sirens and The Kataws. We are task to protect humans from supernatural events in the sea.” Coraline said while smiling at her.
“Mom, going back to the Melody of Memories, I’ve heard from Mara that we have to be careful when we are using that trick.” Mary Francis said.
“Yes, she’s right. Because the Melody of Memories has a curse.” Coraline said.
“Curse?” Mary Francis asks.
“A curse when a mermaid uses the Melody of memories. There will be a chance that the mermaid will disappear like a sea foam. The Melody of memories has the ability to erase a memory or retrieve a lost memory of a creature. It depends on how they use this ability.” Coraline explains while Mary Francis stares at those notes that her teacher created.
“You have to start your training by tomorrow, and your first training is…” Coraline and she immediately grab Mary Francis’s pearl.
“OH MY GOSH, I am not yet ready to use my feet and walk around on our island.” Mary Francis said.
“You need to learn to walk on land because it will help us a lot in finding your mother,” Coraline said.
Mary Francis was brought back to the present when Aljon and Ava knocked on her door.
“MF were back,” Aljon greeted her happily while his two deep dimples showed on his face. While Ava handed her a bag.
“What’s on this bag?” Mary Francis asks and Ava smiles at her before she replies.
“ Al and I brought you Buko pie, and what’s inside of this bag was their famous delicacies in Tagaytay, there’s a Tart and Ube jam, which your dad told me that you love Ube jam. And that’s my favorite as well. So, I decided to bring you these.“ Ava said. And Mary Francis smiled back at the couple.
“OMG! Thank you, this is my favorite. And also, I’ll make sure that no one will see this, cuz you know Ava, there’s a thief inside of my office. A creature who loves to get my food. Do you remember the peanut butter that you gave me, it suddenly got lost in my fridge and do you know where I saw your peanut butter, Aljon stole that from me.” She said while looking at Aljon.
“No, I didn’t do that, I asked you if I can get some. and you said, yes, I just forgot to put it back in your fridge. “Aljon said.
“Oh, you’re there. I didn’t see you, [she raised her eyebrows] Wait, where’s the buko pie?” Mary Francis asked.
“You’re so rude, Maldita!” Aljon said while Ava laughed at them. While Mary Francis saw Tess and Gina already eating the Buko pie.
“Wait a minute give me some…” Mary Francis said and hurriedly approached the two women who were currently happily eating the pasalubong brought by Aljon and Ava.
Meanwhile, on Aquamarine Isle.
She was worried about her daughter Mary Francis. But she was shocked by what Mara had told her.
“Is it true that I heard you saw Masha?” Coraline asked. Mara just nodded in response to her question.
“But where did you see Masha?” Coraline asked.
“In the human world, but it seems strange, she can’t recognize her pets anymore. When Miss. Masha heard her pet fish talking, she immediately ran to the beach.” Mara said. They didn’t know that Octavius was just listening to their conversation.
“I thought they killed Masha. They’re so useless.” Octavius said.

“A TAIL PROBLEM ON A RAINY WEATHER”
Mary Francis was rushing to leave the house when a heavy rain poured.
“It’s raining, how can I go to the market?” Mang Alfonso said while looking outside.
“Am I right Franz, you have a meeting with Dr. Lena Domiguez today,” Aljon said.
“Yes, but I have to be early at the meeting place as I want to impress her.” Mary Francis said.
“But my daughter, you have to be careful once she knows that you are connected to the mermaid clan, your life will be endangered.” Mang Alfonso said.
“Our father is right; I’ve heard rumors about her that she will run in the upcoming election as governor of our city,” Aljon said
“Really, but I’ve heard that she was, Ava’s aunt, right?” Mary Francis said.
“You’re right and I asked Ava about that rumor, looks like Ava knows that rumor especially since she mentioned to me before that Dr. Dominguez and Dr. Nero have a secret affair,” Aljon said.
“Really? Coming from her niece?” Mary Francis said while her eyebrows raised.
“That’s enough, you have to be careful my daughter,” Mang Alfonso said.
“Yes, Dad. I understand.” Mary Francis said.
“I know how greedy they are if they had anything to do with your mother’s disappearance. You should be careful.” Mang Alfonso reminds her again.
“Thanks, Dad, I have to go.” Mary Francis said.
“But it’s raining,” Aljon said.
“I have an umbrella so, I am safe.” Mary Francis said but before she left, she left a reminder for Aljon.
“Don’t go to the office for now, the city is disinfecting the entire place as per the city health org’s advice and they said we can set up for working at home for one week away. So, please help our dad when he goes to the market.” Mary Francis said and hurriedly left the house.
“Wait, I’ll just ask why they disinfected the office,” Aljon asks.
“Atty. Gomez just has sore eyes and I believe one client of hers got infected.” Mary Francis replied and she immediately left the house and then she immediately opened her umbrella and stepped out into the rain. But when the rainwater hit her, she suddenly fell and lost her balance when her tail suddenly returned. At that time Ava was just in time to enter the gate. And she saw her lying on the grass while in the form of a mermaid. When she touched her neck, she remembered that she had not put on her necklace.
“My necklace, gosh on all the things I left, was my necklace. Mary Francis, you’re so clumsy,” she said while she saw Ava slowly approaching. She was thinking of using magic but it was too late because Ava had already seen her.
“Good morning, Judge Mary Francis what are you doing there? And why do you wear the costume of a mermaid? It looks so real, where did you buy this?” Ava asks her.
“I am just internalizing and please don’t tell to anyone that I will be auditioning for the role of Ariel of the Little Mermaid.” Mary Francis said.
“OMG! I will be auditioning for the role of Princess Jasmine of Alladin” Ava said. Ava came from a rich family. Her parents were both in showbiz and at the same time they own a famous perfume brand in the Philippines.
“Judge Mary Francis, you have to do it in pool, the rain will get you sick” Ava said.
“Oh, our pool is dirty so I just decided to internalize here, with our green grass plus the rain,” Mary Francis said.
“I agree we have weird things that really work on us especially when we are internalizing our character so that when we are on that scene our acting will convince the viewers. Or they will say it’s real and effective.” Ava said and Mary Francis just smiled at her as she was awkward on what she heard from Ava.
“Judge Mary Francis, if you want, I can talk to my dad to refer you to some Teleserye,” Ava said.
“No, I’d love to but I am not that good. Give me more time. Once I get this role, I will accept that offer. Okay?” Mary Francis said while smiling at Ava.
“Oh Judge, is Aljon here?” Ava asks.
“Yes, he is inside,” Mary Francis said and she breathed a sigh of relief when Ava mentioned that to her.
Meanwhile, Mang Alfonso and Aljon immediately got worried when they saw was outside in a mermaid form talking to Ava.
“What is she’s doing?” Aljon said.
“I’ve heard them talking about the role of Ariel, maybe your sister uses that Alibi.” Mang Alfonso said while he was holding the necklace of Mary Francis.
“Where did you find that?” Aljon asks.
“I found her necklace in the bathroom; we have to help her quickly!” Mang Alfonso said and they immediately stepped outside.
“Go to Ava, I’ll take care of your sister,” Mang Alfonso said.
“Mary Francis, my child, why are you wearing that costume? Please come inside and do you remember you have a meeting today right?” Mang Alfonso said.
“Love, please come inside as the rain suddenly gets stronger, you might catch a cold because of the cold wind,” Aljon said and immediately grabbed Ava’s arms and they went inside the house but before Ava left with Aljon she gave the judge a word of support.
“Good luck to us Judge, let’s do well so we can get the role we’re auditioning for,” Ava said as she entered the house while Mang Alfonso handed her necklace.
“You’re so clumsy, you’re not careful about what you did. Were lucky that Ava was the only who see you when you transform into a mermaid. Much better don’t remove your necklace even though you will be taking a bath.” Mang Alfonso said. Mary Francis immediately wears her necklace and she uses the concealing spell so that she will be invisible to anyone while her tails turn into legs.
“Sorry Dad and thank you, I will use the backdoor so that I can change my clothes.” Mary Francis said and Mang Alfonso nodded his head
“You better get dressed so you can leave now, “ Mang Alfonso said and suddenly the rain stopped when Mary Francis waved her hands.
On the other side of the story, in a secret laboratory where we can see a huge glass tube filled with liquid.
A creature was inside that device where its upper form was a beautiful woman while the lower one was the body of a fish. There were also thin tubes attached to its arms and even to the creature’s head.
“Is this the creature you said you got twenty years ago?” Dr. Nero asked. A woman in a lab gown smiled at the Doctor.
“Yes, Doctor Gomez. I know we will be successful in this project. Just like your project. [The woman sighed before she recited Dr. Gomez’s project.] Project Gaia. I also want it to be successful and because of the Siren’s blood we will have unlimited youth and life.” The Female Doctor said.
“I still admire your intelligence and perseverance; I never expected that you could get a mermaid.” Dr. Nero said.
“I could call it luck when my team catches her.” The Female Doctor said.
“Lena, Lena! [Dr. Nero stared at the woman’s face for a moment and noticed that her wrinkles had disappeared from her face]” Dr. Nero said.
“Dr. Gomez, thanks to the Sensory Deprivation Tank you sent, we will get another species from the sea where it will lead me to a pearl,” Dr. Dominguez said with a smile while Dr. Gomez was confused about what she said.
“Do you know the story about the pearl of the Orient Sea?” Dr. Dominguez said.
“Are you crazy? Those are just lyrics to our national anthem. I’ve heard gossip about that but there’s no proof that there is a pearl of the Orient Sea.” Dr. Nero said.
“Yes, there is because one time, we had access to the brain of this creature and they say something about pearls and they call it the pearl of the Orient Sea which gave them the ability to control the water element. And this is the reason why they are still alive and beautiful. And her kind protects that pearl.” Dra. Dominguez said.
“So, what’s your plan? You’re going to look for that pearl in the Philippine Sea?” Dr. Nero asked.
“If necessary, I will also need to find the island where they live so I can get it.” Dra. Dominguez said.
“You’re insane,” Dr. Gomez said.
“Call me anything that you want, but once I get the pearl, you will regret what you said to me.” Dra. Dominguez said where you can see on her face the eagerness. But suddenly their conversation was interrupted by a phone call.

She glanced around Dra. Dominguez’s office. After Secretary Yu spoke to her boss Dra. Dominguez immediately informed Judge Jabagat about what her boss said.
“Judge Jabagat, Doc is on her way., in thirty minutes she should be here. and while you are waiting make yourself comfortable, please.” Secretary Yu said.
“Okay, thank you.” Mary Francis said.
“Do you want something to drink? like coffee, tea, or juice?” Secretary Yu said as she offered a drink to Mary Francis but Judge Jabagat just shook her head and then she said.
“I’m good thank you.” She smiled at the woman.
“Okay, I’ll leave you here for now Judge Jabagat, and I’ll just finish some papers okay?.” Secretary Yu said to her.
“Sure, thanks again.” Mary Francis said and took her cellphone from her bag to scroll through social media while waiting for Dra. Dominguez.

“A NEW VISIONS OF A MAGINDARA”
Tess was surprised when she opened the door of a famous coffee shop in town. Georgina and Mary Francis told her to meet them there, but she was surprised when the place was covered with white light.
“Where am I?” she asked herself and immediately looked for Mary Francis and Georgina in the place. But she couldn’t see anything but light until a voice suddenly spoke behind her.
“Save my daughter, she is in danger,” The voice said behind her and when she turned around, she was immediately surprised because she saw the woman who once helped her.
“Miss Masha, is that you? What’s wrong with you why are you so pale. Where are you and I’ll go to you, I’ll help you.” Tess said.
“No, it’s too dangerous, my daughter is here I want you to help her from the people who captured me,” Masha said.
“Who is your daughter? Where I can find her” Tess asked but Masha suddenly disappeared from her sight and Tess got up from her bed and held her chest because of her breathlessness.
“It’s a dream? but who is Miss Masha referring to as her daughter?” Tess asked.
Meanwhile during Mary Francis’s meeting with Doctor Lena Dominguez,
“Sorry Dear, I am late. Did my assistant give you something to eat?” Dr. Dominguez said and Mary Francis smiled at her when she heard that. And also, she wasn’t expecting that this busy woman would kill her time just for her request.
“Yes, in fact, she offers me some cookies. And thank you for those baked cookies.” Mary Francis said.
“Don’t mention it, anyway, about the offer you made” Dr. Dominguez said while the woman stared at her.
“Yes, I could help you to get the position to become the mayor of this city,” Mary Francis said.
“How? “Dr. Dominguez asks.
“Maybe I will sound boastful to you, but I studied political science in the US. And of my mentors was now the president of the United States of America. And my endorsement could be more helpful especially to the ordinary citizen in this town. As they trust me and you can see that on my records.” Mary Francis said that Dr. Dominguez remembers how the citizens loved the young judge as she helped a lot of cases and was known for her fair judgment.
“If so, how much will you charge me for the help you promised?” Dr. Dominguez said and Mary Francis smiled at her and then she said.
“For now, I will not ask you for any payment from you, But Soon, when the time comes, I will charge you Dr. Dominguez.” Mary Francis said. And Dr. Dominguez smiled and she said.
“Well, [she took a deep breath before she continued what she was saying] As long as you don’t bill me a billion pesos, it’s fine. But wait, why are you doing this for me?” Dr. Dominguez asks and Mary Francis just smiles at her and she speaks.
“Let’s just say, you are more qualified than the other candidates. Unlike them, you have the quality where our fellow citizens can ask for your help whenever they need you.” Mary Francis said.
“Well, why don’t you join me in my kitchen? I will prepare something for you, judge. If you haven’t asked, I also have a daughter, if only she had lived, I’m sure you would be the same age as yours.” Dr. Dominguez said while you can see the sadness on her eyes.

“No, I’m okay I can drive but thank you for your offer,” Mary Francis said.
“Are you sure?” The man asked her.
“Yes, I don’t have a driver at the first place. so, I’m okay.” Mary Francis said.
“They’re right of what they say about you, you’re rude, but it’s okay you are so beautiful. So it doesn’t matter.” The man said.
“What do you mean? Where did you hear that gossip?” Mary Francis asked.
“That’s not gossip, besides myself witnessed how beautiful you are. By the way my name is Joseph,” Josep said and reached out his hand to shake the girl’s hand but the woman didn’t respond instead she immediately open her car’s door at the driver’s seat and she start her car engine.
After the long drive from Dr. Dominguez’s house, Mary Francis immediately went to the hospital where Georgina was rushed because of an unknown reason. Her friend was on leave for two weeks and she remembered that Tess and Georgina were on a mission for the missing person but she was shocked when Tess called her and said that Georgina was unconscious. While she was outside of the Hospital, she felt the strange presence of an entity where it did not come from the human world. Outside of the hospital, she saw a strange black smoke that surrounded the entire building as she entered the hospital, she bumped into a woman and stared at her sharply. She immediately asks to apologize to the old woman but she is confused as the old woman disappears.
“Where did she go?” Mary Francis said as she saw that the old woman was suddenly disappear and when she entered inside the Hospital where she saw Cristy, Georgina’s best friend and she immediately approach the woman.
“How is she doc?” Cristy asks.
“Dr. Marie Gomez will explain to you guys what happened to your friend, Gina. But She’s resting now.” The doctor said and she left.
“It seems she’s not in good shape.” The voice said behind Cristy and when she turned around, she saw Gina’s friend’s judge.
“Judge Jabagat, nice to meet you again,” Cristy said.
“Well same to you Cristy, we rushed her earlier after she got unconscious, good thing, Atty Guadalquiver was there to help her, but it seems she’s not in good shape, there’s a dark aura that covers her entire body.” Judge Jabagat said.
“What do you mean,” Cristy asks but the judge is still staring at her and takes a deep breath before she answers.
“Georgina was cursed, but this is not an ordinary curse.” Judge Jabagat said.
“Curse? But who and why?” Cristy asks.
“That’s the thing that you need to know, Gina was my best atty in my firm she must be okay in a few days, or else, I will kick her out of my firm, I don’t care if she was the daughter of the multimillionaire, she must go report to the office after ten days.” Judge Jabagat said
“But why and who did this to her?” Cristy asks herself when suddenly the door opens as Georgina’s mom crying and when the woman sees her, she immediately asks why.
“Miss Marie, what happens?” Cristy asks.
“Her dad~,” Marie said when suddenly they heard a scream inside the room.
“Georgina!” Cristy said when she heard that her friend was screaming. They immediately opened the door and there they saw that Dr. Nero put some serum on Gina’s dextrose hose.
“Dr. Nero, what did you do to her?” Cristy asked while she saw her friend screaming in extreme pain.
“Are you trying to kill her?” Marie said and she immediately rushed to the father of his child but the man just pushed her away, luckily Cristy supported her and she didn’t sit on the floor, the next thing that happened was that they all were pushed out of the room.
“I will heal her, so go away!” Dr. Nero said.
“You can’t do this to me. Nero! I am warning you!” Marie said.
“Sir, please!” Cristy added.
“Go away, you nuisances. I will heal my daughter. I am a doctor; I can heal her with my project Gaia.” Dr. Nero said. When Cristy heard those words.
“Gaia,” Cristy said.
While Mary Francis heard the commotion inside the room, she saw a black smoke suddenly pass in front of her and quickly entered the room where she heard Cristy and Georgina’s mother screaming.
“Gaia?” Mary Francis said as she already hears this name before. But she was not sure.
“I have to do something,” she said as she was about to step in to help Cristy and Dr. Gomez suddenly the door opened and she saw everything Georgina’s dad was about to put something on the unconscious woman.
“What is he trying to do? Is he going to kill his daughter?” Judge Jabagat said.
“I’ll call the police,” Dr. Gomez said and Cristy and Judge Jabagat were left outside the room where they could still hear Georgina screaming.
“What should we do?” Cristy asked while checking if someone was watching her. Then, suddenly, Judge Jabagat asked her to cover her ears.
“Do you have earphones?” Judge Jabagat asks.
“I have why?” Cristy asks.
“Get it and Put that thing in your ear, quick!” Judge Jabagat said.
“But why?” Cristy asks again.
“Give me your phone!” Judge Jabagat asks, and Cristy immediately gives her phone while Judge Jabagat grabs her earphones.
“Now listen to this music, cuz I’ll help your friend!” Judge Jabagat said.
“This song is cute. I love Bini, nice choice of song, huh!” Cristy said.
“Don’t remove your earphones. I will let you know once everything is okay.” Judge Jabagat said. Cristy just nodded in agreement while Judge Jabagat went to the front door where she could still hear Georgina screaming because of the pain and she started humming where those who heard it suddenly felt drowsy until they fell asleep. Even Dr. Nero felt sleepy when he heard Judge Jabagat’s hum.
“Who is that? Stop that!” Dr. Nero said and suddenly the mistress of Darkness appeared.
“Nero the third holder of the scepter is here, she has the ability of a merfolk clan. You must finish her final transformation.” Enigma said.
“Yes, Mistress.” Answered by Dr. Nero and he quickly injects the serum he made into Georgina’s arm and Georgina suddenly calms down and falls asleep again.
“Finally, the last part of her transformation is over.” Saying Dr. Nero where the veins in Georgina’s entire body suddenly disappeared at the same time, he falls asleep because of the song of the Siren.
Judge Jabagat looked at Cristy and she seemed to enjoy the music she was listening and she immediately approached her to say…
“You can remove the earphones from your ears. Gina and her father seem to be sleeping inside,” said Judge Jabagat.
“Really? I heard you humming earlier and in fairness, you have a beautiful voice indeed.” Cristy said.
“What? But how do you feel?” Judge Jabagat asks.
“Nothing, why?” Cristy asks.
“Nothing, and I have to go, Cristy, nice meeting you again. Once Gina is okay, let her know she can rest and be back next week.” Judge Jabagat said.
“Sure thing, nice meeting you again Judge Jabagat,” Cristy said but before Judge Jabagat left she grabbed the judge’s arms and said.
“Judge Jabagat, help me to open the case of my sister again, please,” Cristy said.
“I’ve heard the case of your sister, well let’s talk about that which you can see me in my office, I’m sure Atty Georgina Gomez will be happy about this once we open the case.” Judge Jabagat said.
“No, Gina will no longer be my lawyer at this time. I want someone, can you recommend who?” Cristy said.
“That’s interesting, sure, I have someone that I can recommend.” Judge Jabagat replied She was about to leave but she asked Cristy why,
“Out of curiosity, why you don’t want Atty Gomez to be your lawyer?” Judge Jabagat asks.
“It’s a long story, Judge, and Mainly I don’t want to hurt my friend,” Cristy said.
“Okay, see me in my office tomorrow and I’ll inform the lawyer that I will recommend. I Have to go Cristy; you take care and see you tomorrow.” Judge Jabagat said.

CHAPTER SEVEN
“SIREN MEETS GAIA”
Mary Francis thought about what happened at the hospital the last time she visited Georgina. And until now, she couldn’t quite figure out why Georgina’s father was like that. Her mind thinks that Georgina’s dad is insane or it could be one of the reasons was the black smoke she saw at the Hospital.
“Humans are complicated, are they even doing that to their own children? Use as sacrificed for their own interests.” Mary Francis said and take a deep breath before she taking a sip of the tea that she was drinking. But suddenly the whole surroundings turn into dark which she immediately checked outside using her window at her office to check the weather.
“Is it going to rain again? That’s weird? This wasn’t reported on the weather news channel this morning.” She said while looking at her window and suddenly she heard someone speaking behind her and when she turns around, she saw a mysterious woman wearing strange clothes.
“Mary Francis, be careful because Enigma will do anything to get your necklace. As this was part of the lost piece of the scepter from Novaria.” The mysterious woman said.
“Huh? Who are you? How did you get into my office?” She asked.
“My name is Magwayen, and I am the Diwata that will guide and support you against our enemy. And this is Sitan’s disciple, Enigma.” Magwayen said to her.
“Magwayen?” She asked and wondered where she had heard the name. and she remembered the story of her teacher and mother in Coraline in the Aquamarine Isle.
“Diwata,” she said to the person she was talking to. Magwayen smiled in response.
“You need to be ready for the upcoming chaos, Enigma will not stop until she gets the third piece of the scepter from your necklace. Coraline chooses you to be the keeper of the Pearl and at the same time, the third piece of the scepter from Novaria.” Magwayen Explains.
“What do you mean? I was chosen? Mother Coraline told me to use this pearl to find my lost mother. And what do you mean about the third piece of the scepter you said? I have no idea about it Diwatang Magwayen,” Mary Francis said.
“I will explain it to you sooner, but for now you have to be ready for the upcoming chaos. I want you to go to this place and you will a siren that is good for casting spells and good at combat. She was one of the best warriors on your island, but she chooses to live in the human realm, find her as the time is running.” Magwayen said but their conversation was suddenly interrupted by a sudden knock on her door. The Diwata immediately disappeared.
“That’s open, come in,” she said and Aljon entered.
“Yes?” She asked the man.
“Mary, Georgina’s friend is here and she told me that her name was Cristy. Do you know here?” Aljon said.
“Yes, she was the sister of Ysabella the case that I handle,” Mary Francis said.
“Really? I thought that case was closed already. As the Gomez lab cleaned their names on this case.” Aljon said.
“No, not yet, Georgina and her friend asks me to open this case once again, as they were not satisfied on the judgement by the last judge who handle this case. And good thing the depart of justice allow me to open this case again. And we start the trial on Monday.” Mary Francis said and she immediately get the folder for the case of Ysabella.
“Okay, should I let her in now?” Aljon asks.
“Of course, brother, please.” Mary Francis said and remembered their conversation before she went home from the hospital.
“By the way, did Atty, Guadalquiver report to the office today or she went to the Private investigation firm of Gomez? I didn’t see her for three days, and she didn’t even text me or when I call her cellphone, her phone was not ringing,” she said but Aljon seems no idea where Atty. Guadalquiver was.
“I don’t know, Georgina is also absent,” Aljon replied.
“Right Gina was not yet okay I guess, I already told you what happen to the hospital when I visit but, let’s go home together. I’m feeling a bit bad right now. I’m just tired, “ Mary Francis said.
“Okay, I’ll just wait for you,” Aljon said before leaving and the young man let Cristy in.
“Good afternoon, Judge Jabagat.” The woman greeted her.
“Good afternoon too, Cristy, it’s good that you came here. Sit down first, and I’ll make you some tea.” Mary Francis said.
“Oh, thank you Judge, did Gina told you that I love teas.” Cristy politely said to her.
“Yeah, she told me a lot of things about you but how is Georgina? Do you have any news about her? I was about to visit the Gomez Rescue Center but one of your staff, her name was Roxanne said Gina was not around.” Mary Francis said.
“Yes, she’s okay but Georgina seems to have changed her behavior,” Cristy said.
“What do you mean changed of behavior?” Mary Francis asked.
“Yes, I can’t explain it, it’s just like Georgina isn’t the one that we know before, It’s like a different person.” Cristy said and Mary Francis was worried by what she heard and remembered what Tess did to Georgina.
“Couldn’t Tess have used the Melody of Memories again? or what I did at the hospital last time, Gina’s condition got worsen? “ Mary Francis said in her mind but she just went back to her own thoughts when she scalded her hand with hot water.
“Are you okay, Judge Jabagat?” Cristy asked.
“Yes, I am just a bit bothered by our friend. But I’m okay, and we should start on your sister’s case” Mary Francis said while she gave the cup of tea to Cristy and she started to open the folder.
Suddenly Atty Guadalquiver arrives and rushes to Mary Francis’s office.
“Judge,” Tess said as she catching her breath but the woman surprise when she saw Georgina’s friend, Cristy visits the office.
“This is Atty, Guadalquiver,” Mary Francis said as she introduced the young lawyer.
“And what happened on earth, why did you decide not to choose your friend, Atty Georgina Gomez as your lawyer? She is your friend.” Atty Guadalquiver said.
“This is a personal matter but if you won’t help me, it’s okay,” Cristy said. When she was about to leave. Tess stopped her and said.
“We’ll if you gave me a chance to prove that I am better than Gina, I will prove it to you.” Atty. Guadalquiver said.
“Sounds like we have a deal!” Cristy said and she left and closed the door.
“That woman was arrogant!” Tess said.
“Who?” Mary Francis said.
“No, It’s Georgina…” Tess said.
“Tess, I want you to tell me something, did you use the Melody of memories to Georgina, when the time you brought her to the Hospital?” Mary Francis said.
“What do you mean, judge?” Tess asks but Mary Francis choose not to answer instead she ask the woman to leave.
“You may go now to your cubicle Tess, chop chop!” Judge Jabagat said that Atty Guadalquiver immediately left her office while she was thinking about Cristy which she remembers the time she used her powers.
“Really? I heard you humming earlier and in fairness, you have a beautiful voice indeed.” Cristy said.
“Why was she not affected by my power? As far as I know, my only fellow sea creatures are the impervious ones and also those from other worlds.” Judge Jabagat said.
Meanwhile in Doctor Dominguez’s Laboratory.
“Dr. Dominguez, are you sure about your plan?” Doctor Nero said.
“Yes, if I don’t win the upcoming election for being a mayor in this town, you should win. Not our enemies. “ Dr. Dominguez said.
“Well, I already talked to someone about that, but I will make sure that you will win in this election.” Dr. Nero said while smiling at her.
“No worries, I also get a help from judge Jabagat. She assures me that our youth voters will choose me.” Dr. Dominguez said and Dr. Nero were surprise by what he heard.
“What really? I thought the article I read on the news yesterday was fake. So, you and Judge Mary Francis meet each other and this is about your candidacy.” Dr. Nero said as he was surprised by the news that he heard.
“Yes, she was a really nice woman. And very smart.” Lena said.
“That’s amazing, you got the support of Judge Jabagat, but how’s your project going?” Doctor Nero asked.
“In the next month, we will launch the Siren Serum, where only the rich can buy it.” Dr. Dominguez said, but their conversation was interrupted when the alarm in the Laboratory suddenly sounded. Doctor Dominguez’s assistant rush to her while catching her breath and she explain to Dr. Dominguez on what happen to the Laboratory.
“The mermaid escaped,” The female assistant said, still gasping for breath.
“Madonna, what are you saying the mermaid got escaped? How?” Doctor Dominguez asked as she was confused on what she hears to her assistant.
“Yes, her container suddenly broke and I don’t understand because three women helped the mermaid and they immediately disappeared.” Said her assistant Madonna. Dr. Dominguez and Dr. Nero immediately ran into the room to investigate what happened and they saw that the large mirror where they had placed the mermaid was broken they saw flames spreading around the room and even some of her team who had stopped the said women, they were all lying now on the floor and unconscious.
“You idiots, wake up! How did the mermaid escape?” Dr. Dominguez shouted. A male scientist regained consciousness and told them about how the mermaid’s escape.
“Ice? “How did the water inside the chamber glass turn into ice?” Dr. Nero said.
“There’s a three woman who suddenly showed up, one woman turns the water inside the chamber into ice, while the red hair woman destroys the chamber using her fist. And we have tried to stop them using our inventions but another woman using her hand and suddenly a strong wind blows and we suddenly got unconscious, as we slowly losing our breath,” A male scientist said.
“After they got the mermaid, they suddenly disappeared.” Dr. Dominguez’s assistant said.
“Are those the alleged opponents of Arnolfo?” Dr. Dominguez asked.
“I think so, especially the red-haired woman. I know her, she was the La Fiery and the other two women with her were her colleagues, I believe.” Dr. Nero said.
“This can’t be, we’re launching the serum next month, what am I going to do? I’ve spent too much; I can’t lose this to our business partners.” Dr. Dominguez said angrily.
“What are you going to do now Lena?” Dr. Nero asked.
“I will hunt a mermaid in the city, I know that she was still here,” Dr. Dominguez said and quickly entered her room.
“I think, someone can help you with your problem.” Dr. Nero said.
’Who?“ Dr. Dominguez asked. Suddenly the surroundings went dark and Dr. Nero’s eyes suddenly turned black.
“What’s happening to you, Nero?” Dr. Dominguez asked and she was shocked by the change she saw in her doctor friend. Which immediately bites her on her neck.

“SIREN’S VOICE OF LOVE”
While Mary Francis was walking along the beach, she couldn’t help herself with every wave hitting the shore and a strong wind blew to her ears as they were like a melody to her and she started to sing which she didn’t know her voice could attract someone. Especially this is their natural ability. One man slowly approaches her while the man immediately holds her arms which Mary Francis was surprised by the man did.
“Why, Mr.?” Mary Francis politely asked the man. But she was surprised when the man suddenly hugged her and she immediately pushed the man away. Luckily, Aljon and Ava saw her walking along the beach at that time.
“Judge Mary was in trouble. let’s help her, Love.” Ava said worriedly to Mary Francis and they immediately came to her aid. When Ava and Alfonso approached her. When they reach the man, Aljon immediately punches the man to its face and the man falls to the sand.
“What are you doing to my sister?” Aljon shouted at the man who was insulting Mary Francis. But the man looked at him with surprise and said.
“What did you say? Why did you punch me? Am I crazy? I know your sister. She’s the famous judge in this town, and I don’t know what you’re talking about.” The man said while rubbing the painful jaw that Aljon had punched.
We saw you earlier Mr., you’re exploiting Judge Jabagat. You suddenly hugged her“ Ava added.
“That’s enough, I’m okay, let’s leave him alone. Maybe he’s drunk.” Mary Francis said as she pulled Aljon away from that man.
“Are you sure, Judge? We can report him to the women’s protection desk.” Ava said.
“You guys are crazy, I don’t what you are talking about, besides I have a wife and I am not that kind of person, I am just walking around the beach quietly and suddenly guys approach me and punch me on my face, I file a complaint on this.” The man said and he left, while Aljon tries to punch the man again but Ava and Mary Francis stop him.
“That’s enough, hot-headed, I am okay,” Mary Francis said.
“Judge Mary was right, maybe that man was drunk,” Ava said.
“Let’s go back to our cottage, dad is waiting for us.” Mary Francis said and they immediately go back to their cottage and because of what Mary Francis did she didn’t know someone heard her mystical voice.
“That’s the voice of a Siren,” said the mysterious woman who was in the same place where Mary Francis was vacationing.
“Maybe she can help me to find the way to Aquamarine Isle, or at least she can destroy this thing,” said the woman and she was trying to remove the bracelet on her right hand. and she saw three men approaching her and holding a device that seemed to be what they were using to find her.
“I don’t want the efforts of the four women to help me go to waste. I need to hide,” The woman said and waved her hand but nothing happened.
“My power really doesn’t work because of this bracelet,” The mysterious woman said and she looked at the three men who were close to her.
“No, No, No, [she got panicked when she saw the three men saw her] The illusion I created won’t last long, I need to hide from them.” The mysterious woman said and she quickly left and jumped into the sea before they could catch her. The three men chased the woman and immediately called their boss when they saw their subject jump into the sea.
“Hello Doc Dominguez, our subject escaped, she jumped into the sea.” Said the man chasing the mysterious woman. Meanwhile on the other line,
“Let that creature back to the sea, knowing that she will return to where she came from and because of that we will have many mermaids to catch. Go back to the Laboratory.” Doctor Dominguez said. And her assistant came to inform her of the reopening of the case against Doctor Nero.
“Look at this,” Her woman assistant said. While her assistant gave her the Tablet where she can see the article about the reopening of the case of Ysabella vs Dr. Nero Gomez.
“This is interesting, If Nero wins that case again, he will clear his name about that scandal. And I don’t want that to happen. He will get the votes of the citizens,” Doctor Dominguez said.
“But I Thought., you and him are good friends?” Her assistant said teasingly but she just rolled her eyes showing that she was annoyed when someone mentioned the name of Dr. Nero.
“I am just kidding, Doctor Dominguez,” Her assistant said and she swiped the article to the next page.
“Do you know, who is the judge who will handle the retrial of the case,” said her assistant.
“Who?” Doctor Domiguez asked.
“No other than, the judge of all season, Judge Mary Francis Jabagat,” Her assistant said.
“What?” Doctor Dominguez is shocked when she knows about this.
“Doctor Dominguez, this is a good publicity especially if Judge Jabagat will win, why?” Her assistant explains while doctor Dominguez silently listening to her assistant.
“Once, Dr. Nero’s opponents win this case and Judge Jabagat gives her fair judgment, all of the people in this town will gain her trust more, and once she will officially endorse you this coming campaign period. You will get the people’s vote. And yet you will be the mayor of this town.” Her assistant explains, and Doctor Dominguez agrees with what she said.
“You’re right Madonna, and I will do everything to make sure, Nero will be defeated in this case. Come with me,” Doctor Dominguez said.
“Where are we going?” Madonna asked.
“We will make sure that I will win the upcoming election.” Doctor Dominguez said.
“Perfect,” Madonna said and Dr. Dominguez didn’t notice that her assistant appearance had changed.
At night when Mary Francis and her family was on their way home when suddenly her car stopped which she immediately asked her driver why they stop.
“Manong why did we stop?” Mary Francis asked her driver, and her driver immediately answered.
“Ma’am, Sir Aljon’s car stopped, it looks like they ran into something, I’ve heard them that they bumped into something, “ Her driver said. And she saw Aljon get out of his car with his girlfriend Ava.
“Gosh, they should get inside this road was known for scam artist, especially the place is dark, let me talk to Aljon,” Mary Francis said and she saw Aljon was checking the car and the place to check.
“If they really ran over someone, we have to take the victim to the hospital,” Mary Francis said but when she was about to get out of her car she was surprised when Aljon’s car surrounded by five men who is wearing black very hard for her to see because the road is very dark and no even a single street light was there on that place.
“Judge Jabagat, stay here inside, let me help Sir aljon on those guys,” Her driver said but Mary Francis didn’t agree on what her driver’s said.
“No, Mang Bert. Stay right here. I can handle this.” Mary Francis said and she immediately grabbed her gun on her bag.
“Good thing, I always bring my caliber forty-five.” She said and she cast a spell for her to see clearly in the dark while she slowly opened the door of her car she was about to shoot the man who was holding Aljon when suddenly two men stopped her and pointed their guns at her head and shoulder.
“Oh, hi there, is that how you guys greet me? pointing a gun at a beautiful lady like me?” Mary Francis said when she was about to use her voice to manipulate the two men. Suddenly a vine wrapped around the two men’s bodies and she took this opportunity to punch and kick them which may result in the two men immediately falling asleep while they were lying on the ground.
“I don’t have to use my voice to make you guys fall asleep, but where do those vines come from?” She asks and she sees a strange woman hiding behind a huge tree which she immediately recognizes this vigilante.
“Gaia, the vigilante of this city. Nice to meet you girl,” she said and she gave a salute to the woman which the woman surprise by what she did. Until she heard Ava scream.
“Let go of me,” Ava shouted. While Aljon couldn’t move because a gun was pointed at him.
“OMG! Ava,” she said and she immediately transformed herself using her necklace.
“Voice of the orient sea,” Mary Francis said and her appearance change and then she immediately screamed towards to the goons.
“Stay away from my family!” Mary Francis shouted at the goons. The goons quickly showered her with bullets but she quickly dodged and it seemed like she was dancing with the bullets.
“Boys, kill the Vigilante!” The man said as they thought Gaia was helping them.
“I am not a vigilante; my name is Siren!” Mary Francis said and she screamed again which the goons can’t move because they were covering their ears the same with Ava and Aljon they cover their ears.
When she caught a man holding Ava, she quickly put this man on her spell by whispering in his ear.
“Now, sleep,” Siren said and the man suddenly fell on the ground unconscious.
“Judge Mary, run and save yourself, “ Ava said while she was crying when she heard the goons shoot the woman. But at that time, her eyes were blindfolded, even Mang Alfonso was blindfolded and his mouth was gagged so that he could not scream.
Aljon and Mary Francis’s driver were the only witnesses to what Mary Francis did to the goons especially how she uses her necklace to transform.
“Who are you?” a goons asked as Mary Francis approached her.
“Just call me, Siren, and I will be your new nightmare!” Mary Francis said at the same time her eyes suddenly lit up and the goons got scare on what they saw which they decided to leave.
“Let’s get out of here, She’s a monster.” The goons said and they immediately ran fast.

CHAPTER NINE
“THE TRIAL “
Before the trial of Cristy’s sister, Ysabella starts. Cristy approached Mary Francis to thank her.
“Thank you very much, Judge Jabagat, for helping us reopen this case. Whether we win or lose again against the Gomezes, at least we tried again,” Cristy said. Mary Francis smiled when she heard that from Cristy before she also responded to what the woman said.
“There is no need to mention it. I will do everything right, and the truth will prevail,” Mary Francis said. She immediately left and said goodbye to Cristy as the hearing was about to start.
“Are you sure you’re okay? I’m worried because I think the Gomezes had something to do with what happened to us last night.” Aljon said.
“I feel the same way, but because of what they did. They’ll definitely be on the fence after this.” Mary Francis replied and Aljon just shook his head at what he heard from Mary Francis.
When Aljon and Mary Francis sat down in their seats. The accused and the defendant were introduced. And then the trial starts.
“Mr. Miranda, are you telling the truth about what you said on the afternoon of April, the twenty-seventh day of the year two thousand and seventeen? Where in your statement you said you see the Ysabella was taken and quickly loaded into the white van owned by Gomez Biolab?” Asked by Atty. Gina Gomez.
“Yes, and on that day, I was about to close my store and this is the time I saw the student was abducted using the Gomez Biolab van.” The old man said.
“But are you sure about this?” Gina said to the old man.
“Huh? What do you mean madam?” The old man asks.
“We were receiving a report coming from a legit source, you were diagnosed having schizophrenia, in the year 2000 you were under arrest for killing your wife and at the same time on the drug test results you were confirmed of using a substance. Now, I would like to ask again, are you sure about what you saw that day?” Gina asks while Cristy and her mom are on the other side witnessing all of this.
“Gina, what are you doing?” Cristy said.
While Mary Francis saw a strange black and purple smoke coming from Georgina towards the witness, Mr. Miranda.
“What are you doing Georgina, and who are you?” Mary Francis asked as she silently observed Georgina’s actions, and the old man replied to Georgina’s question.
“I am not hallucinating and that was an accident.” The old man said and then the old man tried to stop his emotion to burst but Georgina asks him again.
“But, Mr. Miranda how you could say that was an accident if your medical records show you were using a substance and you killed your wife,” Georgina said and smiled at the old man, until the old man made a scene as he was screaming.
“I am not hallucinating and that was an accident,” he said while screaming and tense. When Mary Francis saw this she immediately called the police.
“Chief, you know what to and please everyone, have a seat.” Judge Jabagat said. Everyone was calm when Mr. Miranda was escorted by the police officers. In the next scene, Atty Guadalquiver stands up and asks some questions about a scientist who is working at Gomez Biolab. Then Mary Francis stares at her friend Atty. Guadalquiver and the woman did the same to her before she started questioning the scientist who was working at Gomez Biolab.
“How long that you been working in Gomez Biolab?” Atty Guadalquiver the scientist smiles and answers.
“I’ve been working for five years” The scientist answer
“Okay, but what can you say about this Project Gaia of Dr. Nero? Is it true that you guys will get a test subject around the city and usually a beggar? But on that day, when you guys are looking for a test subject, you guys don’t know that you get a subject which is Dr. Nero’s godchild Ysabella Dorlones.” Atty Guadalquiver said.
“That’s not true,” The scientist said but Atty Guadalquiver just smiled at him and said.

“Go, ahead Gina.” Mary Francis said and Gina gave her opinion.
“Seriously? Tess, all of us don’t understand on the child saying. Even if she has her interpreter, maybe we are being tricked. Would be better if we have someone who can understand Mandarin. That’s not a strong proof.” Atty Gomez said. And everyone in the courtroom agrees with Gina. And because of the tension that had arisen, Mary Francis hit her table hard with her gavel and everyone fell silent again.
“Sit down, Atty Gomez. But I understand what the child is saying. Because I am also fluent in Mandarin, and what the interpreter says is what the child is saying. Please proceed Atty. Guadalquiver.” Mary Francis said.

“No, this can’t be!” Dr. Nero said when he saw the folder.
“This folder contains the plan and the name of the victims that they used for their project, called Gaia which the subjects were injected with some strange serum and this is one the reasons why we have these superhumans who are causing trouble to our government, especially to our peace and order.” Atty Guadalquiver said and she handed the folder to the judge and when the judge opened the folder she stood up and said.
“But we have superhumans who helped our government to get the peace and order that you said, right? but because of that we need to take 10-minute breaks, and once I come back to you guys, you all will know my verdict.” Judge Jabagat said and she left. While Dr. Nero stands up and his daughter asks him.
“Dad, where are you going? Just trust me I can win this.” Georgina said.
“I don’t think so, let me do something about our family, you are completely useless!” Dr. Nero said.
“But dad,” Georgina said and her dad left. Dr. Nero follows Judge Jabagat to her office. When he saw Judge Jabagat was alone in her office, he immediately knocked on the door and he said.
“Can I come in?” Dr. Nero said.
“Dr. Nero, what are you doing here?” Judge Jabagat asks.
“I would like to ask for her help, the same as what you promised to my friend Dr. Dominguez.” Dr. Nero said.
“What do you mean, and you shouldn’t be here, this is a restricted place,” Mary Francis said.
“Judge Jabagat, I am very desperate right now. I don’t want everything to be lost because of this.” Dr.Nero said.
“So, are you saying that I will going to lie to everyone?” Mary Francis asks.
“Well, if you will say that’s a lie, so that’s a lie. And name your price, Judge Jabagat.” Dr. Nero said.
“Let’s talk this outside, in the hallway.” Judge Jabagat said and she immediately stood up and went to the hallway.

“Chrysanthemum?” Dr. Nero said.
“You are doing your dirty work again?” Chrysanthemum said and she used the floating leaves to attack the Dr. but the judge stopped her.
“That’s enough, if you’re going to kill each other, don’t do it here. And I need to go back to give my verdict. Such a waste of time,” Judge Jabagat said at the same time she flipped her hair and left like nothing happened.
When Mary Francis back to the courtroom and then everyone was excited about her verdict when suddenly they saw Ysabella.
“Ysabella?” Cristy said While her mother wanted to approach Ysabella but she stopped her by saying.
“Might be this is one of Dr. Nero’s tricks, hold on mom,” Cristy said and she stared at Atty. Guadalquiver and then Tess allow her to stand up but with her guide.
“I am Ysabella Dorlones, and my name is on the 27th list on that folder, I am not killed by the Gomez bio lab but they attempt to kill me,” Ysabella said while she was standing in front of the people. The same with the others inside the courtroom Dr. Nero, Georgina, and the two scientists who witnessed everything were shocked at what they saw.
“This is impossible, we both saw her corpse in the woods,” Georgina said.
“Dr. Nero, we all saw that her vitals are dead even her pulse. We have tried to revive her but~” The Scientist said and Dr. Nero stopped him and said.

“No! Judge Jabagat! Wait, “ Atty Gomez said.
“Thank you, Jury, for your service today. The court is adjourned” Judge Jabagat said and she used the gavel she was holding, but before she left, she looked at Cristy and Georgina, while she raised an eyebrow at Dr. Nero and smiled.
In the evening, Dr. Dominguez called Mary Francis to congratulate her on her accomplishment in bringing justice to Ysabella’s family.
“Good job, on your hearing earlier. I was really impressed by what you did. Maybe soon, you will be the next iron lady of Asia. and you were trending on social media earlier, they admire your honesty and fairness. which finally the victim of the project Gaia get’s the justice what they deserve. “ Dr. Dominguez said.
“I love to but there is only one iron lady of Asia and that is Senator Defensor. She is also my inspiration and I admire her a lot, even when I was young.” Mary Francis said.
“Well, in that case, let’s meet to celebrate your victory.” Dr. Dominguez said on the other line.

“THE VIGILANTE”

“Judge Jabagat, I have something to ask you and I hope you tell the truth,” Tess said, Mary Francis was surprise but she forced herself to smile at her interlocutor and asked Tess at the same time.
“About last month, I know what you did to me,” Tess said and the woman held her in her hands and asked again.
“Are you a Magindara or a Siren? What you did to me is something only high-level beings in the ocean can do. First of all, you saved me and turned me into a fish. Second, when I used the melody of memories, you were not affected. Only those of my kind or those with power can survive the melody of us mermaids.” Tess said.
“You’re wrong, not everyone with powers. There are creatures of mystery who were affected by the melody you used but you’re right, I’m a Siren” She revealed to the person she was talking to and showed her the necklace she was wearing and then the woman was amazed by what she saw and she immediately recognized the necklace.
“That is the pearl of the Orient Sea, and you come from Aquamarine Isle. Who is your mother? Is it Princess Masha?” Tess asked.
“You know my Mother?” Mary Francis asked in surprise.

“Who is your mom? I remember teacher Coraline told me that she was the only best friend of my mom. So you mean, your mom is Teacher Coraline?” Mary Francis asks.

“I just have something important to do,” She replied but the woman tightened her grip on her hand. And Tess asked her again.
“Are you the Vigilante? The Siren? After Gaia was disappeared. There is a new vigilante helping the police. Is that you, Judge Jabagat?” Tess asked.
“Yes. But we have to hurry up, the innocent people are in danger.” She said and quickly grabbed her hand from Tess’s grip.
“I’ll come with you,” Tess said.
“Don’t tell this to Aljon or Mang Alfonso.” Mary Francis said and they hurriedly left the office.
Meanwhile, the police are still chasing the thieves and kidnappers.
“If Gaia were here, we could easily catch those crooks.” The female police officer said.
“Well, It’s not cool if we always rely on them, they have personal lives too. Maybe, Gaia got sick or something. Besides we have this new vigilante in town. People call her Siren. But, Yes, I am also wondering where is Gaia right now?” another female police officer said who was currently driving the police car suddenly the goons went missing on their track and they received an update from their walkie-talkie another police officer gave the place where they can find the car of the goons…
“We received a tip from a concerned citizen, and their car was stopped at Emerald Street, don’t worry your backup will be there in 15 minutes. Just be careful team.” The voice said on their walkie-talkie.
“Copy that boss, Let’s go! And let’s follow those crooks,” The female police officer said where she was driving. When they reached the area and saw the kidnappers’ car. They looked around the place and they found nothing but an old villa without any residents. They can’t even see any civilian who is roaming around the place.
“This place is so weird.” Another female police officer said while she was holding her gun pointing in any directions.
“This is a trap, I know this place. Enigma!” The female police officer said
“What?” her teammate asks
“That warehouse was the place where I met Enigma.” The female officer said.
“Ced, what do you mean?” Her teammate asks but suddenly they feel something behind them and they feel that a gun is pointing at them.
“They are here, they are no ordinary goons. They are super-humans.” Ced said.
“Oops!” Her teammate said and they both raised their hands.
“Miss police officers, the time you are following us was a wrong move,” The man said while pointing a gun at Ced.
“It seems you guys want to see your loved ones in the spirit world.” Another man said who was pointing a gun at her teammate. But, before the goons do something to those two police officers they suddenly can’t move, and they hear a sweet melody from someone.
“Do you hear that?” Ced’s teammate said who also suddenly fell asleep the same with the other goons. And there Ced saw the new Vigilante, The Siren, and her sidekick.
“Siren, I have something to tell you~” Ced didn’t finish what she was about to say when she suddenly fell asleep.
“Tess, what did you do? All of them fall asleep, how we can ask for help from these police?” Mary Francis said and she noticed a necklace on a female police.
“Sorry, but I can’t reverse it. But don’t worry. They will be okay in the next forty-five minutes,” Tess said.
“Okay, let’s find the child of Mr. Li,” Mary Francis said and she placed her palm on the ground Tess was confused on what she was doing.
“What are you doing?” Tess asks.
“I’m asking the plants around us, they will point us where the child is. And don’t you know that the plants under the ocean are just like the plants here in the human world? And…” Mary Francis said while she was doing her spell and suddenly the plants answered her questions.
“And… it seems I know where they are.” Mary Francis said while pointing to a large warehouse.
“Wait a minute, Judge, something seems wrong,” Tess said and as suddenly she felt terrified. But Mary Francis was far away so she had no choice but to follow the woman. And when they arrived inside the Warehouse., the surroundings were very dark. But not for creatures like them. The same with fish they can see in the dark. Where they both see the young boy whose mouth is covered and whose body is covered with duct tape.
“There’s the child,” Mary Francis said but suddenly the whole surroundings lit up and they confirmed the young boy and his whole body was covered with duct tape as well the young boy’s mouth was covered.
“This is a trap,” Mary Francis said.
“Yes, that’s what I wanted to tell you. But you didn’t listen” Tess said.
“What if the kidnappers recognize us?” Tess asked again.
“that’s not possible. Our suite was mixed with magic and science, as long as our mask is not taken off, on our face they won’t recognize us.” Mary Francis said and they saw the person behind the child’s kidnapping was the scientist Doctor Lena Dominguez.
“Miss Lena?” Mary Francis said in surprise when she saw the Scientist.
“So funny, because I finally captured the vigilante, and looks like I am lucky today, I was hoping to catch one mermaid on my experiment but I guess I got two. And let’s change the idiom, instead of hitting two birds with one stone, let’s change it with Hitting two mermaids with one child “Dr. Dominguez said. And the goons were laughing at her joke.
“Her joke was cheap, I can’t relate,” Tess said as she whispered to Mary Francis.
“What do you need from the child? Let him go,” She asked the Doctor.
“I need you, so I can make my youthful serum.” Dr. Dominguez said.
“Let’s go, Siren,” Tess said.
“You can’t leave this place because the outside of the warehouse was specifically made for creatures like you. If you guys touch the wall, you will get an electric shock. Just right for fish like you.” Dr. Dominguez said and Mary Francis saw a high volt of electricity moving all around. Tess will try to use her hydrokenesis but suddenly it won’t work.
“And your hydrokenesis abilities won’t work in these places, even though you guys have water,” The Doctor said. Tess tried to put the enemies to sleep again with her voice but it seemed everyone was unaffected.
“The melody that you’re using won’t work on us, because of the device in our ears.” Dr. Dominguez said and showed Mary Francis and Tess the device they were wearing and not only her but also her companions.
“We have prepared for this because we know your abilities. Even though we lost one siren, I am so lucky now, because I have two more in return and it’s even better because I catch the vigilante, Siren.” Dr. Dominguez laughed very loudly. But suddenly a strong wind blew and the walls of the warehouse got destroyed by the strong wind.
“What is happening?” Dr. Dominguez asks her companions while screaming. But she didn’t get any answers as they were all inside except for the other two who is still falling asleep. They didn’t know, Ced has awaken because of her necklace. And she feels that another keeper of the scepter was inside of the warehouse. So she decided to use her wind powers to destroy the warehouse.
“She’s here, I am sure the others will be happy if they know that the siren was the third holder,” Ced said. Until the warehouse was destroyed by her magic. She saw Siren and Tess helping the young boy who was being captured by Dr. Dominguez. She approaches the Siren and her sidekick and asks.
“Are you guys okay?” Ced asks. And suddenly their necklace lit up.
“You are a keeper as well ?” Mary Francis asks.
“Yes. The first keeper of the scepter,” Ced replied.
“But you guys have to, the police will be here any time soon. Let them handle this,” Ced explains and she suddenly disappears. While Mary Francis uses her necklace to disappear but before they leave she asks the young boy to help the unconscious female police officer.
“Thank you, Miss Siren.” the young boy said and they disappeared to the place.

CHAPTER ELEVEN
“THE FULL MOON”
While Tess and Mary Francis were organizing the folders in their locker, Mary Francis noticed the calendar and she became anxious.
“Tonight will be a Full moon,” Tess said while looking at the calendar, which Mary Francis was also looking at.
“So that means our tails will come back,” Mary Francis said while worrying about what to do because this was her first full moon after returning to the Philippines. Unlike before, when they lived by the beach, she could easily hide in the ocean, and when she was abroad, she could just jump into the water as they lived near a river.
“ I remember, a few years ago. Your mom wasn’t affected by the full moon,“ Tess said.
“How did that happen? Mama Coraline never told me about the mermaid being able to survive the moonlight.” Mary Francis said.
“Yes, I just don’t know how Miss Masha did it,” Tess replied and Mary Francis took a deep breath.
“Woah! That’s too heavy girl, Don’t worry, I know an island that we can hide until the full moon is over,” Tess said.
“Really? Where?” Mary Francis asks.
“The island what they call Los Frailes Islands that’s in Zambales,” Tess said.
“I’ve never been to that island, but I’ve heard from Ava before there are a lot of tourists on that place, is it safe?” Mary Francis asks.
“Yes, because we are not going to stay on the beach. There are hidden caves in that place that humans didn’t discover and we can watch the full moon until the full moon ends.“Tess said
“Is it far from here?” Mary Francis asked.
“It’s not, because we have a car, it’s only about a three-hour drive from Manila to Zambales, if you want, we can use our tails to go there, and lets race. The first siren who reach the island, she will be the most fastest Siren on earth” Tess said.
“Are you challenging me, Atty Guadalquiver?” Mary Francis said laughing while she raise her eyebrows. But their teasing stopped when Mary Francis’ cellphone suddenly rang and they saw on her cellphone screen the name of…
“Doctor Dominguez,” Mary Francis said.
“Shall I answer this call?” Mary Francis asked and looked at Tess.
“Just answer that call. besides she didn’t recognize us either when we face her. And I have a strong feeling that they are the reason why Miss Masha went missing before. And if your mom as able to escape from their lab, it’s time to destroy the laboratory.” Tess said and Mary Francis picked up the phone and she greeted the scientist.
“Good afternoon, Dr. Dominguez.” She said.
Meanwhile, called Los Frailes Islands, Masha ended up on the island after escaping from Doctor Dominguez’s men.
“Where am I?” Masha asked a bird known as a cormorant and the bird looked at her.
“You don’t understand me, I guess.” Masha said and quickly waved her hand and she heard the bird speak.
“You are here on the island of Los Frailes, you are a mermaid, right? but why did you go to this island so early?” The bird asked.
“What do you mean?” Masha asked.
“Because mermaids like you also visit this island, especially later because it will be a full moon.” The bird said.
“In that case, I will need help to those mermaid you said. For me to find a way to get back home, in Aquamarine Isle,” Masha said.

“Then come with me to the forest and guide me,” Masha said.
“I will come with you but on one condition,” Corm said and Masha asked about her condition.
“What is that, corm?” Masha asked.
“You don’t have any plans to eat me right? Just like human who loves to eat grilled chicken?” Corm said and Masha smiles at the bird and then she said..
“Don’t worry Corm, I am a mermaid remember? And I only eat vegetables and fruits, I never eat meat came from the animals.” Masha said.
“Are you sure?” Corm said and looked at her.
“Yes, I am sure,” Masha said.
“Even beef, pork, or frog?” Corm asked him.
“No, but why did they add a frog to your choices?” Masha asked.
“Nothing, because that’s delicious too, try it and eat it sometimes,” Corm said.
“Okay, if I eat frog, I’ll also eat a meat from a bird.” Masha said.

“You’re right Dr. Dominguez, even if we didn’t catch Siren and her sidekick, we can get Patient Dara back. and I know this island.” Madonna, Dr. Dominguez’s assistant, said.
“Where?” Dr. Dominguez asked
“If I’m not mistaken, it’s in Zambales, on an island called Los Frailes. “ Madonna said.
“Then, let’s go to that place.and catch that fish.” Dr. Dominguez said laughs.
“Got it, Dr. Dominguez,” Madonna said while her eyes turned black.
Back to Tess and Mary Francis where they saw Gina and they noticed something odd about their friend.
“Is that Gina?” Tess asks when they saw Gina passed by and it seems the woman didn’t see them on the hallway.
“Gina?” Mary Francis said as she saw her friend heading to the Mayor’s office.
“What is Gina doing here?” Tess asked.
“It seems like something is odd, Cristy told me that she was acting strange lately,” Mary Francis said.
“Let’s follow her, I am worried about her,” Tess said. When they follow their friend, Tess suddenly stops in her walk when the appearance of the surroundings changes.
“What happened? Where am I?” She asked herself and Tess was surprised when a sudden earthquake struck and large vines destroyed the entire area. She quickly ran to the door but was surprised when she saw a dark figure and it seemed that this was the reason why the huge vines destroyed the building in the city. She saw that a lot of civilians are being injured by this attack.
“is Gaia defeated? This is the reason why she disappears?” Tess said and the huge vines continue destroying the entire place.
“The place is…” Tess said and she screamed as she was horrified by what she saw, many civilians were killed and injured and she cant see no one was helping them. She tried to move but she was stunned by an unknown force and luckily she was finally awake and returned to her senses, and then she saw Mary Francis was worried about her.
“Tess, are you okay? Can you hear me?” Mary Francis asked.
“Yes, Judge but I saw a deluge,” Tess said.
“What kind of deluge?” Mary Francis asked. Tess was about to answer but she saw Georgina just walk past them. And she saw a strange black aura covered on their friend.
“Gina, wait,” Tess said and they quickly chased the woman but it was surprising because she suddenly disappeared.
“Where did she go?” Mary Francis asked.
“Didn’t you notice something strange black aura that is covering her entire body?” Tess asked.
“Yes, I noticed that too. But it seems like I’ve seen that black aura before. but I just can’t remember where.” Mary Francis said.
’In that case, Georgina is in danger,“ Mary Francis said.
“And it looks like Gina has something to do with the Deluge I saw in my Vision,” Tess said.
“Let’s find her, Gina needs our help.” Mary Francis said.
Back to Masha and Corm in the forest,
Masha happily picked fruits. While Corm ate the mangoes she picked from the tree.
“Mangoes are sweet. They taste even better than frogs.” The bird said as it peed on the ripe mango.
“Obviously, frogs are animals and these are fruits. So does this mean you’re going to become a vegetarian?” Masha said.
“Uhm! Not really. Still, frogs will be the top most delicious food while this mango was the second.” Corm replied.
“I got some more ripe mangoes,” Masha said and quickly ate them.
“You know Masha, you often visit this island. But not during vacation. Because there will be more visitors to this island, at least if city people are busy. You can visit here,” Corm said.
“I would like to, but I have to go home. because my child is in danger.” Masha said.
“You have a child already? But It’s not obvious.” The bird said.

“Do you know her name, maybe I know her, or maybe she’s living in the Aquamarine Isle?” Masha asked.
“I heard her name from my bird friends. They say her name is Marites.” Corm replied.
“Tess?” Masha said in surprise.
“Yes, Marites is the name of the mermaid who visits here. As for people, that’s what they call those who spread gossip.” Corm said and the bird laughs.
“Oh my gosh, Tess,” Masha said and her tears fell. When it reaches the ground it turns into pearls.
“I Hope I will meet her again,” Masha said.
“Yes. I’m sure you’ll meet her, but can I have another mango.” Corm said and Masha smiled at her new friend.

CHAPTER TWELVE
“PATIENT DARA”
In this chapter, we will know how Dr. Dominguez got Masha, who they later called The Patient Dara.
After Masha was lost on Aquamarine Isle, a fisherman helped her when he found her unconscious on the beach.
“My name is Alfonso or they call me Ponso. You can call me that way, and what is yours?.” The man said to Masha. Masha covered herself with the blankets.
“You don’t have to be afraid; I won’t hurt you,” Alfonso said. He saw Masha take a deep breath before the woman smiled at him.
“good thing, the clothes of my late wife fit on you, huh?” Alfonso added, but Masha got uncomfortable when he said this. But Alfonso explained to her again that he was not the one who dressed the woman but that his good neighbor Aling Martha helped him.
“Don’t worry again, I didn’t see anything. Aling Martha and I saw you on the beach earlier and she was the one who dressed you.” Alfonso explained to Masha.
“That’s a relief but where is this woman you said, so that I could thank her?” Masha said.
“Maybe later she will visit us here in my house, but for now. You have to eat something. I know that you are hungry.” Alfonso said.
“Question, young man, Where am I? Have you seen Coraline?” Masha asked the man.
“Thank you for calling me a young man but I think we are the same age, and about your question I didn’t see anyone. We only saw you unconscious on the beach earlier.” Alfonso replied.
“I hope Coraline is safe,” Masha said while worrying about her friend.
“What happened? There’s no news of a sunken ship. And where are you from?” Alfonso asked. Masha sighed before speaking.
“I come from an island called Aquamarine Isle. and I am a Mermaid.” Masha said. When Alfonso heard that, he almost spilled his coffee on Masha because of the shock.
“I know you are one of those people who don’t believe us, but I know you have a good heart. And thank you very much for saving me.” Masha said.
“What happened and why did I see you on the beach? And where’s your tail if you are a mermaid?” Alfonso asked again. Masha’s memory back to the time when she knows of Coraline’s brother Octavious betraying her and the entire tribe.
On Aquamarine Isle where Masha is currently the leader of the Mermaids and Magindara on the island but because of Octavious’s greed. Octavious managed to have a deal with the Scientist Doctora Lena Dominguez.
“What do you need from me?” Doctor Dominguez asked where at this time she had just started working at Gomez Lab and dreamed of having her own science lab but because of an agreement, her dream of becoming famous in the field of beauty products would come true.
“Enigma told me that you could help me with my problem,” Octavious said and Doctor Dominguez smiled when he heard this. That night, Doctor Dominguez’s group traveled to the island where Octavious told her where she could find a mermaid for an experiment.
“The Aquamarine Isle” Doctor Dominguez said.
Meanwhile, on Aquamarine Isle, Masha safely gave birth to Mary Francis.
“What a beautiful baby,” Coraline said when she saw Masha’s child smiling at her daughter.
“Tess,” Masha said and greeted her teacher for giving birth.
“Finally, teacher, I have someone to play with, I like her name, so beautiful,” Marites said happily. But suddenly the young Marites stopped praising Masha’s baby because the child saw something in her vision.
“Tess? What do you see?” Coraline asked.
“Teacher,” Marites said and took Masha’s hand.
“Tess why?” Masha asked.
“Mother, Teacher Masha is in danger, there are mortals who have entered our island right now, In just a few minutes, we will lose our powers because of the full moon.” The Young Marites said. And from the door, a Magindara came out and announced the arrival of vehicles from humans. While their tails slowly turned into legs because of the full moon.
“The full moon is starting, it’s time for you and your daughter to escape the island,” Coraline said. But Masha bravely got up from her bed and took her scepter where the magical Pearl could be seen at the end of the scepter.
“What are you doing Masha, you haven’t regained your strength yet,” Coraline said.
“Our people need my help, I am the leader of this tribe so I am the one who should stop the greedy mortals.” Masha said and she quickly waved the scepter she was holding.
“Masha,” Coraline said to her best friend.
“You take care of my child, save my child, Coraline,” Masha said and immediately disappeared into her room. Coraline ordered her daughter Tess to run away with the baby.
“But Mother, how about you and my teacher.?” Tess said worriedly.
“She needs me, and when Masha’s child grows up, I want you to be loyal to her. Don’t follow in my footsteps. Do you understand?.” Coraline said
“Yes Mom,” Marites said and she saw her mom disappears.
Masha was surprised to see Coraline standing next to her.
“Coraline, what are you doing here?” She said to her friend.
“Don’t worry, Mary Francis is safe, she is with my daughter Marites. Tess is immune to the full moon, as she was a half-mortal.” Coraline replied.
“I understand, so let’s save our island,” Masha said and she saw the others were coming as they would stop Doctor Lena Dominguez’s men from invading the island.
When Doctor Dominguez’s men arrived at the beach. They saw that her men were holding an unconscious Siren whose tails now turns into feet.
“Let them go, you don’t know what you guys doing. The ocean will punish you.” Coraline said.
“Release them and we will allow you to leave safely on this island,” Masha said.
“They’re not really our target here. Which the two of you was the leader of this island?” Dr. Dominguez asked Masha and Coraline. Coraline and Masha just looked at each other. But Dr. Dominguez threatened the two of them again.
“If you don’t tell us who is the leader of this island, we will be forced to bring our captured mermaid and Magindara. We know you guys can’t fight during a full moon.” Dr. Dominguez said. And everyone was surprised when Coraline raised her hand and identified herself as the leader of the island.
“Coraline, what are you doing?” Masha said to her friend.
“This is Octavious’s fault. It looks like he’s still pursuing his plan to overthrow you as the leader of this island.” Coraline said.
“You know everything about this, Coraline?” Masha asked.
“Yes, but I thought he wouldn’t go through with his plan. As I warned her. I’m sorry and I am ashamed of what my brother did. This is for all I’ll, for his betrayal of our tribe.” Coraline said and slowly walked towards Dr. Dominguez’s men.
“Caroline, please. “ Masha said as her stomach suddenly churned.
“Even though you are immune to the full moon, you are not yet okay,” Coraline said and walked towards Dr. Dominguez’s men.
When Caroline was on their ship, she sent her men back to the island and Masha saw Octavious from afar and Coraline was very angry at what his sister had done.
“Coraline is a fool, why would she surrender herself to those people and pretend to be the leader of the island,” Octavious said but he didn’t realize that Masha was behind him and she very angry.
“You are the traitor to our tribe, and because of your greed, the entire island will be endangered. Not only that, your sister is an endanger. How could you,” Masha said angrily to Octavious and suddenly a strong wind blew while the ocean suddenly had big waves.
“I curse you, in the name of the leaders of Oceana, Andromeda, and the magical beast Bacobaco, you will lose the ability of a magindara and a Siren. Your appearance will change and anyone will be scared once they see you.” Masha said and a strong lightning struck Octavious where his form changed. After Masha cursed Octavious. She hid the island from mortals.
“In the name of the scepter and the pearl of the Orient Sea. The island will disappear from mortals or creatures with evil intentions. but the island will appear to creatures with good hearts.” Masha said and she slammed the scepter on the ground where the island shook and a magical white smoke covered the island as a protection against outsiders.
“It’s time for the blasphemers to pay,” Masha said and waved her scepter again in anger along with the strong wind Masha disappeared and she followed Dr. Dominguez’s group as they were close to the island of humans.
“Boss, the weather has suddenly turned bad,” Lena’s men said.
“Let it seem like the real leader of the island is here,” Lena said and looked at Coraline.
“No, your wrong I am the real leader,” Coraline said.
“You can’t fool us, because you are affected by the full moon unlike the girl next to you earlier who was holding a scepter. And she wasn’t affected by the full moon but we are not afraid of her as we have a thing that we can use to counter her powers. Especially on your guy’s powerful voice,” Dr. Dominguez said and she showed Coraline that they had sound devices placed in their ears until Coraline heard Masha’s voice accompanying the wind, but it had no effect on Dr. Dominguez and his men.
But a strong wave suddenly hit the boats of Dr. Dominguez’s group.
“She’s here,” Dr. Domiguez and Coraline saw that she took out a black Pearl from her pocket to fight against those like them, especially from the outside the kingdoms of Oceana and Andromeda.
“How did you get that pearl?” Coraline asked.
“It’s simple, your kind gave it to me. To fight against the leader of your island.” Dr. Dominguez said. Coraline was about to snatch the pearl but she was weak because of the full moon and Dr. Dominguez also injected her with medicine.
“Let go of my friend, you need me, right?” A voice said in the ocean when they looked where the voice was coming from they failed to see where the voice was, Until a large monster emerged from the ocean. Coraline recognized it because of the pearl on its forehead.
“The Bakunawa, has she been able to control the bakunawa in her body?” Coraline said. But Dr. Dominguez seemed ready because she shot the monster with her tranquilizer gun. Because Masha was still weak and had not yet recovered the strength she had lost from giving birth, cursing Octavious, and hiding on their island, she was immediately affected by the bullet.
“Bull’s eye.” Dr. Dominguez said as she laughed when the creature fell on the water and slowly the monster returned to its normal form. But Coraline noticed that the moon was covered by a thick cloud she also noticed that she regained her powers.
“Stop!” Coraline screamed and the aparatus that they were wearing suddenly destroyed by her voice.
“How did that happen? We still have thirty minutes before the full moon ends.” Dr. Dominguez said.
“You don’t know anything about us, bitch!” Coraline said and she punched Dr. Dominguez on the face. She immediately uses her hydrokenesis ability to stop the others from catching her unconscious friend.
“Stay away from her,” She screamed again and a used wave stopped the men of Dr. Dominguez where the boats they were riding capsized while Coraline had the opportunity to approach her friend who had slowly lost consciousness.
“Masha, let’s go home, our people are waiting for you and your daughter needs you,” Coraline said. But even though she was weak, Masha still showed concern for the mortals. In her spell, she commanded the waves to carry Dr. Dominguez’s colleagues, including the female doctor who was unconscious at the time.
“Bring them to the seashore,” Masha said and the waves immediately moved carrying Dr. Dominguez and her companion closer to the shore.
“Why did you do that? You just let them die here,” Coraline said.
“They were victims by Enigma, every creature deserves to get another chance to change,” Masha said and Coraline noticed that the full moon is finally ended as she saw her tails return.
“Let’s go home Masha, I’ll carry you back to the island,” Coraline said.
“No, you have to return to the island, I have to find Caspian in the human realm,” Masha said.
“Are you sure, let me help you to find him.” Coraline offers help but Masha declines her suggestion instead she gives her friend the scepter of Aquamarine and makes a promise.
“Take this scepter with you, and you have to promise to take good care of my child, I’ll be back someday once I find my husband,” Masha said and once again she commanded the wave to bring her friend back to the island.
“Masha, No!” Coraline shouted as she saw her friend smiling as she was taken away by the waves. Masha starts to erase the memories of Dr. Dominguez’s companion, especially about the Aquamarine Isle. When she starts casting the spell while the wind blows.
“Your memories about the island will be removed and everything that happens on the island will be deleted on your memories, including our ~” Masha said but she didn’t finish her spell because she completely lost consciousness, because of her exhaustion and using her powers earlier but suddenly a strong wave swept her towards the shore and this was made by a mysterious woman who is walking on the surface of the water.
“Poor Siren,” The mysterious woman said while she waved her hands and Masha’s wounds suddenly disappeared.
“You have to be strong as your journey is about to start in the human world.” The mysterious woman said. Suddenly another mysterious woman emerged from the sea and she approach the mysterious woman who help Masha earlier from drowning.
“Magwayen, it seems you are not too busy in Sulad?” Said the mysterious woman.
“Lidagat, what are you doing here?” Magwayen asks the goddess of the sea.
“Mom, You should not interfere with the creatures here on earth,” Lidagat said.
“This creature that you said was come from our domain, in ocean or water. Even though I manage now the spirit world, still the ocean was my domain before you were born.” Magwayen said.
A few years later, Masha lived in the human world and she became a teacher at a public school. During this time, Marites asks her teacher Masha to go back to the Aquamarine Isle as her, Mother Coraline, asks her to convince the woman and she also searches for her pearl which she gave the pearl to a human guy. Where she fell in love for the first time she saw the mortal guy.
“I know love is magical, but why did you give the pearl? You know how important that is,” Masha said.
“But teacher, aside from my problem. you need to go back, as my friend needs you and ~.” Marites didn’t finish what she was saying when Dr. Dominguez’s companion suddenly came and attacked them. But Masha creates an illusion where she hides Marites from Dr. Dominguez’s companion.
“How are you, magindara?” Dr. Dominguez said. Masha was surprised when she saw Dr. Dominguez again but what she surprise more when she remembers when she use the melody of memories as she tried to delete the memories of Dr. Dominguez and her companion before.
“I didn’t finish my spell, I just deleted their memories about the island,” Masha said. Also, she had lost consciousness at that time because of exhaustion.
“Run, Tess, you have to save yourself,” Masha said.
“But how about you, teacher?” Marites said worriedly to her teacher.
“Don’t go back to the island yet, they might be following you. Stay in the human realm and find your pearl to regain your ability. You can’t fight without the pearl of a mermaid. So leave, save yourself!” Masha said
“But teacher,” Marites said.
“There’s no time my illusion spell won’t take long, I’m sorry and I hope we will meet again,” Masha said, she wave her hands and quickly Marites landed on the woods outside of her teacher’s house were she watched how Masha quietly surrender to Dr. Dominguez.
“I will save you, I will come back. That’s a promise.” Marites said as she couldn’t help but cry because she couldn’t help her teacher as she lost her pearl and she couldn’t use her abilities.
Meanwhile, they immediately injected Masha with medicine to put her to sleep.
“Put her in the chamber and make sure she doesn’t wake up because if this Magindara wakes up, it’s the end of my fortune.” Dr. Dominguez said.
“What we should call her Doc?” Madonna asks.
“Well, we call her Patient Dara.“Dr. Dominguez replied.
After they capture Masha, Dr. Dominguez starts creating her beauty product and she is successful on her plan where the people name her the Dr. Venus.
“Aquatic Beauty cream.” Dr. Dominguez said to her interlocutor and she proudly presented her products to the foreign investors.
“My product is not only making you beautiful, it also can heal wounds.” Dr. Dominguez told her investors who came from other countries and she showed them the wound of her assistant Madonna. They wounded the woman first with a sharp knife. And the foreign investors were surprised by what she did. But they were amazed when Doctor Dominguez applied the cream she made and in an instant, Madonna’s wound healed. She was given loud applause by all the people inside the event and because of that investors who came from other countries immediately approached her and expressed their interest in her products.
“This is the beginning of my success, Thank you, Patient Dara.” Doctor Dominguez said.

“FULL MOON”
When the full moon came, Tess and Mary Francis immediately went to the island, where Tess said they would be safe to stay while the full moon was still there. When they reached the island, Mary Francis was amazed by its beauty, especially the fireflies that were flying and almost surrounding the entire island.
“I didn’t expect that the Mary Francis that I was watching over before when and the famous judge is one. I hope that my mom is okay, “ Tess said.
“Of course, they were safe before I left the island.” Mary Francis said and when she noticed something strange in the bushes.
“Wait, are you sure no one is here on the island?” Mary Francis asks.
“Yes, this island is closed to visitors especially right now. The owner of this island was also a mermaid if didn’t ask.” Tess replied and Mary Francis still wasn’t convinced about what she heard.
“There was someone here on this island before we arrived. Look at those bushes. Someone passed on that bush and there is some blood in the leaves.” Mary Francis said.
“Blood?” Tess said and she saw what Mary Francis said to her.
“Wait a minute, This is strange,” Tess said as she looked around and seemed to be looking for someone.
“Who are you looking for?” Mary Francis asked.
“My friend Corm. He was a bird,” Tess said but they were surprised when they heard a scream of a bird.
“There,” Mary Francis said while pointing at the bushes.
“Corm?” Tess said and from the bushes, they saw a bird flying and approaching them.
“Corm, what is going on?” Tess asks. And the bird
“There are bad guys on the island, quick leave now,” The bird shouted before it crashed into Mary Francis.
“What’s going on? Why do I understand your friend?” Mary Francis asked. Tess approached her bird friend.
“Calm down, Corm, here drink some,” Tess said and she gave water to her friend and the bird immediately drink the water.
“What a relief, thank you, Tessie,” Corm said.
“What is happening?” Tess asks again.
“There are bad guys on this island, and they kidnapped my new friend. She’s the same as you. A mermaid.” Corm said.
“Who?” Mary Francis asked.
“Miss Masha. They took her. And I am sure they are from the city and those are the people that Miss Masha told me who abducted her before.” Corm explains.
“She was Mary Francis’s mother, and my Teacher,” Tess said.
“Right, she said that you are her student,” Corm said.
“She’s here. And where I can find her?” Mary Francis asks.
“They are still inside the forest, and I am sure they haven’t left the Island yet,” Corm said.
“Judge Jabagat, change your appearance so that they won’t recognize you. I have a strong feeling that Dr. Dominguez is here.” Tess said.
“Got it!” Mary Francis said and she immediately went to the shore and started to use her necklace. While Tess and Corm start to find Masha inside the forest.
“Let’s go, Tessie, “ The bird said and quickly flapped its wings and flew into the forest and Tess followed the bird.
When Mary Francis stepped into the water. The water suddenly move and floats in the air until it covers her entire body.
“Pearl of the Orient sea, Hear my voice. In the name of the third piece of Novaria. Wrap my body with your element, change my form to fight evil.” Mary Francis said while her voice echoed.
Meanwhile, Corm and Tess saw Masha who is being carried unconsciously by the men and a female doctor was ordering the men to put the unconscious lady on their boat.
“What are we going to do?” Corm asked.
“We will try to stop them,” Tess said and immediately waved her hand and from the sea, she made a monster made of water. The men returned to the beach because of what they had witnessed.
“You’re really good Tessie,” Corm said.
“Not really, remember tonight is a full moon,” Tess said.
“Right, but you can still use your powers right?” Corm asks.
“Yes, but I can’t breathe while I am in the water just like the other mermaids,” Tess said and they saw the monster she made spew water on Dr. Dominguez’s men.
“Kill the monster,” Dr. Dominguez said and her men shot the water monster but Tess and Corm didn’t notice that they were seen by Dr. Dominguez’s men. She was immediately grabbed by her arms and corms flew away. After Tess was dragged by Dr. Dominguez’s men, the monster immediately disappeared.
“She was the one who was making that monster,” The man said who dragged Tess.
“So. You are the one who is causing this trouble huh?” Dr. Dominguez said.
“Release me, moron!” Tess said while she was trying to escape from Dr. Dominguez’s men.
“You look familiar? Have we met somewhere?” Dr. Dominguez asks again but suddenly a strong bolt of lightning strikes the man who is holding her.
“She is here, If I were you leave this island and release that woman,” Tess said but Dr. Dominguez smiled at her and said.
“Why should I? This woman will lead me to success and I know, it’s full moon and you guys can’t use your powers,” Dr. Dominguez said.
“Well see,” Tess said, and suddenly from the sky, a strong lightning strikes Dr. Dominguez but luckily her body guard saves her.
“The vigilante is here.” Dr. Dominguez said and suddenly a heavy rain poured down.
“Run and hide Dr. Dominguez. She will hunt you.” Tess said and smiled at Dr. Dominguez. And then Tess noticed a huge wave in the sea.
“Doc looks like we can’t leave on this Island. Because of this storm.” Dr. Dominguez’s staff said while Dr. Dominguez took something from her pocket.
“What is that Doc?” Her staff asks. A gun-shaped device with a strange design and then Dr. Dominguez pointed the gun to Tess but suddenly a lightning strikes again and she almost hit by the lightning.
“Siren, don’t be so coward, show yourself!” Dr. Dominguez said and she shot the gun into the sky but nothing happens instead the wind blows and lightning strikes her staff.
“Shit! Coward! If you want this woman, get me first, no one can stop me from being rich and famous.” Dr. Dominguez said.
“I’ve been preparing this for how many days, and now my weapon is ready to catch you,” said Dr. Dominguez. While Tess felt something strange in her body. When she looked up at the sky. She saw the moon covered by dark clouds.
“Now I understand, This is what teacher Masha told me, we can still use our powers if we cover the moon,” she said and quickly she turned the rainwater into a weapon. Using her agility and the gesture of her hand, she was able to knock down Dr. Dominguez’s staff, especially the one holding Masha who is currently unconscious.
“Show yourself, don’t be coward!” Dr. Dominguez screams and suddenly lightning strikes near Tess and Mary Francis reveals herself to Dr. Dominguez.
“Leave this island if you want to live, I am giving you a chance,” Siren said while her voice echoed.
“I am not afraid of you If I catch you. I’ll become richer.” Dr. Dominguez said as the rain intensified with thunder and lightning.
“In that case, it’s time!” Mary Francis said and Tess got what she had in her mind. Using the rainwater, they made arrows and they hit Dr. Dominguez’s staff including Dr. Lena Dominguez.
“Let’s retreat Doc. They’re too strong.” A male staff said.
“He’s right doc, we have a tracker on Patient Dara, so it means we still find her whatever she hides. And if Siren will help that woman we can also follow them.” Another male staff said and suddenly his eyes turned black.
“We can also reveal the truth about who is the Siren if she’s in human form. Just like the other superheroes they have all their identity.” Dr. Dominguez said and she commanded her staff to retreat.
“Boys retreat, quick!” Dr. Dominguez said while Siren makes the rain stronger at the same time the lightning strikes on her staff.
“Are you going to kill them?” Tess asks.
“No, I am just scaring them. We are not like them, “ Siren said and she looked at her mom who is currently unconscious while corm watching her mom.
Dr. Dominguez and her staff boarded their boat, while Dr. Dominguez boarded her yacht with her male assistant.
“This is not the last that we will meet again,” Dr. Dominguez said.
“They’re leaving now,” Tess said and Mary Francis smirked at Dr. Dominguez and he created a huge wave that caused the boats and yachts carrying Dr. Dominguez’s men to be swept away from the shore.
When the boat of Dr. Dominguez was on had gone far, Tess and Mary Francis returned to their previous human form. Along with their transformation, the weather returned to the previous one, with a clear sky and a full moon.
When Dr. Dominguez and her staff left. Tess and Mary Francis returned to their human form. Along with their transformation, the weather returned to its previous condition.
“The full moon is here,” Tess said.
“Let’s bring Miss Masha to the cave, there are some herbal plants that we can use for her,” Corm said.
“Show us where it is, Corm.” Mary Francis said.
“Don’t worry, I know the way, help me to carry your mom,” Tess said.
Meanwhile, inside the yacht, Dr. Dominguez’s male assistant makes an excuse to go to the bathroom.
“Sure, thanks for your help earlier.” Dr. Dominguez said and the male assistant smiled at him and went inside to the comfort room inside of the yacht. When her male assistant enters the comfort room the male assistant suddenly changes its appearance.
“Hello Madonna, I’m back.” Dr. Dominguez’s female assistant grabbed a comb.
“Everything will happen, according to my plan.” Madonna smiled as she combed her hair.

“ RETURN TO AQUAMARINE ISLE“
While Mary Francis was looking at the wide sea, she turned when Mang Alfonso called her.
“Daughter, It seems your thoughts are deep. Are you still worried? Your mom is safe, and Tess was able to remove the tracking device that was attached to her. You seem unhappy,” Mang Alfonso said, smiling at the young woman.
“It’s not like that dad, I’m just worried because Dr. Dominguez might know where my Mom is. That woman is very powerful.” Mary Francis said worriedly.
“Right now, that’s not important, what’s important is that you finally found your mom. And I know that was the reason why you are here, right? So, my daughter please don’t be sad.” Mang Alfonso said.
“Yes Dad, but I’ll be sad because I’ll have to leave you here when I get back to the island.” Mary Francis said sadly. And Mang Alfonso smiled at her and said.
“My little princess,” Mang Alfonso said and he hugged Mary Francis to calm down.
“ We are always here for you, remember all of us are connected whether on land or at sea. We’ll always be here.“ Mang Alfonso said while pointing to her chest. And then Tess came to them to tell them that Masha had regained consciousness.

And Marites saw a fire hydrant and used the water to surround Mary Francis.

When Aljon and Tess saw that Mary Francis was unconscious, they immediately rushed to her and protected her from Madonna’s black magic. When the black smoke slowly approached them, Aljon used his self to protect Mary Francis and Tess from the black smoke. He spread his arms wider.

Meanwhile, the dark creatures disappeared one by one due to a fireball bouncing off the air.
“A Santelmo?” Aljon said.
On the other part of the story, let’s jump in to the world of Aurelius, where the current leader was the crowned Princess Beatrice, it changed from its previous name of Novaria to Aurelius.
“Beam, isn’t it too early for them to come out?” Angel asked her cousin.
“What do you mean, Angel?” The crowned princess said to her cousin but when Angel was about to answer when their other cousins Leah and Dave suddenly intervened.
“Angel is right, the new ones are coming out too early. According to Criselda’s prophecy, it’s not yet time for them to show themselves to Enigma and this might cause chaos, everything we sacrifice, especially the Sacrifices of Bonch and Gemma will be wasted and the pieces of the scepter might be in danger because of this.” Leah said, and their cousin from another kingdom arrived.
“Dave, you finally here,” Leah said.
“Beamy, we don’t all agree on what you did. First, you change the name of our kingdom, and now you let the other keepers expose themselves to Enigma. What are your plans? Are you going to kill them?” The prince of Lemen said.
“So what are you trying to say? Am I not a good leader of our kingdom? It seems that you guys don’t want my plans. So what is the meaning of being the crowned princess of Aurelius?” Beatrice said.
“That is not what we want to say, you will have to consider their protection. Do you remember on the time when Gaia, face our doppelganger, luckily we have Joyce and Lucky who controls the time magic so they grab the older self of Cristy from the future to save her current self “ Angel said.
“If you guys don’t want how I manage my kingdom, you are all free to leave and broke the seal between to your kingdoms.” Beatrice said.
“Beatrice, We are just worried about the new keepers and that’s it. You changed the name of our kingdom twice, and I hope this will be the final. I guess?” Leah said and the princess raised her eyebrows as her response.
“May I intervene in your conversation? Your highnesses” Luna said.
“Sure,” Angel said.
“Crowned princess of Aurelius, I have some bad news for you.” Lady Lotus said.
“What is it?” Beatrice said.
“I am your guys side, but Beamy, your cousins are worried about the new keepers, as they didn’t know how to defeat our enemies. But Enigma was able to get the pearl of Oceana, which has the ability to bring back what’s lost, especially to someone like Enigma. It seems that she will regain her earthly body.” Lady Lotus said, and when they heard this, they immediately headed to a large mirror where they saw Enigma get the pearl of Oceana from Masha’s hands.
“How did she do that?” Coraline said that while they were protecting Mary Francis from Enigma and Madonna but they were tricked by the two.
“You can’t use that pearl as you don’t have the ability to use it; you will be punished by the pearl,” Masha said.
“Finally, Mistress, everything was happening according to your plan,” Madonna said.
“Yes, you’re right, Masha, but I am too strong; even the curse of the pearl has no match with me, Take a look” Enigma said, and they all saw Enigma slowly regain her earthly body.
“We have to kick their butt out of this place,” Gaia said.
“And I know how,” Ced replied.
“I’m in, just let me know how.” Mary Francis said as she returned to her battle suit.
“This is amazing, we are finally complete.” La Fiery said.
“Girls, let’s go.” Lady Frost said.
Ced took the first step, and she was followed by La Fiery, Lady Frost, Gaia, and Siren. Their necklaces glowed at the same time.
“Let’s point our hands at Enigma,” Ced said.
“How? Like this?” La Fiery said, imitating the hand posture of a famous anime character, Eugene from Ghost Fighter.
“No, just show your palms to our enemy. Like this,” Ced said, and she showed everyone what she wanted to do.
“Hey, your pose was so cool huh,” Siren said.
“Girls, are we just going to talk? Let’s move now…” Ced scolded them, and that’s what they did: they exposed their palms while pointing at Enigma and Madonna.
“These girls must be making you laugh, Mistress,” Madonna said.
“Now, shout the name of your kingdom,” Ced said, and she was the first to shout the kingdom where came.
“Khastriya!” And her companions followed.
“Hestia,” La Fiery shouted.
“Verglas,” Lady Frost shouted.
“Ajax,” Gaia also shouted, and finally Siren, who was confused about what to use. She was confused right now because of what she knew, the truth that her mom came from the kingdom of Oceana, and Aljon approached her and said.
“Sister, you have to follow what your heart says,” Aljon said, and she nodded for her response.
“Human realm!” Siren shouted, which confused the others especially Enigma.
“What? human realm? That’s not even part of the magical kingdoms, Humans are weak. They don’t have magic.” Enigma said, and she laughed, but they were stunned when their necklace lit up and a huge energy ball was about to hit them.
“This is not good, Mistress,” Madonna said, and then she immediately grabbed Enigma’s arms.
“What are you doing?” Enigma said.
“Let’s go,” Madonna said, and they disappeared before the huge energy ball hit them.
“Where are they?” Siren asked.
“They left before you could hit them with your powers,” Aljon said.
“The witch has escaped again,” La Fiery said.

CHAPTER SEVENTEEN (FINALE)
“THE CHAOS IS BACK TO AURELIUS (THE FINALE) “
“Finally, I have returned to the kingdom of Novaria,” Enigma said, and this time he had a body of earth. Behind him are the former enemies of each keeper of the scepter. You can see behind her, Senior Arnulfo, Amanda, Sadama, Nerisa, and Madonna.
“Are you ready to conquer this world?” Enigma asked.
“We’re very ready, mistress,” Madonna said.
“Now that you have the powers of the four leaders here in Novaria, we will have a good chance to defeat them,” Enigma said.
“But how about the guardians of the scepter?“Amanda said.
“They don’t match with your guys’ powers,” Enigma said at the same time she raised her hands and commanded the group of shadow creatures to attack the castle of Aurelius, but when they tried to attack the castle, they were immediately melted when they touched the barrier made by the four leaders of Aurelius.
Meanwhile, in the Castle, the four leaders of the four kingdoms are preparing for the arrival of Enigma and its army of Shadow creatures.
“She’s here, and where are Dave and Angel?” Beam said.
“She has the five nemesis that copies all the abilities of the four leaders of Aurelius,” Cathy said.
“Thank you, Cathy, but you don’t have to worry, our five keepers of the scepter will defeat them,” Beam said.
“They just finished placing a shield in another kingdom,” Criselda said.
“Miss Criselda, it’s time,” Leah said, and she ordered the priestess of Aurelius. That’s what Criselda did; she immediately opened a portal that would lead her to the human world, where the keepers of the scepter were in the same place.
“Beatrice Enoch Amelia Margarette, our cousin, is here,” Leah said, and Beam looked at her. In a few moments, the king of Lemen forest and the queen of Lumia will finally arrive at the castle.
“Beatrice, they are here,” Dave said.
“Enigma’s army is outside. We have to do something, “ Angel said.
“I know if they are here. So don’t worry, because I already have a plan in place. while Miss Criselda fetches the Keepers of the Scepter.” Beam said.
“Luna and Lady Lotus are also outside to defend, just in case our barrier is destroyed,” Leah added.
“If they will destroy our barriers, we will have to defend the throne, and we will make sure the safety of Gemma and Bonch from Enigma,” Beam said, and she immediately changed her clothing from wearing her long gown to her battle suit.
“Where’s Miss Criselda?” Angel asks.
“She already left and went to the human world to pick the keepers of the scepter,” Leah said.
“We have to welcome our visitors. Let’s go!” Beam said, and she immediately disappeared while Dave and Angel followed her. When Leah was about to follow her cousins, Cathy stopped her.
“Miss Leah, before you leave. I have something to tell you.” Cathy said.
“What is this all about, Cathy?” Leah asks.
“Gemma and Bonch, I can’t feel their emotion and aura,” Cathy said, and when Leah hears those words from Cathy, she immediately gets terrified.
“Are they dead? But it’s too early, and besides, we still have one month before we can rescue them.” Leah said, and she put her palm to the statue of Gemma and Bonch, which Cathy was right, she couldn’t feel the life essence of Gemma and Bonch, who are currently using their life to save the entire kingdom.
FLASHBACK:
“This is the only way, I need to sit on that Throne so that my twin and I will stop the destruction. My twin can’t handle the curse anymore.” Gemma said.

“What do you mean?” Leah asks.
“We are from the kingdom of Amelia, we are Empaths, but I don’t understand? Our queen suddenly changed. And she uses a protective spell so that we can read her mind. And one more thing…” Cathy said.
“What is it, Cathy?” Leah asks again.
“Even though I am the one destined to succeed Miss Criselda as the priestess of Aurelius , I still don’t understand why we need the help of the five keepers of the scepter. Yes, Enigma was here. But are they aware? Before Queen Victoria died, she saw that this chaos was coming, and the only way can save the twins was the scepter and its keepers. Meanwhile, outside of the castle, Beam and her cousins greeted their visitors.
“You look still ugly,” Beam said and smirked at Enigma.
“Is that a welcome greeting from the crown princess of Novaria? Or an insult which also applies to you.” Enigma said, and her companion laughed.
“How dare you?” Beam said as he tried to rush the woman, but Lotus and Luna stopped him.
“Princess Beatrice, No!” Luna said
“Just calm down, Beamy, just one wrong move from you could ruin your cousins’ plan.” Lotus scolded her.
“Beatrice, what are you doing?” Angel scolded her and grabbed her arms back to their line.
“You’re still funny, Princess Beatrice. But I am not here for your funny face. I am here to get the throne of Novaria.” Enigma said, and once again, Beam gave a smirk at her.
“Looks like you are enjoying roaming around, you are too late,” Beam said.
“What do you mean?” Enigma asks.
“The kingdom of Novaria is dead, and has a new name. Which we called Aurelius, a kingdom for hope and light.” Beam said.
“How?” Enigma asks.
“All the kingdom and the other kingdom that supports us. Gave us approval to change the name from Novaria to Aurelius. And do you know what the meaning of that is?” Beam said.
“Yes, but you can’t deceive me. Gemma and Bonch were still on the curse of the throne. And you are not crowned as the queen of Novaria. You’re so funny, and a terrible liar.” Enigma said, and Dave and Angel looked at Beam.
“Why did you tell us that there is already a blessing from the allied kingdoms?” Dave said. And Leah arrived, and she announced the fate of the twins, Gemma and Bonch.
“I can’t feel their emotions. Gemma and Bonch were already turned into a statue,” Leah said.
“We’re late?” Lotus said.
“I think, yes. You guys have failed to protect the twins, and at the same time, the kingdom of Novaria will be mine again.” Enigma said.
“No, I won’t let you do that,” Beam said, and she raised her left hand, and a sword appeared from her hand, which she immediately pointed at Enigma.
“Beatrice, stop!” Leah said.
“I don’t have a choice, I need to protect the kingdom and the memories of my mom,” Beam said.
Meanwhile, back in the human world, after Mary Francis saved Aquamarine Isle, she returned to the human world again with the other keepers, Ced, Gabriela, Mycka, and Cristy.
“Deleting their memories is done; they don’t remember what happened,” Cristy said, and she showed the other keeper a small bag of golden ash, which was given by her sister, Ysabella.
“I can sense that Miss Criselda will gonna be here in a minute, and it looks like she needs our help,” Gabriela said.
“What do you mean?” Mycka asked.
And in an instant, Criselda arrived while holding a pocket watch.
“Miss Criselda?” Ced said in surprise.
“Girls, it’s time to fulfill your destiny,” Criselda said as the five were destined to restore balance in Novaria.
